We had a great time! The staff was friendly and interacted well not only with us, but with our kids also. They did a very good job of making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, the facility was clean and everything was neat and in good order. Would stay here again.

Although the staff were friendly, this was not a good visit. The pool was freezing, our toilet was plugged and we had to go buy a plunger because they had no access to one! The tv did not work properly and it was very over priced for the non existence of amenities.

Checking and staff was great. Hotel was under renovation but was still clean and orderly. Had some issues with the deadbolt automatically locking while the door was open. Alao sheets fellt as if they had been starched, would have preferred a bit higher quality.

The hotel was closed for maintenance when I arrived, and no one had told me. There was one staff member on the premises who told me to go to the hotel next door and they would give me a room. It was a Marriott property too, and it also was about half closed for maintenance. The place was filthy on the elevator and halls, but the room was clean. It was disappointing to say the least.

We have stayed here before but the room was so much nicer. They are upgrading so the place is a mess!! For a one nighter it did the job. The beds were very comfortable, but the place is outdated so good thing they are remodeling.

Hotel has remodeling work in progress which was not advertised. Some parts of lobby closed off, several storage containers in parking lot limited parking space. Room was not bad, but it did not meet my expectations.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building, furnishings and grounds are far from Marriott standards. I’m very disappointed in this property. The best part was the sheets. Loved them. The pictures are outdated, they do not have a hot tub. Very disappointing as this is why we picked this motel over the other Marriott in the area.

The elevator did not work, that was the first sign, and we should have left then. I normally stay at Courtyards all over Texas, but this one needs attention. The room smelled fishy, the carpet was old and sticky. We debated wether or not to leave then, had it not been after 10pm we would have. Lukewarm water from the shower that trickled from the shower head, not really rinsingthe soap. The bed was so uncomfortable, not sure the mattress has ever been updated. The times online do not match for checkout, pool times, etc.. It needs major updating, so gross!

Room was OK. Night desk person was very helpful with dinner recommendations. We added the breakfast for 2 for $5 through Expedia. It is actually a food voucher with a value of $10 for up to 2 people at the cafe/Starbucks. Confusing at first, but breakfast sandwiches were good.

While I had a friendly check in, the hotel restaurant needs some training of staff. First the server looked for Sauvignon Blanc among the red wines. Then I was served a Caesar salad with a vinaigrette dressing. The rooms are not well insulated and the guy above me getting up at 4 am resulted in a nearly start to my day.

The beds were not properly made. It looked like my 10 year old made them. The toiletries were used. The tube of shampoo was empty and the lotion was 1/2 empty. Staff was nice. Lock on the door was hard to lock. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. AC was super frosty which was good. I’ll stay elsewhere next time though.

The hotel is undergoing renovations which should improve the conditions of the carpets in the rooms. And hopefully they will get softer mattresses. Area is great for eating ideas - Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, Andy’s Custard. But difficult to get to off the Interstate - very confusing roads.

The desk clerk had trouble finding my two-person reservation. When she did it took her a few minutes to process. I got a room that had two bath towels. I think most people use two towels each. The alarm clock typically on the nightstand wasn't there. I found it almost under the bed which means whoever cleaned the room wasn't looking. And finally, there was little communication like about the breakfast or any amenities.

Very Quick and easy check in!!! The room was very large and roomy! Large Tv!!! But they were doing construction so couldn’t use pool or gym😢😢😂😂😂😂 Did not see that on site when booked!

Lack of housekeeping support. Sticky beverage rings on a number of surfaces old candy wrappers on the floor. Refrigerator was turned off and had defrosted in a tray in the past lots of icky water. Toilet had not seen a brush in a while. Trash cans had bags but were just laying on the side. I don’t think that there was a trash can anywhere on the property that was not overflowing

They have updated the lobby and dining area nicely, but the sleeping rooms definitely need renovation and soon. Stains on carpeting, couch - ceiling damage in our room. Wonderful large flat screen TV with streaming options. The sleeping rooms are very spacious and beds were comfortable.
