The room was nice and clean. It was close to the highway but was pretty quiet. There is shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Front desk agent had an attitude. Rooms are cheaply decorated. Hole in bathroom wall. Clock had the wrong time on it.

My children and I came here and picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa. Unfortunately, the spa was ice cold and broken. I asked the man at the front desk who assured me that it wasn't broken and just needed to heat up. So, he pressed the jet button and said to wait about 30 min- 1 hour for it to heat up. It never did.

Area was good. Beds were more comfortable than many hotels and staff was very nice.

We had a comfortable stay. Property and our room was very clean. Parking was ample. Property was close to 101. The one thing I would have liked is to extend breakfast time to 10 am instead of ending at 9 am.

Just traveling through & needed a place to sleep. It was clean, easy on/off freeway access, quiet. Service was not overly friendly but okay. Decent place to put my head for a night.

Hotel and staff were nice. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and nice. But breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee was good but food itself was pretty pathetic.

My sister and I needed to get away for a night. I’ve stayed at Fairfield Inn’s before. They are clean, comfortable, and quiet and that’s true for this Fairfield Inn. I have a service dog and had no problem with bringing him in. I didn’t like that the heavier curtains didn’t close and there was a neon Hampton Inn sign outside our window. The remote control didn’t work well — could be the batteries. Overall we liked the places

Hotel had easy access to the highway. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. The room was mallee than I thought it would be, but it worked for us since we weren’t there for too long. Hotel was nicely located near lots of vineyards too.

I guess I had too much of expectations from Fairfield Marriott or maybe it's COVID19, not sure. I stayed with this chain before in other places and never was disappointed.
The service was great, hotel and the rooms were super clean.
What surprised me thre most is that hotel doesn't provide no water, no kleenex or any tissue or coffee machine in the room. Bedding in our room was suoer uncomfortable.

Place was currently being renovate, although I get the pool, and breakfast were down due to Covid-19, but the energy and friendliness of the staff was also down and minimal, it may be a tough time currently, but all the reason to make sure your team feels safe enough to be more engaged and welcoming to their guest. in the morning and the night I had to search just for a simple hello.

Upon arrival and check-in, I notified the super nice woman at the counter that I had service animals and she told me "No problem". Later that night, my five year old daughter threw up (Taco Bell of all things!) in the bed. I cleaned up the mess and put all of the soiled towels and blankets in the floor. After check out, I was charged a $250 fine for my dogs, $230 for the sheets, and told by an employee named Neil that I was getting off lucky becasue the sheets alone cost more than $500. When I asked to speak to Neil's supervisor, he told me that he did not have one and that he answered to nobody at the company. I guess Neil owns Marriott. The front desk woman even acknowledged that I told her about my dogs, but because there were two of them, they had to charge me the $250. Neil proceeded to tell me that the cleaning/maintenance crew did not even attempt to clean the sheets/towels and just threw them away. Why? COVID he said. I understand being cautious, but if that is the hotel policy, why wasn't everyone charged for brand new bedding? Germs can be invisible too. Also, I was told the carpet needed to replaced in the entire room. My dogs are highly trained, never used the bathroom in the room, and there is absolutely no reason to have to replace ANYTHING in the room. This Marriott is nice, good location, and aside from Neil, friendly staff; but, if they are just charging the guests' credit cards for whatever they deem fit, I'll be staying at the Hilton from now on.

Great room, very nice man at check-in, was able to wash our clothes. Covid-19 shut the breakfast down but overall a great place to stay!
