Nice hotel and comfortable room. Good breakfast, but the buffet dinner was mostly the same every evening and under Asia night there dere no asian dishes. Few alternative on fish and seafood.

We are her to get some sun, and we did. Location next to Grecian Bay is great, a nice a cosy common beach with very clear water and possibility to jump from the cliffs. Hotel service was excellent, very friendly and service minded. Gym and spa also great as well as the padel court. We used these facilities frequently. Breakfast great. Really not much to complain about, maybe the big road between hotel and the beach, but diffucult to do anything about. Highly recommended.

Hotel was really clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned properly everyday, environment was clean and beautiful. Also the pool area was nice. Breakfast was fresh and there was alot of choices. Also it was nice you could ask the chef make an omelette etc. Staff was very helpful. Helped us rent an atv and got us taxi to the airport. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Agia Napa.

Very nice, quietly located hotel on the edge of Aya Napa. Super breakfast, nice rooms, great pool with plenty of sunbeds and a view of the sea. Small beach and the Bridge of Lovers as well as the centre of Aya Napa are within walking distance. Plenty of parking spaces available, about 40 minutes' drive from Larnaca Airport.

Enjoyed the free parking and close proximity to beach and restaurants/ bars but not close enough to hear the noise from clubs/pubs. Breakfast is not dairy-free friendly - had to go and ask for a plant milk each breakfast; no tofu for breakfast. If you eat meat, milk and dairy then the breakfast should be fine. If you are vegan, look for elsewhere. Rooms are not sound-proof. Your neighbours will hear you and you will hear them, especially at night. Swimming pool was ok but had quite a bit sand on the bottom of it. Nice cocktails in the hotel bar. To summarise - between 3 and 4 star hotels. Compared to 4 star hotels in Canary Islands this is a 3 star hotel.

The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board. Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean. The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile. The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite. This is not a four star hotel.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of town, if your going for the nightlife in Aiya Napa it might be a little too far away, but if your after peace and quiet then it’s perfect. Good facilities in the hotel, gym was good enough that we used it 4 days out of 7, and the spa looked good although we never used it. Large range of food for breakfast in the main hotel dining area with a second restaurant next to the pool with great views for a lunch looking at the sea. The room was good (Deluxe suite with sea views) , although maybe a little dated and could use a bit of tlc, but everything worked as it should with plenty of space. The hot tub does need a good professional clean, and the cover for the pumps needs new fittings as it is lose. Every staff member we spoke too was friendly, polite and well dressed, very professional looking. All in all we would stay again if ever back in Cyprus.

A very clean and tidy hotel, conveniently placed a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the town. Clean beach within 2 mins. Very nice outside seating areas which were great for meeting up with the rest of my group. Staff were attentive but not overly so and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Special thanks to the concierge who went above and beyond and was also very entertaining.

Very nice property, good views from the balcony, clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was amazing, an incredible selection of options, from bacon and eggs, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, to danish and red velvet cake! the only drawback for us was the smokers next door. When they were outside smoking we had to leave our balcony because the smoke would curl right into our room. Maybe having a smoke free section could be an option?

We stay at several hotels in Cyprus, but Napa Mermaid is our favourite! Great great staff and services, food and bar are really good ! First we booked a sea view standard room, really nice ! The only little thing is that the bathroom is a bit tiny but clean and functional! Then we booked the junior suite and... what a room! Wonderful room with private terrace and sea view, the bathroom is so big, the junior suite is perfect. Everything was really clean, rooms are made everyday. The breakfast is good, lot of choice, salt and sweet with Cyprus specials. The tea area is my favourite with fresh mint, lemon and ginger... The diner buffet is nice, food is tasty and the choice is real. We tried the a la carte food for lunch, salads was really nice and we also had diner at the Elia restaurant, really really tasty ! The pool area is clean and staff great. The hotel is next to the beach (2min walking) The parking is not big but I found a space each time. Live music every night at the Elia bar... Don't know what to add. Just book it !

Το προγευμα σε μπουφε ηταν ικανοποιητικο. Η πισινα του ξενοδοχειου ειναι λίγο μικρη αλλα και παλι ο χωρος γυρω απο αυτην με τα κρεβατάκια ηταν ανετα. Το προσωπικό πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο. Definitely not a five star hotel, but would put it closer to three. Location is not beachfront, which is implied in the description. Overall rooms were clean but minimal at best. Tight quarters for three people. I guess it did have a partial ocean view if I squinted my eyes and looked between the actual beachfront hotels. Elevator was broken in the morning, which made it interesting getting bags down from the fourth floor. Check in/out staff was a bit militaristic but the bell hop was very friendly. Overall, there are other options that I would recommend before the Napa Mermaid.

Overall lovely stay. Specifically appreciated: 1 min walk to a clean, calm beach with municipality provided sunbeds / umbrellas (paid 7.5 euros / day for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella in 2022 May), no loud / clashing music either on the beach or anywhere else in the hotel, generally very nice food, lots of spaces to chill out (reception, poolside, other bar), very nice and helpful staff, ample and free parking on site. Even got surprised with a delicious birthday cake left in our room. Would definitely go back.

Our flights were cancelled and there was no availability on flights for 2 weeks. We had booked rooms with free cancellation but we needed to cancel 24 hours before check in. As the flight was cancelled while we were on the plane, we couldn’t cancel the entire stay 24 hours before. We explained the situation to the hotel and asked if we could cancel the remaining days for which would be more than 24 hours in advance and pay for the first night but unfortunately the hotel didn’t agree. After missing a family wedding, being stranded in the airport overnight, this added to a hugely stressful day

This hotel is a good pick if you don't want to stay in the heart of Ayia Napa. However, from the hotel to the city centre is just about 15 minutes of walk. The hotel is nice and it has a big pool, nice bars and restaurants. The room itself is not so spacious, but works for a holiday. The hotel looks like an old one, but it is well maintained and it is closed to the beach, the Love Bridge or the Sculpture Park. The views you have from the rooms with a sea view are really nice, so we were happy to have booked this type of room. Their breakfast is wonderful so we'd definitely recommend it. On the other hand along with the hotel looking a bit old, the air conditioning in the room is not so efficient and it's quite noisy, so for us it was impossible to use it during the night.So it might not be perfect, but it's definitely a good place to stay in Ayia Napa and gives you good value for the money.
