The rooms are wonderful and the hotel is spectacular. We stayed in the club room with access to the EP lounge- the food was exceptional (Veronica and all the chefs are doing a fabulous job) but the service was extremely poor which was clearly driven by the management led by Hemraj- we did speak with him but felt it was a disingenuous apology and a lot of excuses even though capacity was around 30%, tables were left with dirty plates, took us 20minutes for a baby cup with some water. Thank you to Stephen, Anthea and Sandra who looked after us during our stay in the EP club. On our first night we were above what a seemed to be a nightclub - it was a convention. The music and noise didn’t stop until 1am which led to a horrible night of sleep for our 8 month old baby. The hotel compensated us with dirihams, equivalent of £200 but this doesn’t equate to the £550 we spent on the hotel night itself. We ate in the restaurants in the evening and met Chef George who was wonderful, warm and engaging- we went to Broadway, the steak and lamb was exceptional as were the staff! He also recommended Koal and Sand (the bbq restaurant), every dish was phenomenal- a must go and a beautiful setting! The Indian and Lebanese restaurants were great, food was delicious but not the best we’ve had but again the staff and service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a club lounge experience then we would suggest Jumeirah Zabeel Saray as a first choice and then Juneriah Beach Hotel.

The staff, especially Pyru and Anna from Episodes were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so passionate about their job. The grounds were stunning, the facilities second to none, the rooms immaculate and the dining options were extremely varied - with 3 Michelin starred restaurants! The afternoon tea was also one of the best I have ever had with the best selection of tea, with an element of theatre and ritual bought to it. I couldn’t rate this hotel if I possibly tried! The beach, the pools, the breakfast… outstanding! Thank you for the perfect holiday!

Their customer service is second to none. Staff are very helpful and friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The friendly receptionists always made sure that we are well looked after and especially made our kids very happy with little touches. The kids really enjoyed and totally entertained with their water slides, the pool and the kids activities. We are planning our next trip to Abu Dhabi now.

It's a Amazing property ..great service and food ...E P club if you have upgraded rooms ..I booked through hotels.com and thought that a deluxe room would be big enough but no the hotels.com rep in booking didn't have the knowledge about the property...so we had to find out the hard way ..pay double the amount we wanted to spend ...thats was the only bad experience I had ....so please do your own research about with room and service is good for you ....other then that there ia alot to do at the property..

This is the best hotel I ever stayed! Luxury with outstanding comfort. Fun complimentary camel rides, beautiful white sand beach, next door to Parliament House. Expensive but worth the money. Will definitely go back if visit Abu Dhabi again. Only little improvement, add more food variety at Vandome buffet and provide shuttle bus to major sites will be great!

Fred a driver was an angel! He saved us from getting lost and took us to our room! Aristoteles at the Vendome for breakfast was a great and gracious host plus the food was wonderful! We loved staying there!

I spent two wonderful weeks at this magnificent hotel. It was a lifetime experience with some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The property is immaculately clean and the best part is the wonderful staff that took care of my every need. I will keep this vacation in my memories for a long time. I expected better service from a hotel which is famous and expensive. When I checked out I was not feeling well so I requested late checkout, the lady on the phone was not very friendly and had to ask for approval, and at last I was able to get one more hour. Luggage person took half hour to come. Hotel itself is also older. I think they are just very busy and not worried about their business. Wifi was very slow.

The hotel and the service are amazing, but I will point a few things that I found less impressive such as bed comfort, it was too hard, the bathroom amenities very basic, I understand the sustainability issue but still you expect better amenities in such high class hotel. Vendome buffet is great, Martaaban restaurant and Lebanese restaurant both great, Italian restaurant was disappointing and pool bar food also disappointed, but they do have nice cocktails.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff Very focussed on local large families with 'nannies' (no parents at pools) monitoring large groups of 8 to10 male kids/unruly teenagers who didn't all get on. We could not get tea in main hotel in afternoons as reserved for group bookings - small area available but was full disappointing
