Clean, friendly staff and overall a very nice hotel next to the American consulate, BUT behind the wall of room 23 an elevator was fitted that was extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep in. Furthermore there is a construction site on the backside of the hotel also making a lot of noise. We complained, but nothing that the staff could do, because the hotel was fully booked.

Deceptive marketing. We booked a premium river view room shown on the hotels.com site. With a terrace. We got a tiny room with a terrace. Not at all what was pictured. The hotel staff said it was an issue. Otherwise great staff and location away from the touristy area but walking distance to everything. Right next to American consulate.

Great staff here. They were very friendly at made us feel at home immediately. It is a nice quiet area a couple of doors down from several embassies. The Arno river is right out front and it’s about a 20 min walk down to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and all of the tourist sites. Good safe, friendly staff. Plus excellent air conditioning which in July is a key feature as well.

Abdel was wonderful from the moment he greeted us until the moment we left. He was gracious and provided terrific suggestions. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a gorgeous view from its terrace with a bar. The main suggestion I would have is to have better quality pillows. Other than that… lovely!

Excellent location on the river, clean facility and responsive staff. I did not like having to ask housekeeping to clean the room (upon request). It is best to stay on the highest floor because you can certain hear guest walking if you are a light sleeper. Nonethless, this was my favorite hotel from my stay in Italy.

We had a great stay at Lungarno Vespucci 50. The hotel is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in and we loved sitting on the rooftop terrace looking out on to the river. The hotel was just a short, scenic walk from the centre of town and was in a very quiet, peaceful location. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

What an amazing surprise this little hotel. I can live in the breakfast room with its 200 yr old frescoes. Comfy beds, lovely staff, and safe neighborhood! Can't get better!

The room was gorgeous and they even offered Hermes soap and shampoo/conditioner. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. However, we booked a room with a terrace that was supposed to have views of the city but the hotel was doing construction and had a huge scaffolding blocking it. One morning we had the doors open to enjoy the weather and after taking a shower I walked out to change and a construction worker was basically on our balcony! While I was naked!!!! We told the front desk when we left but they couldn't care less. I would NEVER spend this kind of money for a place like this, lesson learned and disappointed.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff are amazing. Very clean room. Easy access to all amenities and attractions. The roof top terrace looks over the river, so peaceful. The only thing I could say negative would be the carpet in the hallway should be replaced, and that would be the only thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are beautiful and comfortable; no noise form de outside. It is really convenient to have courtesy beverages after longs walks in the city. The breakfast offer is excellent option. All the guests should take advantage of it. It is worth the price. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Service level is just amazing. We loved our days here. Thanks

It was a little smaller than expected, but the amenities, cleanliness and staff were above and beyond! We would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient location close to the Ponte Vecchio and right on the river. The rooftop terrace is also a huge perk! Loved it here!
