The hard work from the staff makes this hotel the best in Huntington, especially for the rates. I used to stay at the Hiltons in the area. However, the staff at the more expensive locations work less to accommodate guest. The staff at Quality Inn achieves successfully through hard word work and kindness.

Staff was excellent, very friendly. Very clean room. Indoors and outdoors clean, pool/hot tub excellent conditio n. Process of changing hotel decorum....would stay again if in the area!

Bed was comfortable, nice linens, clean but carpet very stained, no microwave in room, chairs in room in horrible, condition and torn, key would not open the door everytime I would leave the room to even go to the ice machine. Nice pool, hot tub, and outside cookout area

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel does need some upgrades. The wallpaper is peeling off in the bathrooms and the carpets were very stained.

Wrong room was given to me the room that I initially had the moment of the front desk, checked it, and it was dirty. Had to get another room. The treadmill didn’t work in the gym. The property itself is filthy. There was a hole in the ceiling was actually disgusting. The woman who checked us in was very nice and patient and genuinely cared about helping our situation

The room was filthy. I had a flea on my leg within the first five minutes in the room. The carpet was disgusting and badly stained. The toilet kept running all night. We also had to wait over an hour for the receptionist to attempt to clean the room. Which was not her job! She did her best and I appreciated everything she did to try and help.

Our room had many stains on the carpet and looked like it wasn’t even vacuumed. In the bathroom the sink and toilet areas had hair. Asked there would be eggs, bacon, etc., for the breakfast, but just waffles and cereal, oatmeal, etc.

Amenities (television) did not work. Room was not restocked with towels anything while we were out for the day. Keycard only activated for first night error at the desk. AC unit did not blow cold air.

There was no quality in this Quality Inn. The bed was not comfortable and made noise just sitting on it. The bathroom was not totally cleaned. I liked the location and appreciated the early check-in in an uncleaned room that I had to change. Overall, I will not stay there unless it was the last resort.

A few things need updated/ fixed in the room i was in, wall paper in bathroom was peeling, carpets have minor stains, curtain was ripped, nothing major, just need a little tlc, but it was pretty clean otherwise Little confusion at the front desk, but the lady was new and did everything to assure i was taken care of, even switched rooms, accidentally got a handicap room and the tv wasn't working, she even went and checked before finalizing, etc . Good location, close to food etc I would stay there again. I didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very inviting

Not a great stay. The first room assigned to us was not correct and the door wouldn't open. The second room had a chunk of white stuff and several long hairs on the bed. We finally were given an ok room on the third try. The saving gave for the stay was the service. The young man working the front desk was kind and helpful. While his efforts won't convince me to stay here again, they were much appreciated.

Booked Room with amenities including two queen beds NON SMOKING. Room smelled of smoke, double beds and not queen, carpet stained and burned up from cigarette burns, no mini fridge. Tried to change rooms but nothing available because of a tournament taking place in area no other rooms anywhere available so we had no choice but stay. Was told quality inn just bought out super 8 and the room and floor we were on was a smoking floor!!!!! Mattresses smelled of smoke!!!! Most horrible hotel stay we have ever had! Would not recommend again. They do not offer any discounts either!!! Beware folks! Stay somewhere else if you can.

This hotel was very lacking. Room was old and nasty, carpet very stained. No microwave or fridge. Wallpaper was peeling throughout the room. Many stains on the walls. The toilet leaked overnight all over the bathroom floor. When we informed management of the poor condition of the room, they replied that they were unaware of the room's condition. Giving two stars overall because the continental breakfast was well stocked and attended.
