The room was very nice , clean, quiet. Ilike the fact it was furnished with basic modern furniture. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Staff friendly
4.0
The hotel is nice, and I've stayed there many times. Recently, the house keeping service is disappointing. In the most recent stay, I left for the day only to return to discover the room had not been made up. The "do not disturb" sign was NOT on the door while I was gone. This happened two days in a row and also when I stayed in June.
In fairness, they did make up the room even though on one occasion the house keepers had gone for the day. Still not what I would expect from a $150+ per night stay.

Seemed to be full but never heard anyone. Very quiet. Nice patio to sit on in front and back.

Room and hotel smelled like wet dirty dog. The staff were horrible & ignore us. Lack of diversity and how to treat people

This property was so clean and well kept up. We stayed here 2 nights and i would have enjoyed more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their is a DQ in walking distance and downtown Pella is a short drive with restaurants, shopping, and parks

The hotel is nice. Simple, but generally clean. The pool and hot tub need some cleaning, though.
The breakfast was nice.

Ok stay. Clean room. They were out of towels at the pool, but the night staff was very kind and got more. Has a hot tub and dry sauna on n addition to the pool, so great for relaxation.

Had an issue with the a/c unit and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude because I complained about it. After arguing for a few minutes they finally changed my room

The lady at the front desk that checked us in seemed annoyed and was not friendly at all. it almost seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered.

We had a very enjoyable stay.

Good breakfast. Value for room terrible! For the price, we should not have a tore up ironing board, shotty patchwork on the door, and missing door security features. Many folks were informed their rooms were not ready at check in. Nothing out of staff way to support the $441.00 two night old hotel stay with the stunning view and sounds of the interstate. From my experience, this hotel with this low of standard at these prices would be rated 3.5 or less stars.

When we tried to put the couch bed together. We were missing all the supplies to make bed. Got sheets but no comforter. My son had to sleep in his clothes to stay warm. I tried to report problem in the morning but receptionist was to busy to help me.

Comforters were damaged by dryers, I think. Huge lumps. They need to be replaced. I got cold and had to wear a jackets to bed.

The comforter on the bed had tennis ball size lumps throughout where the batting had failed. I asked for a different blanket that would be comfortable and was told all of the comforters on the property had lumped up like that when they were laundered. However, in a short while staff appeared at my door with a perfect soft comforter. Sad that Radisson would present the property in this way and hope no one would object. King size pillows on a king size bed would be nice.

We had multiple options of places to stay, all had hot tubs. My husband has chronic pain and we chose Country Inn because of their hot tub. We were never informed the hot tub wasn't working. Walked down to the pool area and there was a sign on the door. So very disappointing.

We checked out at 6:30am on Sunday March 17th. The lady manning the front desk at that time was the most help full, happy, friendly employee I’ve ever met at that time in the morning

Got checked in staff was polite, they gave me my room key and when I went in the room was dirty. Got upgraded to a suite and come to find out that room was also dirty.

I checked in a Sunday afternoon and the person at the front desk was wonderful! She let me know about the free breakfast, details of the pool area, and possible ways to get to my room by stairs or elevator (she noticed my limp, but did not point it out). I loved the pool and hot tub area! There are towels there too use. They also have lifts for folks who can't/don't walk well to be able to get in the pool and hot tub. The vending areas more than met my expectations. The bed was so comfortable! The rooms have a larger screened TV than most in the area. As a solitary female traveler, I felt very safe in this hotel. I will return!
