The room was disgusting. There was food splatter on walls, dents in walls n door main door, hole in carpeting that was covered with tape, bathroom door jam was very dirty with food jammed into the corners, bathroom sink had no stopper so you could straight down the pipe, fridge/freezer was dirty and freezer was covered in ice. Kitchenette had a missing drawer

I have been staying at alot of motels in the area and so far this has been the best. I really like that it has a refrigerator and a stove. The door has gap at the bottom and I dont think it is that secured. The hotel is old but clean.

the door lock was broken the room was filthy the sheets had crusty dried bodily fluids on them holes in the walls the refrigerator was dirty and didn’t work we couldn’t use the kitchenette because we wasn’t comfortable with the room being so dirty poop on the bathroom walls broken toilet seat what we saved by getting a cheaper room was spent on cleaning products to clean the bathroom

For the rates that they charged, it is a great deal. They supply you with your basic needs just like any other hotel. Microwave, large fridge, even a stove! Only thing I didn't like or that caused inconvenience was that the bathroom in the room I stayed in, the trim on the door was coming loose so the door wasnt fully secured. The other thing that was kind of annoying was that my keycard kept needing to be reactivated, but the staff was always kind when I asked to get it reactivated. I am not a picky person so this place was perfect for me. Many restaurants very close by. Smokey Bones is an amazing one for some great BBQ food. If you are uptight and expect a million amenities for less than $100, then this place is not for you.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the counters had sticky drink rings on them like they were not cleaned. The shower had dirt on the floor that seemed to rinse away when turned on. The toilet repeated clogged and was not securely connected to floor

I mentioned the black mould around tub but the microwave had not been cleaned and had old food hanging from the roof of it:( yuck. There are no pots, cutlery, or dishes for this unit with “kitchenette”. The doors are falling off cupboards - they should just remove this and clean it up.

Will never book with this property again. Booked mo th in advance just to get canceled the same day we got there putting 2 elderly a handicap and a teen girl out with no where to stay. Should feel ashamed and worthless.

I ask for non smoking and it smelled really smoky. Phones did not work. Tried to call frontdesk from cell and got New Jersey and they couldnt help.i wS dropped off and did not have a car....bed was lumpy a d u comfortable. Never stay there agai

The room smelled of a strong cleaner or paint. The floor of the room was so dirty it turned the soles of my feet black with dirt. Staff was very courteous

Our room was not clean. The tile floor was sticky everywhere. You could not walk barefoot. The bathtub was dirty, the fridge had something green left in it. We got caught up in the worst aviation day in history with the computer system crashing and had been awake for over 24 hours when we arrived and were grateful to have made it here and were too tired to tell the office manager ( who acted like we were a bother) to move us. Glad to only be here one night

The room was very nice. It was very clean. The pool wasn't the greatest. Parents didn't stay with kids while they were at the pool. There was no hot tub. The breakfast was great!

A ton of flies all over the room, there were what appeared to be blood stains on the table, wall and shower. Mosquitos were also in the room. Room hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in a while. If you want a cheap option and feel you are staying in a room where someone was murdered, stay here. I know it is a motel and what to expect but this was bad even for a motel.

Bad business. Made a reservation 6 weeks in advance, paid, and when I try to check in the day of they were sold out and didn't have a room for me. The business will take your reservation and payment, but will give rooms to whoever shows up first. Why bother taking reservations then? They were not even concerned that they were leaving me out on the street, even though I paid for a room weeks in advance

The service is terrible, I had a reservation several weeks in advance for 5 nights and when I arrived to check in they told me that they could not honor my reservation. They wanted to charge me for the stay per night and with the price terribly increased by the eclipse. The manager is not present at the hotel and if you call her the call is transferred to the hotel, there is no way to contact her. Horrible place, I recommend not using this place even if it is the last place in the world. The administration is super dishonest!

My stay here was wonderful. I actually ended up staying a few extra days beyond what was initially planned. I stay at quite a few hotels around this area, and this one was by far the cleanest, especially considering how cheap it was. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for an extended stay.
