This property is an excellent location. It’s very small, quiet and quaint. It’s not fancy or totally updated/modern but cozy and sweet enough. Location, location, location!

Great stay at this hotel. Staff were phenomenal.
4.7
The staff couldn't have been more solicitous and helpful. The building and the decor are elegant and are impeccably maintained. The neighborhood in Prague - a short walk from the Charles Bridge - is enchanting. My only disappointment is that I had to leave.

I had many issues with all staff especially front desk. Our room was delayed after 4:30 ppm we got the room however it wasn't what i expected or paid for. They had to change our room and it took them more than two hours. They gave me a bottle of wine to compensate---didn't drink it! Left it there. The concierge couldn't print an email I needed. Overall, I overpaid for a bad experience-- I'm not a FAN at all.

Just gorgeous, well appointed hotel!

Great !!!

By far the worst Mandarin Oriental I have ever stayed. It’s a 5 star hotel with no room service.
At nights the receptionist is inside an office, no one to open the door at night and almost every day during the afternoon.
The employees are ver kind, but the hotel and services in general are bad.
The room are older than the pictures.
For me is a premium Holiday Inn

If you are coming to Prague to enjoy czech atmosfere, czech food, czech experience, this hotel is exactly the opposite. Almost no one in the hotel spoke czech language. No traditional czech cuisine.

Great location, best staff and helpful. We definitely go back!

Loved the service. Everyone was so friendly

On the First night of our stay, there was not shampoo to body gel. All the bottles were empty. The second night, we found a big spider in our room. Does not worth to stay there, for the money they charge for 5 star hotel.

As with any Mandarin Oriental, it was lovely. The staff was amazing. Really expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. We wanted for nothing.
4.7
The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room was very clean and presented nicely. I was surprised at the poor restaurant/cafe at a hotel of this quality. It was a cafeteria next to the parking/taxi/unloading area. We only went there in the beginning when we did not know everything was. After that we did not go.

It was really nice

Loved every minute of my stay. Received a warm greeting by the doorman and all other staff afterwards. While waiting for my room, it was pleasant to unwind in the bar with local wine. The suite was very clean and fully stocked with beverages, both hot and cold options. Bedding was clean, soft and had a firm mattress that was very comfortable. If you have the opportunity to utilize their spa services, I highly recommend. It is the perfect antidote to stressful travel. Courteous staff, soothing environment followed encompassed with great amenities to put one at ease. The location of the hotel is also a huge bonus. So close to everything you would want to see while visiting Prague. And yet you don't hear or feel like you are in the center during your stay. I will be staying here again in the future.

It was ok. But that’s it

Gorgeous hotel! The rooms are spacious and totally quiet. Great location for walking all over Prague. Restaurant and bar are very nice. Morning breakfast is fabulous. The staff are wonderful!!

Outstanding service and placating
Disappointed in restaurant choices only one restaurant with a very limited menu.
For the highest end hotel also requires a pool/spa facility

We arrived early and the staff went out of their way to find a room that was ready for us immediately. The property is gorgeous and the environment so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Would not stay again purely as I expect more than just news channels to be available in the room.

it was a weekend trip, I was between this place or the Four Seasons. the location is nice, only a short walk from Charles bridge. the area is remarkably quiet near embassies. the entrance to the hotel is very narrow for a car. it did not seem very busy that weekend. I saw more personnel than guests. I picked the terrace room which is through several corridors from the lobby it was spacious, however never ended up using the terrace much. room service food was adequate not that many options for late night. The T.V is really boring, no options of any Hollywood or new movies to watch, just regular T.V plus a clunky Bluetooth connection for airplay. only one restaurant at hotel and one bar by the lobby. A good escape from the noise of the busy streets only few minutes away, however there was no wow factor, Also it seems they have a nice spa unfortunately did not have time to try but I saw the facilities briefly and their extensive menu of treatments. I would rather try a new place on my next visit to Prague, t's a nice hotel overall and for those looking for discreet subtle option in prague.

The spa, built on a historical site, was nice. I enjoyed the resting area before and after the treatment. The staff members were all friendly and hospital.

The hotel is beautiful converted from a monastery. The service and attention to detail was extraordinary! Any request was immediately taken care of. A true mandarin oriental stay.
Would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here, the location is perfect. But the staff is the best! Super helpful and extremely nice!

Beautiful and quiet oasis in Prague’s Little Quarter. The rooms are large and well appointed (some slight wearing). The staff are friendly and attentive.

Wonderful quiet oasis in the heart of the Little Quarter. The staff are exceptional, rooms are nicely appointed but showing some wear. Highly recommend!

This is a great luxury hotel situated in the heart of Prague’s Lesser Town. Just a 4 minute walk from the Charles bridge. The hotel and rooms are immaculate as you would expect from the MO brand. The hotel is fashioned around an old monastery and seems to have been jury rigged around a number of old buildings so you have to meander your way around to get to some rooms. The service was excellent. Daniel at Spices gave us great suggestions for places to eat (don’t worry, we ate at Spices too!) and was very accommodating. Tomas, the concierge, was also helpful and gracious. The hotel is very quiet. Some may say too quiet. There is no “hustle and bustle” and the bar and restaurant were nearly empty most times. We prefer bustle and the hum of a busy restaurant/bar, so went to other places for dinner 2 of the 3 nights. I suggest looking into Next Door at the Imperial. I expect people go to MO hotels for privacy and peace and quiet. The hotel is very understated that way. The lobby is minimalist and there is no “showiness” to the premises. It’s all simple elegance. Don’t expect a grand entrance with hanging chandeliers. Even the bar is laid back.Food at Spices is very good and not overpriced. The bartender, Nik, makes a great Pisco Sour.
