The staff is quite helpful, they help us to pick breakfast and call a taxi for us during check out as it rained.

We arrived by train so it was good that the hotel was so close to the station. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and it was an easy walk into the centre of town.

Pretty nice renovated room, but it was very warm. The staff was helpfull, adressed the room temperature and had a parking spot reserved (parking in the garage was a bit expensive, but an good option for our fully packed car). Breakfast was nice. Only a short drive to the ferry

This hotel is located a short walk from the railway station. Rooms are modern and functional. They have a nice breakfast buffet, with items individually wrapped for safety.

Very good location 5 minutes from railway station and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good and rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Very Convenient for visiting Northern Denmark.

We had stayed at two other Scandic hotels in Norway and knew what to expect. At least we thought so. This was a step below their Norway counterparts. The lobby was okay, but rather small. The parking was insufficient. The front desk/bartender was overworked. The breakfast, although more than adequate, was no where near the Norway levels. Overall, the place needs a makeover.

This is actually a good hotel if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are ok size and clean. Hotel lobby includes a lounge area. Breakfast was a good selection. Good wifi.

Stuck in a room right next to the lift shaft with the lift going up and down all light long so didn’t get any sleep at all

Nice hotel staff and the lobby is very comfortable to lounge in. There was a malfunction with the cooling system but the staff was quick to rectify to the situation. Great continental breakfast too.

My experience was not good because the room was very small for my family, and was not very clean. For me it is not suitable for families. There was not a wardrobe. The hotel staff was very professional but they suggested to change my room at the end of my holidays The breakfast was very good.

I felt like I was staying at hotel of the communist era. I choose the superior type room, it was small, horrible unconfortable beds, small pillows, worn out bathroom and dirty, room decor very poor and austere.

the staff greeted us with warm welcomes and friendly attitude they allowed us to check in at 9 am, which is very nice of them considering the restrict policies of hotel business these days. for a 4 starts hotels the facilities were more than sufficient and the breakfast has lots of variety and baked goods were just fantastic. great location

A very pleasant stay with helpful staff. Free apples at reception and a very good breakfast. The park next to the hotel has trees that have recorded music next to them. Press a button and you get the theme tune to Monty Python!! The fire alarm went while we were there which was slightly strange because it was a recorded announcement in various languages not an alarm.
