Great stay in Helsinki. Property is clean and convenient. Wifi works great. A bit far from the center but easily walkable or tram 4 stops steps away

everything is quite nice
but discover it is even cheaper if book at last minute

Good location. Sharing bathrooms & no room cleaning are not comfortable if staying for at least 3 days. I suggest that this hostel would offer an own bathroom. Sharing for more than 6 people is very inconvenient.

Very clean and cozy.

Amazing place, services and staff. Excellent location near to the center of the city. Highly recommended!

Very walkable: One minute from Tram 4 station, 3 minutes to Viking Line ferry, 12 minutes to center. Three well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and I liked the system labeling the box for your food and loved the free sauna in the morning! Basic clean room and facilities. Good value for an expensive city like Helsinki.

The room has thin wall. All other rooms noises was in the room. In my flat, there was so much teenager. I stayed alone but it looks like 10 people in my room. Toilets was not clean as my last booking. Otherwise, service was good.

Location is perfect. The room has not bathroom and toilet. You can use shared bathroom&toilet. The windows of the room can not oppening. I reported to managemet. Otherwise, service is nice. The hostel has a restaurant & bar. In the future, i can do a reservation again.

Our flight was very late so we arrived at night. Check in was easy and fast but the room was disapointly small. Two beds and a mattress in the floor for 3 persons. I had to make the beds myself which was annoying after a long trip. The guy in the reception was a bit rude the second night, refused to come to ket us get our fiid from the kitchen since it had been locked at 11 pm and we didnt realize it until qe arrived from concert 11.30 pm. There was announcement that they will clean the kitchen in the morning and throw everything away so i had to put alarm to get our food out instead of having the chance to sleep late (yet lag was still on). Otherwise quite ok for budget staying, shared toilet/shower was ok. Wouldnt come again though if possible to have stay sonewhere else. Now it wasnt because of Coldplay was in city and all the hotels were full.

Very affordable way to see Helsinki! The common bathrooms and kitchen are kept clean by the staff. Easy access to all the tourist stuff

Quiet and comfortable. Helpful staff. Sometimes bathroom was crowded but went to next floor to use those facilities. No time to visit sauna, alas!
Easy walk or tram into town.

The staff are great and the location is also great. Unfortunately the budget rooms soundproofing isnt good so we heard the neighbours having loud sex most of the night. I think they were shooting a porno. But even when they were just talking we could hear every word. This was the last thing we needed after being stuck on a delayed train for 9 hours from Oulu.

Instead of staying mixed room hostels we choose here and we can say good for us. Kitchen could be better. Location is great, walk distance to market square. We liked.

This the second time I stay at Eurohostel. I love this place because it offers a reasonable price, it is walking distance from city center. The premises are very clean. There is a morning sauna free to use which is a great advantage and the place is very quiet. Staff is lovely and friendly. Next time I visit Helsinki I will stay at Euro Hostel.

Pros:
-Comfortable bed. I like medium hard bedding. Good for my spine.
-Quiet neighborhood
Cons:
-weak soundproof. Can hear neighbor from up, down, left, right
-no condiments in pantry. Not even salt or oil
-4th floor pantry smells bad with curry leftover smell.
-2nd floor female toilet sewage smell is really very terrible. Can smell everyday

Nice location (near tram station) basic single roow without wc, they give towel, no washer soap in shower and difficult to use water. I cant use sauna.

We only stayed one night, so it was perfect for us. They keep your luggage up to 24h. Desk is 24/7

Nice clean hostel, showers, walkable location to the downtown, public transport 1min walk

Best hostel in Helsinki - and actually one of the best ones I´ve ever stayed in. Service is very friendly, rooms are basic but perfectly ok for a one nigth stay. Morning sauna is an amazing bonus! I always stay here while in Helsinki.

Great deal with clean, spacious rooms. The shower could have been cleaner and the water could have been hotter, but that was my only complaint. Otherwise a lovely stay and very comfortable for a hostel!
3.0
The rooms were a bit cool as only option is air conditioner. The first room I stayed was unbelievably stinky because of a guy with stinking foot. But the reception helped me to move to another room.

Clean room, you get what you expect. The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more often

Usual youth hostel facilities. Welcoming staff. Small cafe/bar. Easy to get to from the railway station (get the #4 tram if you don't want to walk the 1.6km). Very handy to Viking Line ferry (200m).

Very convenient hostel

Great location and near the tram stop. We enjoyed both evening sauna and morning sauna!
4.0
Good location: quiet neighborhood but still close to the market square. Easy walk to Viking Line (which is why I chose to stay here ). Basic but equipped with most things i need. Maybe the one improvement that would add 10 points to this place is the shower facilities, which could do with better privacy protection. Otherwise mostly ok.

The staff was very polite and understanding. Stayed for a week and it was a very cozy hostel!

It’s basic but has the essentials and somewhere to sleep. It’s close to the tram making it easy to access city centre, so would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere low cost in Helsinki

Everything was great. The only slight minus was that we arrived late and tired and would have loved to just go to our room, lie down and sleep, so having to put on the quilt cover and make the bed in that state was not what we were expecting. Other than that small thing, no other complaints.

I have stayed at Eurohostel a lot, especially when I need to spend several days in Helsinki. It is very affordable, with nice breakfast and free morning sauna. Despite its very low price, it is located close to downtown, in one of Helsinki's most exclusive neighborhoods. If you need an upgrade, you can go to the prison hotel Nokka next door :D

Good stay i Helsinki to a fair price. Very nice and friendly staff and morning sauna was included in the price. You can also buy the breakfast from the resturant. I can recomend.
