I’ve stayed both at the Motel itself and the Guest House. Both are good, not fancy but very comfortable. The Guest House is perfect if you’re looking for a place to relocate while doing something else around Anacortes. Locations are close to the Main Street and the waterfront. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Definitely recommended.

We stayed at the sister property not the motel and it was clean and nice.

Fine hotel for a short stay. We had to take the ferry EARLY the next morning and this hotel was perfect for that. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. You could hear the people a bit from neighboring rooms but it was nothing too crazy. All in all a good place to stay for this price.

Cozy, Motel style, quiet, actually saw a deer across the street, we walked up to, Motel is clean, kitchen (no utensils, bring your own)
Big fridge, 2 queen beds separate, 2 tvs, no A/C, just a fan. motorcycle friendly, close to downtown, we liked it would stay again

Old and rude owners

The room was relatively clean, but some of the furniture had stains on it and the general appearance of the motel was fairly shabby.

The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our adventures around Anacortes. The staff was wonderful and very nice. I would highly recommend anyone that is visiting to stay here.

This place was nice and convenient for hoping on the ferry early in the morning. The bed however was awful. SO noisy you couldn't move a muscle. Sweet couple.
5.0
It was clean and spacious, and we were surprised that there was a full-sized fridge and counter-top burner. Well worth the price. We arrived late and got up early for the ferry, but I wished we were staying longer to take advantage of what our room offered at such a reasonable price.
3.0
It was very clean. Very budget friendly, but no air conditioning. Although there were fans in room.
2.5
I have loved our room it was very spacious and clean. We have stayed for only one night but it would be very comfortable for longer stay as well. It even had a full kitchen just no plates pots and utensils.
The only thing that I have missed was a hair dryer.
2.5
It's an older motel but very clean and the owner is friendly. We enjoyed our trip to Anacortes and appreciate the reasonable price for a crash pad on a Saturday night.

Very convenient and good value for area.

Perfect location for walking to downtown. Friendly hosts. Oversized room with separate bedroom, 2 TVs,, comfy bed and good quality towels. Kitchen and full sized refrigerator a bonus. Pictures on hotels.com don’t do it justice, not to mention was a great price. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit in Anacortes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I got to the motel I found out I'd be staying in the guest house a block away instead, which for some people would be a welcome surprise but others not so much. Some clarity on how that works would be very helpful for anyone staying here in the future.
The owner was very accommodating though, and took me over to the other location herself and showed me how everything works. I felt safe the entire time. Bonnie who was cleaning the property was the nicest person ever!! My room was perfectly clean and it was really nice especially considering what I paid.

Friendly and caring. Property was clean and quiet for a good night's sleep

Great value and very clean. Old style motel, with some wear and tear, but you can't beat the price for a very acceptable place to stay. Convenient to ferry and downtown Anacortes.

Very convenient stay, super smooth checkin/out.

Room had everything we needed. A few dust bunnies were hopping around but otherwise clean. No AC or fan in the front bedroom (end of July got a little toasty). The stairwell is a bit narrow for lugging a big suitcase, but we only had one flight to go. Quiet and close to the ferry.
2.5
Amazing service! The owners were so helpful. The rooms were super big and had a lot of privacy due to the layout. Full size fridge, stove top, the best amenities. Felt like a mini apartment for my family and I. The building is older but came with lots of comfort, and cleanliness!! The stay was very safe, no crime in site. Walkable to food, convenience stores. This stay felt very nostalgic.

Property manager was great and offered us more than what we paid for. It was perfect for the reasonable price.
Thank you!!!

This motel is old but it was clean inside. The outside of the motel could use some curb appeal! The flower beds were full of weeds and not many flowers. The outside just looked unkept.

Great place! Not fancy but clean and nice

We stayed at the Guesthouse ( separate property ) and loved it so these ratings are there not the Motel. This property is a few blocks from the Motel.

Great location, could walk to restaurants and to the waterfront park. It was close to the ferry and lots of hikes were nearby. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very affordable.

I booked online, but my daughter’s flight from NYC to SeaTac was very late. Checkin time ended at 10 pm, and we didn’t arrive at the motel until 1:30 am. Rani very kindly texted me our room number and the code to get in. We had a comfortable sleep and left early in the morning for the ferry.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price cheap hotel. No air conditioning noisy street. Probably pay for a more upscale hotel next time with amenities.

Stayed in the guest house. Very pleasant owner, helpful. Room was fine. Not five star, but this was a sailing week, so it was great for the price.

Nice that the two beds are in separate areas

Good for basic necessities for the price. Staff helpful, rooms are decent with sufficient needs for travellers.

As a budget motel, this property met all our needs. Kitchenette has 2 burner stove top, fridge, microwave and coffee pot but is without dishes and supplies other than the complementary coffee packets and styrofoam cups. Towels were of decent condition (no bath mat) but sheets were clean but held stains. Great location next to downtown Anacortes.
4.0
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
