I would happily return to this property.
A few things to know:
Access to the front door is controlled by an app you will need to download and that will be activated with a code reception will give you.
There are plenty of bathrooms but you either need to being your own towel or rent one at reception in the morning. No guarantee towels will be available. First come first served (I did secure one).
There are lockers available but you will need your padlock.
There was a party at the hostel when I visited. The noise was very high. I had to use the earplugs which they supply and noise cancelling headphones to sleep.
The private pod was long and wide enough for me. It was very comfortable. You also get sockets and USB to charge your phones next to you.
Access to the pod, if upstairs like mine was, is a bit dicy. The steps are small and quite far to the side so be careful getting to your pod and especially leaving it.
Breakfast is served downstairs. Quite a bit of choice.

I stayed in the capsules a few times, and I have to say it’s good value for money, especially for the level of privacy you get when you’re essentially paying hostel prices. Here’s the thing - yes you can hear the nightclub below for a few hours into the night, but they do give you earplugs. Yes the bathrooms and toilets aren’t always perfectly clean, and the capsule itself could do with a deep clean, but the pillowcase and sheets are clean, and you just need to bring a little pair of flip-flops or similar for the showers. Also it’s good to bring a towel but you can rent one here. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Be aware you can’t lock the capsule as there is only a curtain, but you can lock your personal items in a locker. I personally enjoy the cosy feeling of being in these capsules. Just be aware they are on 2 levels and if you get a top-bunk you need to climb up, so if you have any issues with that, let them know in advance of arriving. I’m sure they would accommodate you. I prefer the top bunks as the music from the nightclub below isn’t as loud on the top bunks. I genuinely enjoy staying here, it’s just best to be aware of the above so you can make a decision.

If you are wanting any sort of sleep, avoid this place. If you have a pod on the first floor like I did, you are directly above a bar/club which plays loud music till 2am. And this was a Monday night!! You can hear it so loud in the rooms, you might as well be in the bar. Combined that with constant drunk people coming in and out, falling over, talking loudly and dropping things plus then some kind soul banging on the door at 6am because they’d locked themselves out. Let’s just say, no sleep was had at all. Do yourself a favour, spend a bit more and go in a Travelodge.

Great value for money within an excellent location. Great place to start a night out in london.

Staff were excellent, unsure of the person's name on the front desk but I checked in at around 5pm on Saturday 22nd June and they were so helpful and lovely! The room and facilities were clean enough, however the beds could do with having new/more sufficient curtains installed around the bunks as I was one of the only girls in a mixed dorm and would have liked a little more privacy. There were also a couple of guys who came into the room late at night and were talking quite loudly, so perhaps some signs on the doors reminding people to be quieter at night. Aside from that the bunk bed had everything I needed and for the price I couldn't really go wrong!

It is a convenient accommodation to travel London.

First time using a hostel for a weekend away. I was pleasantly surprised that it was an awesome stay.

There is a bar in this hostel. During weekdays there is music until about 1am, during the weekends the music stays on until 3am.

Everything bwas oke and good and thanks a lot

Near to prime area

Really nice capsules for overnight sleeping. Managed to sleep comfortably. Having said that, it can be a bit noisy because of the club downstairs, drunk people outside, and as well as tourist loudly speaking in their own language inside the room. I highly recommend bringing any noise cancellation earbuds or headphones to give you a peaceful rest.
It's very close to a lot of shops in case you need something. Staffs are friendly. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Great capsule hostel - excellent value for a short budget stay

Great chill out room. Great bedroom. Amazing place to stay. Fantastic customer service.

Excellent
3.8
It wasn’t the best as the room they gave me was over the bar and the music was playing until 3 am
3.8
It's the most convenient hostel in London, near London Bridge station. The beds are bunked three high, so it's a bit tight, but considering the price, there's no complaint. I'll definitely come back again.

I liked the efficiency of the property on how the come in -come out deal and also the cleaness and the all new bathrooms and toilets rooms.
Well job that's why I have given 5 stars on all the reviews

I liked because is extremely safe ,each bed has their own light and plug! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Discounts on your dinner and drinks I loved it 😍

Worst customer service.

The double room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit rudimentary but worked fine with a good hot shower - a pity the shower curtain is too short and the water covers the floor. Overally the hotel is a bit worn but for a night or two it's fine. I didn't like much that I had to install an app to unlock the doors, but it worked perfectly. The staff were very good and it felt safe.

Stayed 2 days, great experience but the toilets were always dirty and the vibrations and noise from the downstairs bar I couldn’t sleep even with the ear plus. But for the price not too bad.

Staff was friendly. Location was loud, room was loud, can hear people outside/around/above the room, amenities were old and broken, bathroom is small, and room is dusty. The Goki app sucked. Did not work for me the entire stay. Had to use codes. I think it's over priced for what was provided. Only great thing is the location.
3.8
Staff were helpful. Bed was ok. Pillow was horrible. Bathrooms were extremely tiny. Most of the cans were broken. Toilets and washing machine are broken. Dust balls everywhere. Other than that, it was great for a quick stay
3.8
The atmosphere was great and everyone was super friendly! Thank you to Sydney for always being so kind!

I liked the idea of the pod, and the pod room was relatively quiet but the heavy bass from the restaurant pounded even through my earplugs into the wee hours of the morning, making sleep terrible at best, with a long haul flight the next day, I was pretty wrecked.
Also, no towels were available, which made for an uncomfortable shower.
It's not the hostel's fault but a neighbourhood reality: I was accosted twice after leaving the hostel in the early morning by panhandlers, one of whom was high on meth and was agitated and unpredictable. This could have been a very threatening situation.

Capsule Hotels style rooms are super, quiet and private. Breakfast pretty decent too. Check in was fast and efficient

Stay very good as usual, staff friendly, accom very clean, bathrooms also, the location to everything brilliant, even weather could not spoil time, just one night. Book very soon, thanks

The staff are friendly and helpful
The whole check in and out process are quick
The bed is quite comfortable although the pillow isn't
But overall it is a good stay

Good:
-Very accessible,
-Staff was helpful too!
-Convenient check-in process
Bad:
-I was on the 4th floor; got heavy bags BUT the lift was not working! Very tiring to go up with heavy bags.
-When I went up, I saw the bed was not yet ready, and still has previously used linens; it was a hassle going down again just to report to the front desk about it, and have to go back up again (as the lift isn't working)
-The loo/toilets have a pungent smell of poop; on the other cubicle, THERE was poop, flushed it but the stain was still there; did not use the loo anymore, but the next day, it's still there. I guess one has to call their attention as clearly there's no checking if the shared bathroom is clean or not.

Polite Staff. Rude Bar bouncers. Horrible shower.
