Closeness to town! Service! Modern rooms.

Small room...TINY bathroom (toilet almost unuseable)...no parking (found a place on the street [payant])...good breakfast...
4.6
Excellent hotel, breakfast and amazing staff.

The staff was exceptional, especially Miriam. A quick check-in at the reception and nice orientation for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.
The bathroom and water closet were very tight on space, with very little room to maneuver, a serious inconvenience. We were also not aware that there is no elevator! Be prepared for climbing stairs.
4.6
Amazing staff who were always friendly and offering assistance and recommendations. They asked on my first day whether I wanted to speak in English or French (which I appreciated as I need to brush up on the latter).

very good hotel for the budget! my wife and I especially liked the breakfast options.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for the train

It was very convenient for the railway station and the old town

close to station and city center.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. When we arrived we received a very genuine welcome. The bedroom was spacious and met all our requirements. It had a kettle and air conditioning. The location of the hotel is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station. Nimes is a compact city so the hotel is a pleasant walking distance from the main attractions. The only drawback for some people could be the lack of an elevator. We didn't find this a hindrance but my husband and I are fairly fit and we travel light so didn't have heavy or bulky luggage to carry upstairs.
If I got the opportunity to visit Nimes again I would certainly consider staying at this hotel.

Hotel and Furniture not in best condition, the room smells not to good. Maybe, because it is normally in use for guest with dogs.
Location is very central, all points of interrest in walking distance.
No Elevator for the higher floors avaiable.
4.6
Good location. Close to the train station.
The room was clean and quiet.

Small, cozy, minutes away from the station, perfect for a short, no frills stay. Small selection at breakfast but everything was super fresh. Receptionist was super lovely too!
4.6
Hotel was in an ideal location only a few minutes walk from main areas. Staff very friendly and helpful as well
4.6
The service was great and the breakfast was exceptional!
4.6
Comfortable place to stay
4.6
not ideal choice if your room is not on the ground floor, as there is no lift; location is very convenient, next to the train station
4.6
I feel bad rating this low, as its only $100 for room in season, so what can you expect?
I see these 5 star ratings and am confused. Its a 2/3 star property. Walk up 3rd floor. Shower stall is very narrow, I think Space Station might have bigger. Black mold or caulk in shower stall. Paint peeling in bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful and polite and wonderful. Location was excellent.

Very good small hotel. Very slippery showerbase!

A newly renovated property that was very clean and rooms were quiet. Air conditioning in room was lovely and quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and their English skills were very good. Hidden away a block from the main Street and a 5 min walk from the train station this placed was a hidden gem.
Breakfast was very tasty and the dining area was pleasant. There wasn't a lot of choice and we had to ask for more eggs as they make only enough for a few people, but that keeps it fresh. They do not serve other meals but there are restaurants not too far away.
We would come back here again but I hear it quickly gets booked up in the summer so we won't leave it until the last minute.

Very friendly and cheerful staff. Hot shower very welcome after getting soaked in thunderstorm. Very comfortable bed. Great location- quiet yet handy for station and main sights.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are amazing! Samuel went over and beyond in helping us! He gave us a map and suggestions on what to see and where to eat. It is one street off the main area, so it was very quiet. Easy to get to everything.
There is not an elevator. It was not a problem for us, but could be for some.
I would recommend this hotel!

Perfect location between the train/bus station and the Arènes de Nîmes on a quiet back street. Everything in Nîmes is walkable, so the excellent restaurants Clara at reception recommended to us were all within 10 minutes. Nice room. Bathroom was very small and needs some re grouting/fresh silicon around the shower/window, but otherwise very clean. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Would happily return again.

This is a pleasant fairly basic hotel set back from the main street however be aware that due to driving restrictions in town the small street it is on is rather busy and noisy. The room had recently been done and the staff were very pleasant. As in many French hotels the towels are not great and there are not many of them (just thin bath towels and one shower mat). The bathroom was really fresh and everything worked very well. Be aware that if you are in the Superior Room 103 then there is a large and very bright street light at your window which will illuminate the room all night despite drawing the curtains. I would definitely stay again but in a different room on a higher level.

Clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Quiet street close to attractions

I liked the atmosphere , the perfect location near the railway station and the heart of Nîmes.

This is a cute little hotel not far from the ruins—5 minute walk. The rooms are tiny, but extremely clean and the guest guide is very helpful—is in both French and English. Emma at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The front desk closes at 10 pm—so if you need a late check in let them know so there is someone expecting you to let you in as the front door automatically locks. Also—no elevator. There’s a darling spiral staircase—but hauling a 50 lb bag up it is not fun! Also, the breakfast buffet was nice, but was mostly breads and pastries—no hot items and only some yogurt and cold meats and cheeses for protein. Overall though it was lovely and a great bargain—if we ever return to Nimes I would stay there again!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and bathrooms small but well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent and it was a pleasure to eat it in the charming courtyard. The hotel was centrally located and as it was in a low-traffic area it was also quiet.

Well-located next to the train station, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room!

The hotel was lovely and in a very good location for the city just a few minutes walk from the Arena. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke great English. The hotel definitely deserves more than 2* and seems to have been recently renovated. The only advice I would offer the hotel would be to connect the TV to the internet so guests can access YouTube and Netflix as TV channels did not cater for English speaking guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking to stay in Nîmes.

For me, the best thing about the hotel was its location , less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Be aware the glass enclosed shower is visible in the room and you will be exposed.

I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel. Really comfortable rooms and beds. Absolutely fantastic staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The property is a short walking distance from the train station and from downtown, making it very convenient. The rooms were larger than expected and have been recently renovated. The staff was very friendly and they offered a nice, reasonably priced breakfast in the morning.
4.6
2-star at the moment, but going through the process to be granted 3 stars, and worthy of it.

We chose this hotel because it is close to the rail station. The staff were charming. Our room was spacious and clean. The building is old, and has been painted in warm southern colours with traditional stencilled designs. The bathroom fixtures are dated but adequate. Breakfast was simple, fruit juice, yoghurt, bread, croissant, coffee (OK) and chocolate. This is a satisfactory two star hotel.
