Horrible stay, my family and i are stuck in a hotel that is nasty smells and can't comprehend why its open.

Hotel lost ppwer due to storms and gained back partial power but with no AC. We couldn't stay there since the room was too hot. Hotel staff Jesus, would not refund my stay via Expedia and lied to them saying that power was back on immediately but failed to mention without AC. Also, told Expedia that there were no storm warnings in Nuevo Laredo when the warnings have not stopped since 9pm the night before. I recommend you stay somewhere else.

The breakfast included with the room is really good, staff was friendly and helped with any request. Only minor complaint is about broken ice machine, other than that is a good place o stay in this city.

Internet didn’t work at all. You can’t watch YouTube or your Netflix accounts on the tv. Shower couldn’t keep the desired temperature, it was going hot and cold on and on.

No rooms available when I arrived. Even though I had a paid in full reservation. We had to wait to get our room key. The room had no shower curtain. It was uncomfortable taking a shower and trying not to get water out side the shower area was impossible, there’s was water all over the floor. The toilet paper holder came off the wall… this room needs a make over! I told the young lady at the front desk but she just stared at me puzzled.

This property is severe need of upgrades. MANY repairs needed in bathroom, paint ceiling mold etc. The staff was ok. The transport van driver was FANTASTIC! I do not intend on suggesting this hotel. The location and transfer to the American Consulate was great.

Room didn't have towels so we called and they sent us 1 towel. we said we are 2 and guy went back to get 1 more towel. Would be nice to have a hand and wash towel as well. ;)

Where to start check-in took me 40 min The beds are very uncomfortable it's like your sleeping on a slab of concrete it says it sleeps 4 4 what kids. The floor wasn't properly cleaned there was still garbage from the previous stays, Mexican truck drivers and labor workers sleep here this is not a family friendly environment

The hotel alone is very basic. The building has very thin walls. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room but when it was brought up, they took care of us very quickly. Which brings me to the next point, the service. They are on top of things and took very good care of us and they made sure everything was fine. Very respectful staff. I have to say that what was the highlight of our stay was the breakfast which is included. Man, that certainly makes up for it. They cook it on order, and it was delicious. They had a nice coffee machine as well and it offered regular and Americano. Loved it! One last thing, there are several restaurants within walking distance in case you are feeling hungry and/or thirsty. Overall, it was a very good stay.
