Very nice large suite with well equipped kitchen and clean well appointed rooms

A excellent find. Four of us (two adults, two teens) stayed in a suite. Spacious, nice layout, attractive, comfortable, and clean. And we liked the holiday decorations. :)

It worked out well for us. We had a kitchenette with enough space to prepare food for a party nearby. We were on the ground floor a few rooms down from where we parked our car. Would have gotten a better review, but the wifi was intermittent. My laptop kept getting bounced off after the few times I could get on. It only worked late at night. Had to do a tether with my cell phone to get internet. Clearly Marriott/the hotel owner does not want to spend the money on enough bandwidth for wifi to work on holiday weekends.Used to be a common problem a decade or more ago, but haven't run into it since then. We paid significantly more for this room and would stay again as we will be probably be visiting once a year. Also, the room was surprisingly cold. The heat apparently did not turn on until early Sunday morning. I guess the owner wants to save money over getting good reviews. If we come back, it will be in the summer and we will be stuck with tethering my laptop to my cell phone!

Large room and ample bathroom countertop and shelving as well as a complete kitchen and dining room. Roomy! And quiet.

I had to be moved rooms three times. The first room had men’s hair shavings in the sink and the mat on the bottom of the tub had stains on it. The second room had what appeared to be bedbugs on the mattress and the third room ended up being fine for me to sleep in. The first room in the third room had one type of mattress cover, which was very basic and the second room, which had the actual mattress issue had a thicker mattress cover on it which means they knew that there was an issue with the mattress and yet they just left it there. On top of all of that, I was still charged for the stay and I was charged more than I was supposed to pay. I booked the room for 189 taxes and fees but ended up being charged $240. However, my hotel receipt says the $215 that was supposed to be charged but my actual credit card says $240. I would not recommend staying here.

We checked in to the hotel at 10pm on Friday (2BR suite), and when I first entered the room it smelt like urine/urinal cake/vinegar. We had just driven for 6 hours and my kids were tired so I didn't bother to mention anything as I wanted to just get them to bed. The following morning, we couldn't get breakfast because no one was there. Later on a cleaning lady walked into the room because she was told we checked out. I obviously did not check out, as my reservation was from Friday to Sunday. The concierge then came and knocked on the door, once again tell me I checked out. When I told her she was wrong, she then asked for proof. Thankfully we were in the room when this all went down because I can only imagine what would have happened to our belongings if we were not. Does our trip sound comforting so far? We were given water bottles and cookies as an apology when they realized the issue was in fact on their end (probably should have did some research first before asking me to prove anything). The room continued to smell the rest of our time, but since I could not trust anything at this point we just dealt with it. Overall, we felt we were staying in a dirty room where anyone could walk in at a moments notice. Will not be staying here again and will be telling people to avoid Residence Inn all together

The check in office was difficult to find. No parking available to unload you baggage. Signage outside very poor. Mangement and room were good.

The laundry facilities were always busy. The gym was over 80 degrees making it unusable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in process was smooth. The room was very nice; clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was perfect for our group of 5. We will definitely go back.

Great hotel. Very quiet, updated and the hotel staff are great ! I would definitely recommend !!

Accomodations were great for families with young children. The two bedrooms allowed for quiet sleeping time for babies while adults have space to watch tv. Breakfast was enjoyable. The fresh waffles were a big hit.

Staff at Residence Inn we're very friendly, front desk and breakfast service staff. Check in was effortless! I stayed in studio king room with kitchenette that was very clean. Breakfast was good but not great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

My wife and I were in town to help her brother move. We checked into our room and immediately smelled the cigarette smoke that was attempted to be covered up by some awful fragrance spray. We tried to change rooms, but none was available. The woman at the front desk at this time was very helpful. She said she put in a work order for someone to run an ozone machine which takes out all oxygen in the room. This would happen the following morning. The following morning we let the (different) woman at the front desk know that we are heading out for the day and to make sure to use the ozone machine while we’re gone. She also says she put in a work order to have that done. So we’re gone all day and get back to the room to find that either the ozone machine wasn’t used, or it was used with the windows open because that’s how we came back to the room. Same smell. No housecleaning either, although I’m not positive on the policy at this location. As we’re getting ready to go to bed, I happen to notice a sock on the floor so I checked with my wife and it wasn’t hers or mine. My wife then spots a 2nd sock which IS NOT a match to the other. We now had 2 socks from different pairs that were not ours. So that is my reason for such a poor review. I didn’t even mention the toilet that ran the entire time or the bird that was in our room for a short time since we opened the windows to try to help with the cigarette smell! Stay anywhere else if possible!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love having a full kitchen and a fireplace in the room. The beds are comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Feel safe in the local area also.

Checked in front desk woman was asking where I worked & whom I worked for. Instead of asking if I wanted my room serviced, it was like pulling teeth to get directions to room. Entering room noticed ceilings we’re surprisingly low, couch had a weird smell, (1) remote didn’t work properly of course since I wasn’t asked about room service didn’t receive it final morning of 2 night trip, toilet plunger chain broke toilet kept flushing if that wasn’t bad enough had to go searching for front desk attendant of course it was the same woman from before. Will definitely not stay again or recommend to absolutely anyone.

Friendly staff, room was as described-nice, spacious, and clean, the room offered Internet tv which was a plus, indoor pool was clean and open late- just wish it was heated in the winter time.

I loved having a separate bedroom from the living space and was very surprised to see a full kitchen within the unit. I felt safe taking my my dog out even at night. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. There weren’t many food choices so I didn’t eat there. All in all it was a delightful experience and I would highly recommend the facility.

Received an email that our stay was being moved to a different motel with no reason.

The Residence Inn Manassas was nice. Clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. They also had a complimentary breakfast with plenty of parking.

It was very good. Everything was just how I wanted.

Carpet wet in a dozen places from some sort of COVID cleaning method. Key cards won’t open outside doors and interior deadbolt will not work. However, the young lady at the front desk on 9/19/20 when we checked in, did everything within her means to make it right! Great job! This morning at breakfast we discovered the toaster wouldn’t work and Mike at the front desk was quick to respond and very helpful! Both employees were outstanding!
