Need to pay for parking Monday to Saturday from 7am to 10pm.

Only stayed 1 night for quick trip to DC exhibit. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable - the most important stuff. We had problems connecting to wifi. Call to desk helped a little but not much. IPad never connected... phones eventually did. The whole sign in geared toward Marriott rewards customers. What I really hated was going to lobby for morning coffee and tea. Used to this being provided, here it was $$tarbucks only. No thank you. No free breakfast but that we knew.
4.3
I thought overall the hotel was nice, conveniently located. The bathrooms were a bit dated - rust, broken tub, could use a refresh
4.3
The only downside was that we were there for three days, and housekeeping never showed up. We had to call for clean towels.
One thing to note: parking is on Level 5, and you ring a bell for first-time access to the hotel. After that, you use your key. The level that you enter from the parking garage (5) is actually the third floor of the hotel. The lobby is on the 3rd floor.

Good location, spacious rooms

Being booked in this hotel was a pleasure considering we had just been in a ghetto/crack hotel with Expedia. For safety reasons I am glad that we were able to spend the nite here without any issues...

The place is nice

I got a parking citation for parking about two - four rows from the entrance. When I returned to my car about 45 mins later, I saw the citation under my windshield. I called the number listed on the envelope the next morning and was told that I had parked in an area requiring a permit. I saw nothing posted to that effect, nor did the hotel staff share anything to that effect in person nor writing. Agent I spoke with regarding the citation suggested I send in the receipt from my payment for parking from ParkMobile, the citation, an explanation, and I also attached the parking instruction the hotel receptionist gave me.

Very good location.

The Bistro and its manager Menge.

Dated. No USB ports in room. Make sure to bring your cube! Charge extra four housekeeping. Parking is adjacent to hotel in ramp on the 5th floor. Easy once you know.
4.3
Great location! Many shops and stores around…lots of eating options as well.
Just all-around 10’s across the board
4.3
Parking garage very convenient to hotel entrance via a walkway. Security seems good ...requiring a authorized room key to get to your floor. Clean, with the exception of two of our pillow cases that had some spots on them.
4.3
To enter this hotel was the weirdest thing to me. It’s more of an older hotel not as modern.
4.3
Checking in was somewhat confusing. We parked on the 5th floor of the parking garage and went to cross the "bridge" into the hotel. It required a room key or to buzz in. So instead we went to the ground level. That door also required room key or buzz in. Once inside the ground floor is not even where you check in. You have to go to the 3rd floor. It does make it very secure but also confusing. After that check in was ok.
The room was very nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. The TV was nice and could access Netflix and Youtube. The bathroom was very nice, the water pressure was great and the shower had a tub too.
The room itself was not the cheapest and from the information on Expedia, it seemed like parking and breakfast were included, but they were not. Parking was something like 6.89 for one night of parking. The food was from a little "Bistro" in the lobby and one plate of french toast was 11.50.
Overall decent experience, but more than I was expecting to pay.

Great hotel just down the street from where I needed to be.
4.3
Great place to stay. The location was excellent. Everything I needed was in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I Will stay here again.
4.3
The location was very convenient for our trip to Maryland with many restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the transportation system.
The only issue that I had was that the bathtub drained very slowly, clogged with hair most likely, and when service came they were able to remove some hair but left it in the toilet.
That was totally unacceptable.
4.3
The stay was amazing in downtown. We did a little sightseeing, but in all it was good.
4.3
The shuttle was key as the train station is closed. The bar was perfect to relax and watch tv also starbucks coffee! Parking garage reasonable rates and convenient.
4.3
I enjoyed my short stay at the Courtyard Silver. I found check in to be very smooth and the front desk attendants were very friendly.
I would stay again.

A very convenient hotel in downtown Silver Spring, close to the Washington Beltway and having relatively easy access to downtown Washington via metro or bus. The hotel staff was very helpful and arranged for our room to be cleaned daily during our extended stay, despite the policy being to clean the rooms every other day. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
If you have a car, there’s a direct bridge from the public garage to the hotel. We felt safe using that entrance even late at night.
4.3
Good property. Had a noisy ac, but housekeeping fixed it and didn’t have any more issues
4.3
