The location is phenomenal. It is in a very safe area, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was incredible. It has exposed concrete to give it a loft feel, the design is rather unique which we loved. All of the fixtures, art, furniture, etc. are upscale. We loved this hotel, definitely going to stay at Twelve hotels again.

We were in town for the Atlanta Open. Twelve Midtown was in the best location. We used valet parking Friday afternoon when we arrived and didn’t need our vehicle until leaving Sunday evening.

The Twelve Midtown is located near the Atlantic Station Shops. The entire staff who we encountered were excellent. A BIG Shout Out to technicians Von and Brian who assisted with repairing my television. I did have concerns with the cleaning of the room. Floor was not swept/vacuumed during my entire stay.

This should be a top-end property- I was very disappointed to have a loud mechanical closet in the room (which maintenance said was just how it would be) and then barely lukewarm water at best. The furniture is uncomfortable to sit on for any time, and the phone and one TV didn’t work. Not what I expect for the money.

We arrived at Twelve Midtown to check in and was told there were no more rooms available. There was not a care or concern for something that was not our fault. We paid and could not stay at the hotel. We were told to go Embassy across the street to see if they had any rooms available. I want a refund ASAP

The hotel was really pretty, but the wear and tear was evident. For the price they charge I should not be able to see a piece of the cabinet falling off or the big crack in the ceiling. There was even dirt in the shower.

Interesting modern property. Location lacked basic amenities and there was no room service set up. Expect to be traveling to the publix nearby to purchase anything you might need. Staff gave me confusing, contradictory information, which tells me no clear standard operating measures have been established

Great location however...black out curtains in room were snagged and would not open. Keurig leaked water everywhere. Iron leaked water everywhere. Half the TV stations would not display. Lobby was a par-tay and listed bar hours did not match the open hours. Bed was comfy and linens were clean. Super large room.

The property, its facilities and everything about it was great. My only issue is I was expecting to have a room that had a washing machine and dryer in it. I was disappointed to find that this wasnt the case - everything else was great.
