Upon arrival, we were given key to a room that an occupant was in. Quite embarrassing! Then, our toilet would not flush from entering room. Finally, staff cleared it late in evening. Breakfast was fair, eggs terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful but would not recommend this hotel. Too many others nearby to stay in.

Stay was decent except for strong sewer gas smell that appeared overnight on the third floor. Very unpleasant. Staff were friendly and the shower was nice and hot. Good breakfast.

Was threatened by front desk clerk that she was going to call her boyfriend over to straighten me up because she didn’t check me in properly and we ended up getting kicked out my disabled wife and dog. The boyfriend hung out in the lobby most of the night with her and she was the worst hotel clerk in all my years of travel. I shouldn’t have to be treated that way and the whole thing was calculated and planned by this racist clerk who thought her boyfriend would solve the issue and then gets the manager on the phone who tells us to leave for the safety of her employees.

The hotel seemed a bit run down. The elevators had broken buttons and one our room door didn’t work very well. You had to pull and lift up on the handle to get it to open.

I never got to stay. There was absolutely no room to park. We tried to reach out to the hotel and they ignored us. Hotels. Com tried as well and they ignore them. I was forced to pay for a room I couldn't use due to no parking

The room was extremely hot. We put air down to 60 and it never cooled down much. The bed was extremely hard and tiny pillows. Everything else was perfect. But having a warm room was not fun.

The front desk person was amazing and so helpful with our issues. The sink in our room was clogged and then our toilet clogged too. The issues were taken care of quickly though so we appreciated that! The room was a little dingy with the tile being dirty/stained. The pool was very cloudy and hot with hair floating all throughout the water. The breakfast was plentiful but not hot.

The stay was good, the only issue I had was with the remote control. The tv didnt let me change channels, I called the front desk and got another remote control, but it didnt really work either. My main complaint is that the site indicates that there’s a pool and a hot tub. That’s the main reason I booked at this property since there are other good options for hotels nearby, but I was very disappointed that there’s no hot tub. Site needs to be updated asap. Thank you
