I checked in before midnight bc I was at a show, left the show to make check in, left back out for 2 hrs returned and someone had been in the room pillows out of place towels on bathroom floor when we photographed and went to desk clerk He said He did not care did not want to see pictures told me I had been in there for 2hr and I asked him to check camera to verify I left right back out he rudely said I will just refund you didn’t offer another room or anything at probably 1am or later we had to depart from hotel and drive unexpectedly exhausted

We had a handicap room. It was spacious and convenient. Food was excellent. Shuttle service was excellent. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

There was construction going on in parking lot. Our door handle was apparently put on backwards and had to lift handle up instead of down which we were not told until we had to walk back to inquire. Airport hotel so was a bit noisy but to be expected. Resteraunt for breakfast was good but we ordered off the menu.

Proper clean,customer service was excellent.tge fact that a dinning and breakfast was available was a plus for me

The outer door wouldn’t open more than a foot and you had to push on it to get it to slide open, the drive in area to register was blocked off where they were doing construction/maintenance to property so you had to back out of area each time.

Interestingly, we didn’t hear the airplanes. Maybe it was because the air conditioner was so loud and a dog was barking in the adjoining room next to us. Hotel was very old. Lobby was okay….rooms could use a little love.

I like that there is an airport shuttle and it’s a nearby stay.

Arrived late & receptionist was very helpful & pleasant. Like being able to walk to terminal.

Great place for a quick evening of sleep before our flight to Tampa.

The actual stay went well. The hotel is very nice but the service was slow because the hotel was short staffed. For example, checking in was slow and when I wanted to buy snacks, I had to wait in a line to do that. Then my card didn’t work so I had to go back to the line just to get it changed. It was shared when we checked in that breakfast was from 6-10 am but they forgot to mention that it cost money. Everybody was friendly and it was close to where we were visiting.

Staff was very friendly and efficient.

I had to call the hotel several times for a shuttle to bring me from the airport. I waited 40 minutes. I was alone, afraid and tired. It was awful, standing out there, waiting in the shuttle area.

Very close to Columbus Airport, Shuttle service to airport took 5 minutes to order and board; it is a10-minute trip . The lobby has a dinning area open until 10 PM . the front desk has a shopping area for extra soaps shampoos.... The room was large clean, with refrigerator A/C lots of outlets and charging ports. It was well lit and stocked with a few days supplies and towels. Overall an excellent room next to airport with free shuttle. Very Happy

Hotel needs serious updating I don’t usually leave reviews however this hotel needs to be cleaned up doors where loose lighting inside the room was horrible chair in the room was stained and dirty there was what appeared to be cigarette ashes by the window and in the ac system with a screw holding the window shut … this location has serious potential but as isi absolutely do not recommend to finish this all Of room was dirty enough that I did not stay there I left and went to another hotel next door

Close to airport

We have stayed here before but this stay wasn’t as nice. It is under construction which is probably good, but attention to cleanliness needs improved. There were pinks stains on the towels, black stains on the pillow cases, and when I went to get in the bed the mattress was off the frame and I saw a large raised oval of what was either dried vomit, or a pile of some kind of wood chucks/shavings. It certainly didn’t look clean. Hopefully they are able to improve cleaning because otherwise we have enjoyed this location and hotel.

The check in process was protracted because of deficiencies in the check-in software and the front desk being unable to knowledgeably operate the program or know how to overcome the incorrect information the software was displaying on the credit card peripheral.

Parking was a mess here, gave up after spending 20 minutes to find a spot in the middle of the night and had to seek the unwelcoming receptionist's help. Got a call to the room after checking in, to move my car from lobby front to a parking spot that got freed up when one of the employees was leaving for the night. It was almost 2AM by the time I could get to bed. Ahh, the creaking noise from one half of the bed kept us awake more often for the night. Having been on a road trip and having seen multiple other hotels, kids first notice was the bad quality bedsheets. Had a cheap polyster feel and kids didn't want to sleep in those sheets, had to switch to our personal blankets from my car to make them adjust for the night. Ice machine next to the elevator never wroked for our stay. Bathtub and tiles gave us a 40 year old apartment vibe. Shocking thing was the iron stand, when I opened it the next morning to press a shirt, had all stained. I used towels on top of it and still tried to manage for a single shirt but gave up after realizing the hot iron plate had some plastic left over which left a mark on my shirt. The paid breakfast also didn't have enough range or options. Lucky that I didn't plan to stay long here, immediately check out by 10AM and wouldn't ever come back to this place. The lobby area is the only appealing thing I noticed when leaving though

Amazing, friendly staff!

Great closeness to airports and friendly staff. BUT very bad and old rooms, with dirty and smelly carpets. Air conditioning in the room is very noisy and its vents full of dust and disgusting stuff.

Excellent place near airport!

In town for a graduation, we booked a total of 8 rooms. Check in was great, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and overall the check-in experience was good. However the next day was not so good. I had what I thought would be an issue with my reservation which I made the gentleman aware of at check-in, but he assured me it was not an issue and gave me instructions on how to address it. Upon going to the desk to address the issue the lady at the desk told me she could not address the issue because she was the “auditor,” and that is not what she did. Her attitude was not the nicest, but she took my information, but no one contacted me regarding the issue. While away from the property for the day I received a text message that there was a noise complaint for my room. I replied that we were not in the room, the hotel replied ok, it could be a room near me. However upon returning to my room my family noted that someone had entered our room. The temperature had been adjusted, the window curtains closed and the bathroom door left open which had been closed, but no one emptied the trash or left fresh towels. When my husband went to the desk to address the issue he was told we were not staying long enough for them to clean our room, and that we could not get fresh towels because she (auditor) did not have any. We frequent the Hilton brand hotels and agreed that this location missed the mark and left a bad impression. We will not be returning.
