A fantastic stay at the Hotel Mercure in Benidorm. The hotel is wonderful in every way and the staff are so friendly and caring. Handy for Benidorm centre , old town and the beach .A haven!

Hotel was good - food options for breakfast and buffet evening meal were limited and repetitive - not worth Euro 25. Room was good and comfortable, which is what you would expect for the price, as we paid extra for a deluxe room. Pool area is nice and provides shade when needed. Check in and bar staff are very helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. The outside appearance isn't great but the inside and the pool area are very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. All areas were very clean. Breakfast was superb.
It's a short walk to the beach and old town. I definitely intend to return.

By far the hotel in Benidorm. Lovely grounds, pool entertainment. The staff were friendly. Pizza bar is an excellent addition and very tasty. Highly recommend a stay here. Can’t wait to come back here!

Fantastic hotel! Has a great vibe to it, staff are friendly and helpful. Cocktails were good and priced well. The draught beer was also good. Location for old town and beach is perfect.

We really enjoyed our summer holiday spent in this hotel. Everything was amazing.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. We also had dinner included, and every night there were be different options to choose from on buffet.
Hotel looks very new and it has nice vibe. Also all stuff is very kind and helpful.

Hotel ok service provided too many excuses
Why things don’t work. Garage parking a disaster without proper instructions, designated spot occupie. Misinformed on location. Sent into dark garage not directed to 2nd basement. Key did not open doors.
Need valee parking. Check in Personel not knowledgeable and midinformed need better training. House keeping and food service terrific. Hotel needs better front door
Checkin management and training. Better customer service is needed.

breakfast air conditioning and ambiance were all amazing and loved pool area

Lovely hotel, so peaceful and clean. A bit far out from Benidorm centre but easy enough to get a taxi in 5 minutes

Really liked the hotel, very modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice places to sit downstairs, quiet, nice to have a balcony and comfy rooms. Michel was very nice checking us out.

Good service from start to finish. Really good breakfast. Good location. Couldnt fault anything.

Loved the food and the help from front desk, the rooms were nice too, a bad price on expedia.
Do wish the pool was heated though as in the later months it catches no sun at all.

The customer service we received was excellent, even before our stay and continued during our visit. The Standard Room we had was quite small, but met all of our requirements. Two minor points, the toilet door was unusual in that it opened outwards with a low budget handle and the wardrobe had a cane drop down cover, which was not matching the quality of the rest of the room. Just minor points, as we had a super stay.

Very friendly staff, great location, very clean, good value.

Very good stay in old town. Had deluxe room at the Mercury hotel. had a large veranda which faced the pool and was a sun trap all afternoon. Great location for beach and old town. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and cava on arrival was a lovely touch. Only negative was pool area is so covered by trees and shrubs that getting the sun was nearly impossible the few beds that did had people leaving towels on loungers from early so never available. We went the beach which was 18euro for 2 beds and a parasol. Glad we packed hoodies and tracksuit for evenings as can get windy and temperature drops. Great places to eat and plenty of bars in old town. Try Tapas alley and long walks along the spotless promenade stopping to people watch and having another beer.

Great location for the beaches, nightlife, and old town.

Breakfast is a cattle market only two coffee machines for 100+ guests. Each machine takes over a minute to make one cup, it’s ground brewed and the poured and then flushes the spout. Absolutely useless system. Pool is very sunbathing unfriendly. Too many trees.

If you are going to stay in Benidorm and want tranquility - this is the place! The staff are extremely helpful and kind; the property is immaculate and well maintained; the food and beverages are top notch; in short, this is the place to relax, decompress, and enjoy the sunshine of Spain!

Nice hotel. Service at dinner disappointing. Very slow to order drinks, remove dirty plates and replenish hot food. Breakfast service much better

Most of the staff members are friendly, others are not. The knowledge of gastronomic basics is - from my perspective - not lived (also here pointing to the most of the staff).
The food is okay but flavorless.
Sure, one of the best hotels in Benidorm but there need to be a lot of improvements to be achieved by management and staff.
Really nice interior!

Amazing hotel. Staff are extremely attentive. Hotel was clean and very nice. Greeted on the way in and out. We had a couple issues in our room with the tv but they were sorted in less than 10 minutes! The pool was so nice and there was an outside seating area which was lovely to have a drink there.
Breakfast was fresh and good variety! Cannot wait to stay here again

A very nice recently modernised hotel in the slightly quieter part of Benidorm, 5 mins from the beach.
Overall was very happy, you will have a good time not be disappointed.
Staff were all very friendly, however trying to get their attention was sometimes a challenge/ a bit slow.
Food & breakfast was top notch!
Only real criticism is why put glass doors/ showers on the WC?

The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Through out the decorations are muted creams & taupes. I had a standard room which was ample for two people sharing I particularly liked the large balcony and how the shower, toilet & wash basin were all separate from each other. The beds were really comfy.
The staff were all very helpful especially the reception as they spoke a good standard of English.
The swimming pool isn’t heated and was pretty chilly. They should put a notice by the pool saying you can’t reserve sun loungers as a poor boy comes up to you after 10 mins to tell you your towels will be taken if you leave them unattended. The breakfast & dinner options had plenty of choices but I think some nights there were too many fish options.
The hotel is the far end of the noisy parts but close enough to walk in if desired.
The weather was awful for a few days it would of been nice if they had laid on some entertainment whilst we stuck in the hotel waiting for the rain to stop.

Relatively new hotel. Very clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Had a power cut, couldn't open door, safe, no water. An announcement on a board would have been helpful, as no communication about the situation. Other than that couldnt fault.
2.5
Lovely hotel , friendly staff , very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location and only 5 minutes to beach
2.0
Tourist hotel with an abundance of guests from the UK. Small rooms facing a pool. Sun loungers reserved by guests with towels since before breakfast.
Hotel very close (5 min walk) to beaches. Breakfast very average but free.
2.5
Lovely hotel, great location. Friendly staff.
2 small issues. Limited number of sunbeds around the pool and a little slow on the check in process

Great hotel, lovely stay

There should be more vegan options at breakfast and on the main menu. There was only one menu item I could order. There were no hot breakfast items for vegans.
2.5
Great overnight stay and lovely dinner and breakfast.
