We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and loved everything about it. Very clean, amazing, friendly, helpful staff, easy parking, great pool and hot tub, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and pillows. The extra towel and garbage service was amazing and kept us feeling fresh and welcomed. We felt right at home. The only downside was that breakfast and coffee was not included. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t have free drip coffee however, there was a nice espresso bar with breakfast choices available for purchase. Just makes it a little more difficult when traveling as a family with kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great indoor pool. Beautiful common areas and rooms. Would be nice to have an outdoor area to sit in the sun. Also need a convenience kiosk with snacks, soft drinks and beer/wine for sale. Staff was excellent

The shower door wouldnt stay closed and would just roll open. Had to wedge a rag between the doors to stop it from opening and soaking the bathroom

We had a to be relocated from a condo due to a Expedia cancellation at the last minute. Although this was not a condo it was very nice and the staff were so accommodating and understanding- getting us anything we needed for the kitchenette

Pros: Great place to stay! Very nice contemporary rooms. Nice pool area and exercise room. Cons: NO FREE COFFEE DOWNSTAIRS! No one wants to pay for coffee at 6am. You need to fix that!

This hotel was recently remodeled in a very contemporary style. To us, it came off as stark and not very warm and comfortable. The room itself was definitely NOT "user friendly." Although quite large, there was only a pedestal sink in the bathroom and no counter or place to put any of our personal items. There was a one chair to sit on and it was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit in it. Other than that, we had to sit on the bed, which was not that comfortable (too soft for us). Lots of contemporary design, but nothing to soften the straight lines and make the space feel homey. They also discontinued the morning breakfast and instead set up a small over the counter "cafe" with a few things available - all made in advance and microwaved on the spot. This may be just our personal preference in what we look for in a hotel, but we will NOT be going back.

The communication between all staff members is not very good. Housekeeping does not knock. I payed an extra $30 for a later check out and exactly at 11 which is the usual check out time housekeeping tried to enter my room. I had the door jam open thankfully and when the door hit that they walked away. They did not knock. And then half hour later another staff member asked if I was checking out. And I had to inform them that I had requested a later checkout and had already paid the fee for it. Other than that when I checked in service was great, the front desk was friendly and the room was really nice and clean.

This hotel was charming and kid friendly! The carved bears at the entrance were a fun photo op with my girls and we loved the pools! The pool area has a bathroom attached which was great for my 2 year old! The room was large and the beds were clean and comfortable! The double queen room has a small fridge which helped keep our drinks and snacks cool. By the lobby is a breakfast bar where you can get small breakfast items and drinks. Lagayle was running the bar and was delightful! She visited with my girls and took good care of us. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would go back again!!

Beautiful, clean room with comfortable bed. We were given an upgrade to a suite with a kitchenette without even asking. Front desk hostess was friendly and professional. The only dislike was the dozen screaming kids that were rough housing in the pool/spa area . The parents and grandparents completely ignored it, so we left after 10 minutes.

We visit McCall several times a year, and are very familiar with many hotel properties, as well as VRBO/AirB&B condos. This trip was just an overnight, so I chose The Evergreen to try something new. It was very nice, very clean, very quiet (Sunday night stay). The room was light and spacious, with an extremely comfortable king bed. Will definitely stay here again.

The desk staff were great. The maids were very friendly and helpful. We love our coffee in the mornings and they were very generous to accommodate us.
