Love the location of this hotel and the large rooms. Next to the UBanh, S and the regional train station. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and the large TV for the Eurocup was a great idea

Loved staying here! Staff were great and very helpful with recommendations and services. Walkable to transit and tour meeting points. Good food options nearby. Room was very large, bright and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Good value for money and ideal location. Comfortable and quiet room on the 4th floor. Facilities in kitchenette limited but adequate for us. Plenty of casual food choices nearby. V comfortable bed.

My wife and I stayed at the Lux 11 for three nights (Luxury room) in June 2024. The good: the hotel is in a very good location and the area is reasonably quiet; friendly and helpful staff; very useful free laundry room (we were on a six-week trip around Europe); the room was very spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. The bad: the shower is completely open to the bedroom (only glass partition so no privacy), with the wash basin actually in the room, making us feel like we were staying in a bathroom; no drawers whatsoever, despite the size of the room, forcing us to leave small items on different surfaces, which made the room seem untidy; no hooks to hang jackets, etc.; and the elevator and hallways were shabby and in need of renovation. Overall, not great value for money and we would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was quiet and private, like having a studio apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, and a nice walk-in shower with rain feature. The TV allowed Netflix sign in capability.

It's a nice, clean property. Lots of restaurants nearby. The train station, Alexanderplatz, is very close, making it very convenient. The only concern is noise. I hear ambulance siren a few times a day. There could be a hospital nearby, I am not sure. The pluses outweigh the negatives. I am not too bothered by the noise. If I come back to Berlin again, I will stay at this property.

The penthouse apartment was absolutely incredible. Hotel and restaurant staff were excellent - including opening the bar for us a few minutes early and recommending an excellent smoked fish appetizer. While in the area definitely check out the TV tower for the view and a nice dinner

Room was clean and tidy. The only inconvenience I stayed at this hotel was that I had to wait until 7:10am when I arrived in Berlin in the morning because there was no staff from 11pm to 7am, and it was difficult to keep to luggage. If you can speak German, it should be no problem because there is contact number that you can contact all day. But I cannot speak German at all and call someone in Germany so I had to wait about 30 minutes.

There was coffee and a coffee pot in the room. There was a balcony. It was close to the train station when leaving for the airport. The front desk was helpful with the best way to get to the airport. However, what we did not like was that the profile picture looked nothing like the hotel we stayed in. We were charged to check in early? We were given a room on the third floor, but the elevator didn't work. We were moved to the first floor which was really the second because we had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. The lights in the shower didn't work so we showered with a night light. It was suitable to stay in for just one night, but we wouldn't want to stay anymore than that.

Wow, what an amazing hotel in such a fantastic location! And let me tell you, the staff is beyond friendly, they're like rays of sunshine! If you're looking for a little slice of paradise, I highly recommend opting for the room with a balcony at the back. Trust me, when you sit there, it's like being serenaded by the sweet melodies of the birds, creating a haven of pure tranquility. You'll never want to leave!

Cute spot with a very comfortable room. It’s small but cozy and perfect for 1-2 nights. We found a great Middle Eastern Eatery called Smash’d in walking distance that was great, the man working was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing.

Our stay at the Lux 11 hotel in Berlin was perfect! Our flight arrived late at night so the hotel was locked but when we rang the number on the door a member of staff came straight away to check us in. The room itself was fantastic, it was big, lots of facilities and exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned on our second day and it was immaculate. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location with transport links close by and almost everything you’d need was in walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel and if we came to Berlin again, we’d definitely stay here. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I enjoyed the charm of this hotel however the hallway carpet and paint were subpar giving it an eerie feeling. Tiles on the bottom of the shower were coming undone and toiletries were not topped off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was ok as traveling by u ban necessary.

Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again

What an amazing place to stay! I stayed in the executive suite for 7 nights and loved it. Having a kitchen was great for keeping drinks in the fridge and the seperate space for lounge and bedroom made me feel at home and able to host people. They also have free DIY laundry facilities which was great and they provided everything you needed. Grocery store close by and also the main train station. Highly recommend!

My favorite thing about this hotel was the ‘essential room’ with free washer and dryer access and towels available at anytime! We stayed in the balcony room and we’re pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was. 10/10 stay!
