Our room was on the other side of the hotel, on first floor! Too loud directly on the street.

Lovely hotel, fantastic facilities, wonderful staff

Speedy check in,all we had asked for had been provided. Well maintained and roomy elevators. Room was spacious with all you usual comforts provided for. Large comfy bed. All exeptionally clean everywhere. Great double glazing kept any noise out. All staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, plentiful and tasty. Easy access for lots of bus routes. Plenty of good local restaurants to choose from including the hotels own which was too quality. Great hotel, very modern, clean and well maintained. 5 stars from us. Only downside was the outdoor pool's water temperature. Rather chilly!

Fantastic luxury hotel. Really good service from all the team. Everything you need in one place, with some lovely places to eat

It was a great hotel to stay at. Lots of facilities at the hotel and many different types of shops around the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and nice time in Malta. One thing I would add though is that it’s far away from many night clubs and bars so if you’re interested in that sort of things, maybe this isn’t the hotel for you. Good public transport routes though.

First time staying at the hotel and it will not be my last. Very comfortable stay.

Great hotel, very clean with amazing dinning options. Great public transport links, Costa coffee just outside and convenient stores. Rooftop dinning and bar is spacious. Spa prices aren’t the best, breakfast buffet decent but quite basic would’ve have liked more vegetarian options.
8.0
Very nice Hotel with good prices for Food and Beverages. There are two pools incl. a quite pool for adults on the rooftop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With the public transportation you get easy and cheap to different other places. The only negative was that the hotel is near the busy main road with a high level of loudness.

The hotel was excellent and met all my needs

The rooms are cleaned daily, the facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast has great selection for different dietary requirements. Downside is the pool is too small for the amount of people that stay. There is a roof pool for adults only but is the only pool that needs a clean.
We have children with us but no shallow end for little ones to swim in. There is a tiny baby pool but again nowhere near as big as the photos show.
Bus journey to the beach but the transport is good and air conditioned. 10 mins to the beach.

We have really enjoyed our staying. Excellent location. Lots of dining options around the hotel. Very good breakfast. Brilliant service.

We stay here very often and recommend our family stay here always when they visit and we have a big family! However this stay we came for 1 night to de-stress from work and enjoy the pool to find it cloudy and very murky! We were very disappointed. My husband went to reception to report this. The following morning it was worse. Overall this really ruined our stay. I understand sun creams etc can affect this but owning pools this should have been rectified in the evening so next day clear. I could not even see all my legs!

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. The hotel is stunning and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rooftop swimming pool, bar and restaurant area are fantastic with beautiful views of Mellieha Bay. The hotel lobby and lounge/bar areas are beautiful. I would rate this hotel a 5 star without a doubt. Our room was extremely spacious and clean and had a balcony overlooking the lower outdoor pool and Mellieha Bay. The bed was huge and comfortable and so were the pillow. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the street and a sports bar across the road. There is free underground parking at the hotel. The carpark to the hotel is very narrow and winding. We had a small car so it was not an issue. Not sure how a big car would go turning the corners. There is also free street parking out the front. It is a fair way from St Julians, Sliema and Valetta but there is a bus stop right out the front. A bit of a walk to Mellieha Bay beach – it is walkable but you can also catch a bus there. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good for short diving break.

Would have given a 5-star review but the music (playlist) at the pool and indoor at the lounge was the same from morning to night the entire week I was there. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. Would recommend and return.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and waiting staff in all the restaurants were all superb..very attentive. Cleaners constantly worked hard around the hotel making sure all areas were clean. Disappointed that the cocktail bar wasnt opened in the lobby, the sports bar across the road didnt compare. No free shuttle bus running to the beach either. We were also unlucky to have builders in the room next door to us, but it didnt spoil our break. Nice area but could do with some more shops, not much to do in area but bus stop really close. Be prepared to stand part of the way on packed buses but good value at 2.50 Euros everywhere. Recommend visit to Mdina (taxi 30 Euros), beautiful walled city, dont bother with the land train though.

Good location and nice pool area, we got sun beds no problem every day. Breakfast was very good. Nice modern large hotel rooms, although balcony is small. Our air con was not working properly and they told us someone would be up to fix it but they never arrived, the second day they told us maintenance wasn’t in and then the third day they did move us rooms and the aircon was perfect in the new room. This did put a dampener on the start of the holiday as we had an 8 month old baby and was very hot. Staff in restaurant/pool bar and room service are very friendly but I found reception staff to be very robotic. I would recommend and stay again. Parking is very narrow under the hotel but there was street parking available.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude and did not make me feel welcome. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and the location was quiet and away from a lot of tourists

We loved the breakfast which had a good variety and was tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a nice view from the rooftop bar and pool. Lots of lovely restaurants and bar nearby with a bus stop to different locations.

Fantastic holiday! Superb hotel and staff. Great location if you are looking for relaxation. The adult only roof top pool is excellent. Local restaurants are fantastic, excellent service, great tastes and great prices.

Hotel was lovely and clean. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop, adults only pool was brilliant. Not too busy and always managed to get a sun-lounger. Breakfast was tasty and a good selection. A 20 min walk down to the beach. The walk back is up hill but an uber/ bolt is less that
€5. Definitely recommend, very good value for money!

Modern, clean and central. The balcony was very small though.

Our check-in experience was quite bad. The manager who checked us in was quite rude and short with us. When we asked about the view we would have from our room he was quite condescending towards us saying "you get what you pay for" despite the fact that on Expedia the room description did not state what the view would be like other hotels usually do.
Had we known it would be a street view and not a garden view we would never have booked that room. He didn't offer us the option to upgrade and switch rooms and even when we called reception after getting into our room he was quick to rush us off the phone and interrupted us as we spoke.
The manager the following day was nice enough to apologise and organise a new room for us once it became available but by then we already had a sour taste from the night before.
In terms of the facilities, the hotel is okay, a bit dated in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in that area. WiFi was very poor too so had to use our own data. The breakfest buffet was good though and the swimming pool etc was nice. Would have been nice to have been offered robes, slippers etc like most other hotels do though.
All in all its not a bad hotel but there are definitely nicer ones in Mellieha (they tend to be smaller hotels). Perhaps this hotel has been around a long time in comaprison to others in the area so haven't kept up with the times but the level of service was average at best in my opinion.

A great stay for our Family of 11 people. Very kind and excellent service from the staff. Good location with great view over the city.

Perfect place for such an affordable price! Just didn’t like how far it was from a lot of sites. Still… I’ll probably get a room here again

Lovely hotel amazing staff rooms needs a bit of upkeep

We liked the rooftop pool. The room was clean. The parking situation was a bit of a gamble. Air condition was smelly and mouldy so we kept it off. There are some pubs and restaurants around which were really good. The city is pretty small and if you like to go to the beach you should take the bus or go by car.

After a long journey of changes and delays on our flight to Malta, this oasis of a hotel blessed me and my companion in suffering with the complimentary juice of Dionysus himself and the blankets sewn by the hands of Rhapso. This beautiful watering hole was the perfect resting vicinity while exploring the beauties of Malta. On a scale of 1 to 10, this is a Zeus-tired hotel.

Had a wonderful holiday in this hotel. Staff very helpful and accommodating the roof top pool is so quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Millieha. So central for touring great bus service right at the door.

Everything is perfect. Great view from the room of the ocean.

The Hotel is in a super area, central to all trip locations, with a good variety of Restaurants and bars. The Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the guest information & service manager, located in the hotel foyer directly opposite reception, was extremely helpful, answering all our questions and supportive with any assistance we needed.

Lovely hotel, great views from the rooftop terrace. Amazing breakfast extravaganza! Very nice coffee, staff were great. I found the mattress quite hard though lovely bedding and the deluxe double was stylish and spacious. Bus stops just outside, get a 7 day pass to travel around Malta & Gozo for €25

We stayed here for a few days to be by the beach, We weren’t happy with the room as it looked onto brick walls and other people’s windows, it was a standard room and I did try to get a different one looking out anywhere that I could see the sky, road, garden but not possible, should have been aware of this when booking. The staff were wonderful,Victoria on reception who helped us when we lost a phone and Jeet who organised a cab for us when we were outside by bus stop and he was going home.

We had a very wonderful stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the hotel was amazing, great staff and customer service, and with its bars and restaurants but also its 3 swimming pools, we hardly left the hotel. Saying this, the hotel is also well located, close to bus stops but also 15min by foot from the beach. I'll definitely come back.

A very relaxing stay .
