Hotel is fab. Staff are lovely. Our room smelt a little damp and musty. And very dark. But it was ok and will definitely visit again.

First room dreadful with smell was told we couldn’t move.
Eventually another room was found but spoiled the trip.

Very well-maintained hotel, spacious bedroom with nice furnishings, large bed, maybe Superking size. Bath as well as shower. Excellent breakfast choice from the buffet: good range of cooked items, cereals, mixed berries, croissants etc. I find the hotel convenient for Silverstone.

Hi, the only thing missing was breakfast extras, previously we've had mushrooms and fried or poached eggs, and porridge too would have been great. But the staff are fab and so helpful , thanks

The bed and the room were quite comfortable although there was significant water damage to the bathroom door. The sink plug didn’t work and the phone had a constant dial tone even when the receiver was down, so I had to unplug it. The hotel was quiet so I slept quite well. But the pillows were very lumpy. The windows can only be opened a few inches as there are security bars in place. Breakfast was mediocre. Only one of the four juice decanters had any juice in it - so orange juice was the only option. The Nutella dispenser was empty. No decaf coffee. Scrambled eggs were disgusting and watery. I would go somewhere else for breakfast - it’s certainly not worth it to pay extra. The shower had quite a bit of mould.

We had 2 nights booked, they put us in another hotel for the 1st night as they didn’t have a room for us or my guests, they promised us everything but gave us nothing, we were pushed to the side and treated like second class citizens, very unprofessional and very poor customer service

When we got to reception to check in there was no one available, one of the staff tried to find the receptionist but they couldnt find her. They found another staff member and he tried to check another guest in but he needed the pin to get into the system, so they finally got through to the receptionist on the phone who gave them the pin, then she suddenly appeared while he carried on checking us all in. So not a great check in service!

The expensive breakfast was poor quality and very disappointing. The buffet items were cold and it took a long time to replace items that had run out. Overall not a good breakfast experience.

Arrived quite late at night for 2 night stay. Windows in room had been left open so it was quite cold and lots of small moths flying about. Room smelt damp and fusty. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling light in bathroom, was still there when we left despite housekeeping being carried out the following day. Pillows and mattress not very comfortable. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work too well.

A bit tired and shabby in parts. Breakfast only average. Staff friendly and professional

Breakfast was very good staff lovely friendly & helpful

Most of the rooms are connected to each other, this means you will have a door on your room which is a bit scary... and you can literally hear everything like coughing... this was horrible.
Room was OK. Good size TV and is nicely refurbished. Bathroom was Ok not as new as the room. Toilet is quite old especially the flush handle. My windows didn't closed completely and I had huge bushes close to the window.... even had a small beetle in the carpet.
Breakfast was Ok. Especially the English breakfast, only a couple of mini croissants, no other pastries.
Staff very friendly.... especially the crew on the restaurant. Had dinner, this was good, a lot of tasty option's, I think this is the best on the hotel.

The staffs seemed to be up all night disturbing one's sleep.my room had no heating, eventually got a portable heater which was extremely noisy with little heat output. My meal was horrendous the chips were as if made from cardboard, l am the lease fussy person so for me to write such a report you can only imagine what my stay was like

Overall very nice. The £10 early check-in charge felt a bit unnecessary.

The hotel was hugely dated. Receptionist didn't know what he was doing. Virtually all food on the menu was not available, even though there was only two people in the bar area. Better off at a Travelodge for a quarter the price!!

Lovely hotel, great facilities. The swimming pool was lovely & warm. Dog friendly too which was a real bonus.

Convenient location for my needs. Reasonable food quality.

Check in was slow. Kim is the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Hotel is nice, we had very comfortable beds, very quite overnight. Bar food was good, fair amount of choice to choose from. Sadly pool restrictions for children meant we couldn’t use it as we arrived at 1900. Parking very good.

I stayed here after Day 2 of a charity walk along the length of the Grand Union Canal. The very comfy room, bath and room service were exactly what I needed! The nice breakfast buffet and proximity to the path over Braunston tunnel got my morning off to a great start the following day. Thank you to all of the friendly staff, too.
6.0
No milk in the room, had to go to dining area, tv wouldn't respond to remote, had to be turned off at wall, bath's need to be removed for walk in showers as getting in bath is difficult for the older person, staff not really interested in complaints

everything lovely - good value for money
