One of the best managed properties in Phan Thiet. The expansion of the beachfront restaurant was a welcome surprise. Great fresh seafood ( fish tanks ) and helpful attentive service. We will be back

Nice rooms & breakfast. Big pool, pretty resort. Unfortunately, we could not use any of the amenities we paid for because there was an event on throughout our stay which meant music was being blasted all day until 10PM. We couldn’t lie by the pool without hearing it and could also hear it from our room. Hoang Ngoc gave us no forewarning about this event taking place and if I had known we would not have stayed there. The location is very remote so there wasn’t much else to do which is why we booked a resort so I am very unhappy with this booking.

This place was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam. It was genuine resort by western standards. Very comfortable and the staff were excellent. Much needed relaxation after 2 weeks of travel.

Our receptionist, Ha, was patient and friendly and helped us to sort out our check-in matters promptly. She also clarified any doubts we had and ensured that our stay was a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room has mosquitos.Hotel staff came to spray Radar insecticide which was in fact harmful to our health. They should provide liquid electric vaporiser.We bought our own but only one piece was available from shop opposite. Bad smell in bath room. Dare not to ask hotel staff to come to improve as there were more mosquitos in bathroom and we afraid mosquitos will fly into bedroom after hotel staff walking in and out our bedroom and bathroom.Our room was too close to sea and waves kept on pounding. Cannot recommend esp tsunami threat! Supervisor at Reception was not reasonable as she asked her subordinate to ask us to pay for loss of umbrella in the hotel restaurant after breakfast on second day.Umbrella was left at entrance of the restaurant as other guests did the same and we did not want to make the floor wet.When we left, there was no more umbrella and we immediately told the Restaurant reception lady and the Reception lady. The Reception lady did understand and helpful but not the Supervisor when we departed from hotel on third day morning. Lastly, room safe was not working. Location of safe was too low and not user friendly.

Check-in is very slow...luggage delivery is even slower! But room is efficient, breakfast is great..nice pool and beach. But facility is a bit old and dark in reception area. Too many mosquito's!

Beautiful beach resort with immaculate lush green environment. The pool and beach are amazing. The restaurant serves great food, and you can get beers and cocktails down by the pool/beach area. The surrounding strip of Mui Ne is very run down with not many nice looking options for a drink or meal outside the resort.The fairy stream and fishing village are worth a visit. Walking along the main road is not very pleasant.

I got bad experience from some staff. She is a reception in morning shift. I for got the room keys in room and ask her to do a new one and I just tell her the room number and then she made the wrong room number on new key. I can not open the door and back to see her again at the reception desk. she said this is my mistake!!! The things is she was not ask my name and double check with my passport with the room number. That means anyone can ask for a new key and go inside to guest room. She make the bad eye contact to me. Is this the exactly way to service to the customer? She doest have the hotelier in her duty. AC not cool. the water is poor.

Really enjoyed our stay, friendly staff , clean and quiet right on the beach. Nice pool side service and good breakfast. Wanted to rent a scooter and needed a bus to Nha Trang, so the front desk arranged everything with no hassle. I would definitely stay at this resort again

Hoang Ngoc is a mid sized resort but maintains the personal feel, and completely blends to the beach side garden beach experience of Mui Ne. Most guests are package tour Russians, so if you are allergic to these types avoid.! but its a more expensive resort so attracts a better class of Russian.. :) unfortunately its German rules, towels on sunbed- no retreat till dawn. :) Otherwise its a relaxing stay. forget the spa, there are better places found nearby far better value..WIFI is poor.

We have stayed here for 6 nights and have enjoyed it in full. The sea in the bay is not perfect for swimming - muddy, dirty and lot's of fisher boat passing by; but this is not something hotel can fix. Take a bike and go towards White Sand dunes - you will find great empty wild beached there
