Should Have known I made a mistake when I walked in and the clerk was behind a glass patrition. Noisy not the greatest neighborhood. Slept with one eye open!!!
I'm quitting Hotels as a result and will ony book on the companys web site.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and well lo ated in the area.

The room was very smll. There was no blanket or bedspread on the bed, only a sheet. No amenities at all, not even coffee in the lobby. the bathtub could not have been more than 4 feet long.

2 night stay. Clean room. Shower and toilet together. Sink outside. Parking space available but when the hotel is full all space is full. Area of Westbury is very nice, walkable. Lots of restaurants in the area. Ice machine on the property. The maids shows up at 1030 to clean. The check out time is 11am so i felt a little rushed when they knocked. They were very pleasant and corteous. I will definitely return to this hotel and i would recommend Inn Jericho. turnpike

Stayed here because it was in close distance from Nassau Collesium, should've picked a different place, started with the smoke detector and maintenance not available till next day with beeping every couple minutes. Ended up taking it off myself, thena cockroach ran across the floor so I cranked the AC, left the lights on all night and barely got any sleep. Another room wasn't an option because they were sold out. I'll find somewhere else next time.

Pros: price; comfortable bed; hot shower; fridge, TV, and microwave
Cons: toothpaste? and wads of paper on ceiling; neither window latched shut; door loosely latched/closed but let in plenty of air and noise; tight space in shower -- need the rod that bows out and keeps the curtain from constantly touching you; loud shower vent gave off a smell

For the price it was clean, quiet, no bugs, the tv works and it's next to a bunch of restaurants and shops.

Upon checking in I was given a room that was occupied and hat to return to the check in counter to get another room.

Not only did i have a terrible time checking in, my room smelled very strong and they reassigned my room with me in it a few hours after arriving. The worker even opened my door for another guest without even knocking. Thankfully I had the top lock done so they couldn't even come in, but I was then accused of not having a reservation despite me making it weeks ago and had the paper work to prove it. The only good thing about this hotel is the dunkin nearby. Otherwise, don't spend a penny here.

Very outdated. Needed a good scrubbing and a painting. The bed had a dip in it which made an uncomfortable would’ve gotten my money back if I could’ve.

Notified the premises were would be arriving later after midnight 2 days prior. Upon arrival no one answered the locked door or answer numerous phone calls. Will never return to this establishment ever again !

Shoddy, cheap furniture, annoying sconces/bright lights with no shades, broken-down cars, broken-down people staying there with government vouchers, real low-class. If I had a wife/family with me, I would have left regardless of losing the money.

Room had the floor broken with multiple tiles on the floor off, the door of the bathroom didn't open, and shower was very bad. The room was not ready to be rented.

The room was fine. The front desk great. But very scary when the sun goes down. People yelling and screaming in the middle of the night. I slept with 1 eye open expecting my door to get kicked in.
