I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The floor was sticky, the chairs were stained, and the bed was completely broken down and uncomfortable. It was impossible to relax in such conditions.
After enduring one miserable night, we decided we couldn’t stay any longer and checked out early, having to book a last-minute room at another hotel.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless serious improvements are made.

Nice place
2.0
Breakfast isn't until 7a.m. so either bring your own food, drive back 1-2 miles for fast food, or eat at the hotel but risk being late to park at the Zion Visitor Center (in high season). No shower wand, but room was big with lots of sink space. Good A/C, although a bit noisy. Comfy bed.

Really nicely kept place, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room hadn't been vacumed and there was nasty stains on the chair.
The door was hard to close and some of the screws for the security lock werent screwed in, making the lock significantly weaker.
The door spy was also painted over on the outside so it couldnt be used.
The pool doesnt have a spa as advertised, the picture is wrong.
We had to wake up the manager to open for breakfast.
Overall it seems like they cant handle the hotel.
We stayed two nights
2.0
Comfortable beds, has fridge and microwave in the room, but the fridge was totally iced up because the door seal was busted.
Decent value for the price and distance to Zion.

A bit far from Zion, but overall fine for sleeping. Great water pressure

Everything was ok the only 2 things was the lock on the door wasn’t working and the coffee in the room but other than that I don’t have complaints I can recommend this place.

The fridge wasn’t working properly but overall for the quick stay it did the work. Thanks

Comfortable bed, clean, mini fridge and micro was a plus.

The owner and staff were so accommodating! He helped us with early check in, and our rooms were nice and clean. The property is little older, but they are in the process of renovating it. They are painting the rooms and exterior. All in all, very pleased with our stay.
3.0
Easy check in. They have a laundry room for guests at a cost. The pool was nice. They are strick on the use of the ice machine

This was good value for the price. We were visiting Zion so did not spend much time there. It had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but we didn’t mind since we were really only sleeping there!

The hotel was convenient to Zion National Park with reasonable rates.

I left a day early and Expedia refused to refund me. I caught the room service man in my room while I was gone even though I specifically asked for no room service since I’m a female traveling alone with dogs. Thank god I had my dogs with me or they could have attacked him or gotten out. I wasn’t offered a refund from this hotel or Expedia. I’d stay away from both of these companies, they breached my privacy and safety and neither are willing to be accountable for the situation. I’ll be reporting this to the BBB unless I receive a refund from either party. I have never been to a hotel and caught staff in my room specifically after I asked for no one to be in there…then they enter while I’m gone…stay away from Expedia and Rodeway Inn if you’re a single female that wants privacy.

When we arrived things went well until we opened the door to the room. The beds were not changed and the room had not been cleaned. We were quickly put into another room. I noticed what looked like blood on the bathroom wall and some other stuff on the walls in the restroom. Other than that the room appeared clean. The fridge, coffee pot both worked as well as the television. It was quiet for the most part. The dog costed an additional $25 which made the room a little more pricey

We found a dead cockroach on the floor by the desk. The bathroom fixtures were in extremely poor condition. There was a stale odor in the room, especially in the bathroom. The tub faucet was hanging out of the wall which we put back together. There were candy wrappers in the night stand and dresser drawers.

The property was okay, there is definitely some wear and tear. The floors were very dirty and I had to wear shoes when walking

Pretty good experience, and just what I’d expect from a roadside motel. No real complaints. Staff were friendly.

The air conditioner did not get room cool until morning and then it was not cool.

A very nice place to stay, staff extremely polite and my check in was fast and simple. The room clean and spacious. Though the TV signal kept going out, all in all, I’ll be staying here when I pass through again.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The rooms are older so it had some issues but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable

Great price for 1 night with a pool!! Breakfast selection was very limited.

Great for the price and location. Very close to Zion. Bathrooms were a little gross and did not have proper ventilation. Also breakfast was too late in the morning for trying to get parking at Zion in the summer. Overall, would stay again.

Everyone was nice & the room had everything we needed.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Location was good, about 30 minutes from Zion. There were also many restaurants and stores like Walgreens and Walmart nearby. There are some nice lakes close but there’s a day use fee. The room was okay and had everything we needed. We liked having a little table with two chairs to eat at. There was also a mini fridge with a little freezer and a microwave. This was nice to have because we ordered pizza and had leftovers for lunch the next day which saved us some money. The pool was closed during our stay which was unfortunate because it was so hot while we were there. The front desk said they had a sister property nearby where we could use the pool but we chose not to. We would definitely stay at this property again!

No air conditioning in the laundry room. No timer on dryer to know how long it will be, and not enough change available to do laundry, even though instructions tell you to go to the office for it.
Clean and well maintained

Had difficulties with the check-in. Officially until 10pm (arrived at 12:45am). There was a telephone number to call at reception for late check-in. After the third call we were told that check-in after midnight was no longer possible. In the end it still worked out.

looks like the room was clean when I walked around the room my feet were so dirty I ask house keeper and they came to mop the floor a little better but still my feet dirty and hand towel has few hairs other wise it's good
4.0
Everything was great, but pool was closed for maintenance. And it has been for a while from what I understand
3.0
Convenient location. No pool(closed may28-june4) or hot tub like it said. As basic as basic gets. Would stay again, just me and my dad traveling.
