Great room and checkout at Noon was appreciated.

Nice place. Would stay again

Wifi barely worked for basic internet usage. Couldn't upgrade to enhanced and the staff at the front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. Corporate said the front desk were the only ones who can help. Couldn't game on it, couldn't stream hd, or buffered in any videos over a minute or so long.
Bed sucked, Pillows sucked. The room itself was decent looking and had what you would expect in a hotel. Bathroom was nice.
Hallways looked dated, but mostly kept up. Basement looked grungy and in need of a cleaning.
Location is decent if you are doing things in the area, but if not the traffic can be a bit much trying to get in an out if you are frequenting the area.
Food options in the hotel are nearly non existent. If you want decent food you need to leave and at least go across the street to Olive Garden/Azteca. However, lots of great options within driving distance.
Also had some weird issues where they sent me an invoice the second day that said we departed. They never could tell me what happened, but luckily it was not correct and we were still listed in the hotel.
Overall, I would personally tell anyone going to the area to avoid the hotel. Try out a Hilton or similar. This place just has a lot of red flags for me to ever consider going back. With the way the wifi was handled by corporate and in house staff, I would say that I will try to avoid Marriott in general.

There was urine all over the toilet in the bathroom and the shower was dripping wet like someone had just used it did not look or feel clean.

Good time! Didn’t spend much time there as we were over visiting our family.
Cleanliness can be better, but overall good.

The stay was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like, if you buy stuff from the little market by the front desk you are going to pay A LOT of money a bag of chips was $4.25 and my soda was $4. There’s a QFC across the street and a Arco at the corner. Other than that the hotel and staff are amazing.

Great stay and location with amazing amenities in the vicinity

The room was very cramped. There was an odd cushion covered board that was a leg knocker. Beds were only made every 2 nights...for ~$400/night.
The men's toilets in the lounge were plugged with feces on two different nights.
The bar tender and people in the food court were very helpful.
I asked for information on the hours for the Bistro from lady at main counter, she silently handed me a brochure.
The hotel computer system was screwed up most of time, couldn't use credit card or get hard copy of bill when we checked out.
Free bottle of water when we checked in but it had a PC generated label covering the COTCO label. Boy that is class!
You guys have monopoly on location so you sure do milk it.

Did not have my room ready for check in until just before midnight!!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The only thing that I didn't like was they charged extra for parking. That should be included in the cost of renting a room.

Room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. But, shower water pressure was low and the water didn’t get very hot. Other than that, a great stay.

Charged my credit card twice for incidental. When I called. I talked to three different people. The last person was so rude, after I told him I only authorized one hold for incidental. He told me he can't do anything and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Nice hotel with great staff. Suite was huge and comfy. Breakfast menu was great.

Nice, spacious, comfortable room. The property was very conveniently located. It always annoys me to have to pay additionally for parking on an open lot when the room rate is already fairly high for a 3* hotel however.

Tried to call them to get a charge reversed that they double billed me and they will not pick up the phone. I called multiple times, expedia called, and no response.

Olive Garden right across the street which was nice. QFC and our restaurants are close by as well, within walking distance. Parking is relatively cheap $15.

We stayed there after my surgery and this hotel was an excellent choice. It is close to the hospital, lots of nice restaurants, shopping, beautiful parks and the lake. It's clean and quiet and has a nice garden patio where you can sit enjoy the sun.
The only complaint is that the breakfast was tiny and monotonous.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is a bit dated and basic, but for the cost point, I have no complaints. It’s nice they had a little bistro to order food/ drinks in the lobby area.
Parking is easy, they have options for covered and uncovered. Staff was nice.

The room was nice but it lacked enough lighting in the room
When the curtains were closed and all the lights were on it was still very dark

This is the fourth time we've stayed here. The key reason we return is that the hotel is very close to family that lives nearby. Two things that have come to irritate us are: 1) having to pay for parking. Flat out - that is a junk fee. 2) room isn't cleaned daily. Worse, we had to request the room be cleaned or it seemingly wouldn't have happened at all during our three night stay.

Excellent location for people needing location close to Evergreen Hospital.

$15 a day surcharge for parking. Parking for guests in this location should be included in the daily charge. There were many parking places available.

Since March, I've been in between place = lots of hotel stays. Well, I happen to really enjoy trying out different hotels, rooms, etc. This room (I got the big one with the long balcony) was absolutely one of my top...lets say in the top 3- ever. I love the balcony, the fact that the room was large, had a jetted tub, and omg, was so inexpensive for what you get especially.
The only thing that bums me out is that they don't let me extend the next morning - yet the room is available to get again that afternoon? That kind of bothered me. But besides that - oh, also, the late night desk guy who checked me in - the one with the awesome eyes that match his hair- that guy is super friendly - well, all of their desk people have been really cool to me, actually. Besides the location (kind of meh, just boring kirkland ) this hotel is the bees knees.

Pool was not open and there was no indication of this when we booked the property

Well it started with a long speech about their cleaning schedule. OK. Then my room had leftovers still in the fridge. Ok. So the next day i asked if they could make up my room. And they did. Cool. But the next day, I asked if they could refresh a few things and they said yes sure... and failed to do any of them. Not awesome.
