It exceeded my expectations. Looked high end. We didnt go with children but was very family friendly. Room was big, nice bathroom. I loved that it had a fridge (in the kitchenette) really good for keeping our water cold. Good variety of food - well cooked, all fresh. We were all inc - not all drinks were included at the bar. All branded soft drinks were inc. Local beer, wine, some spirits and taquila sunrie cocktails. Other drink were cheaper for all inc so still good value. No snacks were included outside of the dining/meal times but we never needed any snacks. Really close to the beach and the vue from our room was lovely (side sea view). Ot was a bit obstructed by trees but still lovely. Could hear the waves in the quiet of the evening. The view from the pool areas and outside bars was beach and sea as far as the eye could see. We loved it.

Brilliant property with amazing views, caters for all including families. Friendly staff and amazing facilities. Far away from magaluf strip so there’s no noise at night but close enough to walk.

I would like to address my dissatisfaction with the receptionist Andre at this hotel. He was extremely disrespectful towards me and my family, using offensive language, insulted me by the words "f*** you", "i f*** you out of the hotel" and even threatening me with physical violence. When I asked to speak with the manager, he claimed to be in charge. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel.
On a positive note, the hotel itself is nice and conveniently located near a beautiful beach. I particularly want to commend the exceptional staff at the bars and restaurants, namely Ismael, Ali, Abdellah, Mohamaed, and Said. They were kind and attentive to all the guests.
I also want to acknowledge the helpful receptionist, Julia, and the manager who addressed the issue professionally and provided us with an amazing room as a gesture of apology for Andre's behavior.
However, due to the importance of handling clients with respect and competence in a four-star hotel, I cannot give a better review. It is essential for a hotel of this caliber to have competent staff who can meet customer expectations, something that Andre clearly failed to do.

The hotel receptionist (a black male receptionist and an older male receptionist) when we checked in around 10:00 pm, said to leave our credit card at the front desk and return it to us when we checked out. But when we checked out it said they didn't take our credit card. This really pissed me off! We were in a hurry to go to the airport to return home, so we couldn't say anything! But I don't understand what the real purpose of doing this is! If I was still there, I would definitely call the police immediately!

All in all the property was amazing! General cleanliness of the hotel was great.
The only small concern was the cleanliness of the room could have been better. For example, the kitchen cupboards needed a wipe and the floor needed a mop. There was a bobble left in the shower from previous occupant. The desk and shelves had dust on them too. The shower gel needed topping up. The beds also had debris on them when we checked in.
We were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
The room had an amazing view and was so peaceful and felt very private, which we like.
So close to the beach, excellent location.
Plenty of space at the pool with amazing views.
All in all a great stay :)

We were travelling on a work trip and stayed here the convenient location. It does have a lovely view across the bay so perfect for us as we were filming.
This is a typical package holiday hotel that catered for all-inclusive guests at that basic end of the market.
Loud music until about 11pm most nights and the pool faculties looked cramped for families but I guess there is the beach 5 mins walk away. The staff seemed very intolerant of English holiday makers and I saw them refuse to carry out the requests of some tourists who were frustrated because they had faults with their room.
I guess people stay here because it’s cheap....but less cheerful.

Nice apartments, stayed here before. Up a hill over looking Palma Nova beach. Near to beach, shops and strip - but also far enough away to not be disturbed.

Functional hotel, good setting up the hill! Have stayed here a few times and would do so again.

First, I'd like to say I'm and American. The front desk of the hotel was very courteous and spoke excellent English. Only problem with the room was the TV. It was old and didn't come with a remote which was somewhat of a bother. Great place to stay however for the people not staying out too late. We stayed through the entire weekend and were never woken up by any neighbors. Overall a pretty decent vacation, but be ware of the revolting night crowd of young English students that come to Palma to get wasted out of the mind. Think of Palma as a European Mexico.

Not a 4*, but none the less clean and comfortable- a good 3 star. We stayed room only so can't comment on the food, but having ordered a cappuccino which was undrinkable (how can they get it so wrong?!) despite being €2.25, I don't feel like I've missed out after receiving poor service by the pool bar staff. Reception staff ok, entertainment staff good, cleaners ok.
Room clean (except the floor which wasn't swept) and comfortable. Pool is on floor 5 so if you have any requests ask accordingly.
Location ideal - a 5 min walk to palma nova beach, 5 min walk to magalluf. Ideal! Those moaning about the hill, get a grip, it was just an incline and will do you good!!
Would stay again for the price we paid (£26 a night for a studio) but wouldn't pay the obscene prices I've seen it for elsewhere - look around and take advantage of Expedia price match.

We stayed at the Aparhotel and thanks to the staff ate at the hotel with the rest of our family,
all inclusive. You could upgrade the drinks to major brands for a small extra charge. The entertainment was ok, elvis is a live and well, and the parrot show such a laugh. Five star it is not, but the food buffet style was good. You can exit the hotel buy lift or steps/stairs direct on to boardwall to the beach. We would stay again.

these apartments are a 5min walk into Magaluff centre, so on that basis can't fault it. the views are excellent from sea view rooms and the pool. i found the pool to be very cold all day. the rooms were very basic and not ideal if you really want to self cater. also they are not very clean at all even though the maid comes 6 out of 7 days all she does is show the mop to the floor and make the beds. the good thing about this complex is the pool and surrounding area are excellent for kids as they have a little park, an indoor activity centre and 2 small pools for the children. so i would say if you're after a cheap holiday and you can get it cheap enough stay here otherwise look elswhere.

Great location - only 5 mins walk from centre of Malaga with it's many great bars and clubs. Some steep hills but manageable. Only short walk to beach. Room good - always ask for sea view, beds not great but ok for a short stay, but no cleaning stuff provided, ie. washing-up liquid, cloths, hand soap etc. Shame about the weather, we had torrential rain but apparently September can be changeable. Loads of shops but not many quality goods or local crafts for sale just lots of cheap tourist rubbish. All in all a great fun holiday, but only if you don't mind the 'brits aboard' type of place with English bars etc. and lots of nightlife. A good mixture of all ages in the bars so it's not just a place for the young but also the young at heart. Would definitely return.

Really good sized apartments. Fantastic views out to sea from the pool. Good location for Palma Nova. Bit of a grumpy front desk and over priced pool bar but it shouldn't spoil your stay. We'll definitely be back there.

We had a party of eight + one child and had booked four studio apartments. Although it was not possible to book a sea view in advance we were give one studio with a great sea view and without asking was given three one bedroom apartments at no extra cost . The staff were very friendly and the Hotel had its own childrens club at no extra cost. The apartments were only Two minutes away from the palma nova beach and the bustling night life was about five minutes walk. This accomodation is ideal for someone looking for a beach holiday through the day and great night life after dark but was far enough away from the noise to get a good nights sleep.

This hotel was good for the price (budget). Location was pretty good - up a hill but never seemed to much to get home! Two pools with a bar so plenty of chance to relax. Only problem were the young party goers coming home at 6am and jumping in the pool. We had a lovely view of the bay and the pool but in the morning when we were trying to sleep it might have been nicer to have a room not quite so close to the pool.
