I payed for 2 nights but I only stayed one night. People was outside my room arguing and I tried to defuse the problem and they wouldn’t give me my money back

Great place to stay

It was clean but the bleach smell was super strong but got used to it. Looked very clean. Air was kind of weird and couldn’t change it easily but overall comfortable. The blankets were thin. Not plushy but mattress was good. The man at the desk was nice. The set up with the window kind of makes me wonder about safety.

The room wasn’t clean and the place was very loud and a lot of fussing next door couldn’t get no rest and the price was crazy high. Blood in bathroom and on walls

Like that there was privacy but the cleanliness was a concern

Not a bad hotel, mistook the name for a different one but wasn’t too upset upon arrival. Friendly staff, did however find personal items left from a previous customer.

The bedsheets and towels were dirty (staff gave me a hard time about switching them out because they would have to wash the sheets (didn’t have extra), the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I was checked into smelled like an ashtray. The room I ended up with was dirty (microwave, floor, mysterious yellow crusted liquid on the back of the bathroom door!?!?) and I could smell weed walking by the rooms next to the front office. BTW, this is a MOTEL meaning the doors open up to the street, not a Hotel (opens up to an indoor hallway) which is safer if you’re a single female on travel.

Extremely noisy hotel. No amenities. Felt like a prison. Floors so dirty my feet were black with dirt. Had to wear shoes in room to keep Fetto and socks from being spoiled.
Never again.

The place was. Very dirty. And the customer service was very slow.

This place was horrible. The first room they gave us smelled like a grandmas house mixed with cigarettes. We went and told the front desk and they moved us to another room. That one just had the old smell. You can smell it in the towels when you wipe and in everything. Later we asked them to clean our room and she said okay they will come tomorrow since it was late at night. Nobody showed up the next day. Apparently they only clean your room once a week and if you need light touch ups like, changing your towels, that will be for an extra cost. Then I had a bug drop down right in front of my face to the floor while I was standing in the bathroom. They also kept declining all of our cards at the front desk, then after entering the card manually it went through. The funny thing is all the cards we slid are now showing pending. Hopefully they won’t charge us four times for our three day stay. I would rather pay the extra couple dollars for a nicer place then stay here!

They did a lot of good work around the buildings fresh painting and decorating the entrance.
