Stayed for a mother-daughter trip. This hotel delivers what you would expect from a five star property, no more and no less, with the emphasis on “no more”. I was very satisfied with my experience but not blown away. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I valet ‘ed my car and they were always on time to bring it, showed up right on time to take our luggage to the car on the day of departure etc. Their Concierge was extremely helpful with bookings and reservations.
Room photos accurately represent what you get. Not mentioned in the description anywhere is that their idea of “central air” is setting the temperature at 69F and not letting you adjust it. Which was perfectly fine with me but my mother found it a bit too chilly. The hot tubs also have to be operated by the hotel staff. They are gigantic and personally I found no use for a hot tub given how hot it was outside.
As many have mentioned, there are steps. You are in Santorini; of course there are steps. There are 75 steps between the pool and the street level, I counted. The steps are uneven, cobblestoned, many sloping downhill, and have no railing. Strongly suggest against wearing wedge heels on them.
What really took the bloom of the rose though was the fact that these guys did not give me Marriott points for this very expensive stay despite being a Marriott property. Had I known this would be the case, I would have booked elsewhere, and that’s what I will do in the future.

The concierge service was outstanding. They helped me book transfers, a car rental, and 2 wonderful excursions. They were very attentive and always reachable for whenever I needed help. The views are as breathtaking as you can imagine and the location was excellent. The reason why I gave the property condition 3 stars is because of the stairs. The reception team should really be upfront with each guest at time of booking that this place is not suitable for anyone with any body pain or weakness. I am early 40’s and work out on the elliptical for an hour a day, but walking 107 misshapen, steep, and downward sloping stairs was even rough for me. Some rooms were even farther than 107 stairs (one way). I felt so bad for my boyfriend who has ankle issues, and for the elderly couples I saw trying to get to their rooms with sad, fearful, exhausted expressions. There are also no handrails! This is a very dangerous place for those individuals to stay. The signage is insufficient for finding your room or your way out, and they don’t have any maps. Travelers be warned.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views each morning over the bay from our room or breakfast or the pool were fantastic. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were very good with a huge choice including many healthy options. We had dinner in the Lure restaurant which had an interesting menu and offered wine pairings.
The staff were attentive and friendly. The concierge team helped us organise our trip and nothing was too much trouble.
One note to mention that there are MANY steps between the hotel and the road above. Certainly tests your fitness!

The views from the property are beautiful. The staff is excellent. The food at Lure restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is very good. The resort itself needs updating. The outdoor and indoor furniture are discolored and tired looking. The white bath towels need to be replaced, they are dingy and look dirty.

The front office team and Concierge at Mystique could not have been more helpful during our entire stay!! They organised everything - amazing restaurant reservations and assisted with our boat charter.Mystique's breakfast service is amazing - the Greek coffee is the best start to the day (either hot or iced) and the food brilliant.I could not recommend this hotel more highly, best four nights away in a long time. We had the 2 bedroom all sense suite and couldn't have been happier.Special thanks to Olga on the front desk who was brilliant - we will definitely be back!

Accommodations were excellent with an excellent view. Service was very good - Rafael at the front desk went out of his way to make sure our excursions were well coordinated and all transfers were taken care of. Just be ready for the long flight of cobblestone steps to get down and back up to street level from the hotel!

Beautiful and quiet scenery. The staff was amazing except a little issue with housekeeping. She kept throwing away my daughters eye lash extensions! We complained and she still did it! Silly

Location is perfect- short walk to Oia and the staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming! Property could use a little love - paint for furniture, updated pool loungers, but overall would highly recommend. Loved our stay in Santorini!

Recently my husband and I spent a week at the Mystique, in Santorini, Greece. The hotel is excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only had one snafu and that was on the day we were checking out. There was a mixup on late checkout, etc., (as we had a late flight out); however, the hotel remedied this by allowing us another room in the hotel, until it was time to leave for the airport. The island itself is gorgeous and if we were coming back, Id stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location on the island, just a few minute walk from the centre of Oia. The staff at this hotel are very attentive to your every need with nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing with a great view. The infinity pool had great views, and we enjoyed having our own sun loungers on our balcony. There is plenty of steps but this didn't matter when you have fantastic unobstructed views.

Hotel is a 3 minutes walk from the pedestrian walkway in Oia which keeps it out of the tourists' prying eyes. There are a lot of steps to get to your room but the view is absolutely worth it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff makes the stay even more special. From the porters, reception staff to the general manager, everyone goes out of their way to accommodate whatever requests you may have. They even called the hotel in our next destination Mykonos to arrange transfer from the port and packed us breakfast for the departing day. The breakfast is excellent and has a nice variety.

We stayed 6 nights at the Mystique and loved it! Fantastic hotel is an excellent location within a short walk of beautiful Oía. The views of the Caldera are amazing from the hotels position on the cliffside, the restaurants were both great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Two nights at Mystique was a splurge for us. But there are no regrets. From being picked up at the port and shuttled to the property and being greeted with incredible warmth by Eleni, to swims in the pool, breakfast on the terrace, and staring out at night at the Aegean lit by stars and moonlight, it was a magical time that we wont forget soon. Also, their restaurant and excursion recommendations are top notch.

The hotel view is out of this world. The staffs were very accommodating for any requests and goes above and beyond to satisfy guests need. The waiting staff at the restaurant are very nice and the food are amazing although little expensive but compensates in quality. Choose this hotel and you will get your money worth.

This was the most beautiful hotel with the best views. The rooms were great and spacious. We asked for coffee to go when we were leaving the restaurant and it was delivered back to the room before we got there. Amazing. Wifi is a bit spotty and you need to be able to walk up and down many stairs. Well worth the exercise.

Six friends going to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were greeted as soon as we left the airport with a ice cool bottle of water and air conditioned mini bus, arriving at the beautiful hotel with stunning scenery, we were shown to the reception whilst our bags were delivered to our rooms. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. Our rooms were beautiful, exactly like the photos, you wanted for nothing. Bar and restaurant staff extremely polite, always willing to help and very knowledgeable when I asked about the area. We ate in the evening at the restaurant, 7 course taster menu, was beautifully presented and extremely tasty, breakfast- the choice was immense, you could order as much as you like. Walked into olia which is a must.
In previous reviews it mentions the steep steps, yes they are steep, what do you expect when the hotel is built into a cliff, it never caused us a problem even after a bottle or two of the delicious wine and spirits. If you want this sort of scenery and to celebrate a special occasion then this is the place to visit.
Big thank you to ALL the staff.

Arrival at hotel was very easy with the hotel transfer shuttle. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms and atmosphere were lovely and views and location spectacular. Unfortunately the food (other than breakfast) was disappointing but overall we had a lovely weekend.

While clearly not the cheapest hotel around (and on Santorini everywhere costs more, even before you start) the service was incredible at this hotel. Also the breakfast (included) was the best I've ever had (you want smoked salmon and champagne sir? Or a chicken crepe? Or fruit and yoghurt? Or all of them? Certainly sir). If you spend the day by the (rather small) pool they constantly bring you free stuff, including a mint nougat "submarine" and later a rather odd ginger drink. Nothing is too much trouble. Towels everywhere (and huge ones), jacuzzi in your room, chocolate on your pillow, fruit in your room every day, newspapers appear, etc. We only ate in once, because it was 80 euros for the two of us, but the food was certainly good, though small portions. Incredible views from our room and from the sun terrace and the pool. Only 5 mins walk to centre of Oia, but you do have to do that if you want to see the sun set - the sun leaves the hotel at about 5pm. But you do get it in the morning. Even when the hotel was full you would never have known it, it was really quiet. If someone else was paying I could live here for ever.
