Check in : Very quick and prompt. There is a welcome lounge with refreshment served. If it’s raining they will send you with a buggy. My Room : bungalow by the sea was truly stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Present a cake for us and a special drink. A very special moment for us. Thank you Palm gardens.

We decided to stay at a Hoi A beach resort so that we could be outside the town for some peace. Palm Garden is a beautiful resort with beach, pool and several restaurants. Great location as you have the peace of the resort and only 15 minutes in a Grab/taxi to the centre of Hoi A with its bustle, restaurants and, of course, tailors. Staff are helpful and the facilities are excellent, thoroughly recommended.

All the employees at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, has good quality facilities, spacious rooms and grounds but still manages to provide a personal and welcoming experience.

What an amazing stay - this is a beautiful hotel - we had a beach bungalow and it did not disappoint. The pool guys, the reception, housekeeping - all brilliant and worthy of 5+ stars. The only reason we have dropped a star was that in the first night we ate at the ‘Italian’ style restaurant - and the only vegetarian option was either a standard pasta or a margarita pizza - I went for the pizza - and it was up there with the worst I’d ever had. The breakfasts were amazing - we didn’t risk any of the other restaurants - so ate off site all other times and we loved that.

Nice beachside hotel a short taxi ride from centre of Hoi An. Has shuttle service. High standard of housekeeping and hospitality nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Lovely gardens and I had a spacious room with a nice bathroom.

The Palm Garden Resort is the perfect mix of big resort and personal service. The location is fabulous, just a short drive to the old town of Hoi An with out the hustle and bustle. Fronting a white sandy beach with cool clear water just off the grassed area with sun lounges and a bar. There are several reasonable restaurants just five minutes walk down the beach. We stayed in one of the beach front bungalows, which I highly recommend if it fits with your budget. The room was spacious, nicely appointed with a seating area out front to kick back, relax, and enjoy an afternoon drink. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with any requests. Van greeted us at breakfast every morning and Mr. Vu took care of any requirements while relaxing by the beach. (particularly blowing up the water floaties). The food at the restaurants is first class but if you want more traditional Vietnamese you have to see Lily at the Ben Tau restaurant across the road. Great food at great prices. I can recommend this resort more highly. 5 stars for location, service, friendliness, and great staff. Thanks to the Palm Garden resort for making our stay in Hoi An so relaxing and enjoyable.

Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful ambience, layout and atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff including the waiters, cooks, house keepers, life savers and bell men such as Mr. Thi. We were however disappointed with quality, quantity, narrow selection and high over pricing of the food and beverage (with exception of breakfast). Lack of handheld shower in the bath is also a problem especially when having to shower young children. Bed mattresses are old and relatively uncomfortable. Replacing them will go a long way with improving the already enjoyable stay.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed in Bungalow 401 which was one of the most premium room types available. Unfortunately the bathroom had a substantial leak on arrival & the first night we were unable to sleep due to rainwater leaking into the bungalow. In the subsequent night, one of the hotel handymen were undertaking repairs of the roof of the bungalow so we were unable to sleep. Cleanliness was sub-par with sandy floors & several pests (incl. a cockroach) within the hotel. We rarely (if ever) post negative reviews but felt obligated to do so considering our overall poor stay. I wouldn't recommend a trip here. Happy to share videos.

Location. Right on the beach. Free Shuttle into Hoi An. Great restaurant and mini market across the road. Mi Casa, ask for Chung she is amazing and can organize tours and transfers at great prices as well as excellent food and drink.

The Palm Garden Beach Resort was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Our first overseas trip in some time (thanks covid) was made fantastic by the lovely staff, well kept grounds and even better weather! Facilities were clean and well kept, had the pool to ourself some days as the tourists still aren’t around! Get yourselves over here now!

Palm Garden is a large beach resort outside downtown Hoi An. We were upgraded from sea view room (under reno) to ocean front bungalow [Hotels are suffering due to down turn in tourism as a result of Covid 19]. We had a large open oversized room with doors that open onto a patio and open lawn with loungers on ocean side - but no beach (apparently washed away overnight in storm 7 Yrs ago). Also a great size pool and several restaurants (did not use) The people at the resort were so friendly and helpful.
