Superb stay. I was upgraded upon checking in despite the hotel being busy with conferences. The staff were super friendly and the room was exquisite. Lovely quiet area of the city, near a metro stop.

Very nice hotel in Milan. Very big hotel but very beautifully decorated. Only thing missing is a pool area outside or windows that could open to the garden. There is a lovely garden but it is not used. That is a shame. You like to come back and relax after walking around the city all day. Breakfast ok not fab.

Hotel was nice, slightly out of Milan but transport easy. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was not free to hotel guests (a ridiculous and unnecessary 20 euros per person!) There was also no complimentary water in the rooms. It’s a shame about these 2 issues as otherwise it ticked all the boxes.

They stay was ok for the price we paid but everything is an extra Cost like the pool and airport shuttle. To have to pay €20 per person is ridiculous. And the airport shuttle was almost €150. It would’ve been nice to know these costs upfront and not surprised by them at the hotel

Not our first visit but definitely our last. This hotel isn’t worth 4 stars. The decor is outdated and the rooms are not kept in a good condition worthy of the price they charge per night. We paid over £700 for 5 nights for a superior double rooms and the conditions were horrible. We asked to be moved into a different room only to be given a room worse than the previous one. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. We staid here twice in the past and our experience was better, hence why we booked a superior double room instead of a usual double room hoping that it will be better but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Great hotel. One block from the #3 Metro. Luxury hotel with and old school charm. Beautiful garden and dining room for breakfast which is highly recommended. Staff are attentive and courteous. A+

Perfect place to stay in Milan if you have a car. The car park is awesome and safe! Hotel is very comfortable but I was a bit annoyed you had to pay €20 each if you wanted to use the pool. It’s a 30 min walk to the Centre and very near a metro so a good location. The room didn’t have any water in which is always disappointing.

Staff was terrible even telling me off i talk nonsense when I requested water, water is not available at property, no room service, have to buy water from bar at 10 times higher price, staff is rude, even gave us room which we didnt book and refused to change our rooms, our room was next to someone staying with Dog who barked over night and we could not even sleep.
