One my favorite places to stay ever! Great location and felt so welcomed! Great rooms and love their breakfast buffet!

Great hotel, great spot in Cluj, close to everything, Hilton level

I checked in on a Saturday afternoon. Both Saturday and Sunday the gotel hosted weddings. It was extremely loud until 11:00 pm. When asked hotel for refund they only gave me 25 percent discount. Pitiful.

Very nice, excellent service and excellent food. Great comfy rooms. Good mattress. Highly recommend.

Pillows like concrete sacks, breakfast was less than desirable, no coffee outside open hours of restaurant For the price, it was a let down, the manager must be on vacation, I had no blow dryer in room, I left a day early as I needed to find a place to sleep, was charged the last day as well, $172 per night in Romania is a lot, the Golden Rose was nicer @ 79$

Only water on first of 9 nights. Only milk on first of 9 nights. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Shower leaked. Bar fridge empty. Bedside table too low. No laundry service on weekends. Despite complaining twice I was not moved to another room.

Mold in the bathrooms, untrained staff. Very disappointed with our stay, I can’t see how this is 5 stars at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The reception was open even though we arrived after midnight and both checkin and checkout went very fast. Convenient location in the centre of Cluj. Nice and clean hotel.

Very cofortable hotel in a quiet little street. Extremely good beds, very good breakfast and smiling, service minded people working there. Perfect location to the city center, the park and BT Arena. We have nothing bad to tell.

5 stars hotel but to be honest and with all the respect not as a 5 stars should be. I would say it is a 4 but 5 stars are something quite different. Truth is that there are many levels of 5 stars but I would appoint few things to "deserve" the 5th one. Room, definitely spacious (I think I got the biggest one available for 240 € per night) but lacking of those finishig touches and attention supposed to be in a true 5 stars. Cleaningness is good. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Food is medium quality nothing to die for. this needs to be definitely improved, they need to aim to get better quality food and wider range. Staff is kind and helpful which is nice. The general atmosphere of the hotel is sort of cold ... premises not sure are outdated but the design makes them quite cold and not cosy. Recommended anyway for business stays, for a luxury 5 star stay for family or holiday I would maybe search something else.

By far, one of my favorite place to stay in Cluj! Very nice and clean rooms, great food, staff is helpful and polite, plus the location is great, super close to the city centre (5 mins walk). Also, they have nice spa facilities!

I booked a kind of suite and when I arrived there were 31 degrees inside. It seems the room hadn't been opened for months. They offered me an upgraded room, that was a littlle better but it seems the hotel overall has some air conditioning problems ( and in Cluj it was rainy and not hot at all these days ). I think the hotel does not match the Hilton standards.

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff within a short walking distance to the activities of the old town. No shops at the doorstep so a few minutes walk.

After multiple visits, DoubleTree Cluj still has great service and facilities, my favourite part of this stay is where the staff at breakfast preempted my request for Soya milk!

Perfect position close to start and finish of marathon at Cluj-Napoca arena. Could not fault hotel in anyway.

reat hotel this one,lovely sauna pool area,very clean and tidy.Very friendly staff, also cracking cookie on arrival.Clean and friendly bar area.Room was lovely but very hot,i think this comes from underfloor heating, the air con was great neither.The shower was great but unfortunately, because it was a walk in shower it wasn't sealed correctly and leaked everywhere.Hair dryer didn't work but got it replacent within 5 mins...very good.I ate in the restaurant i thought the food was very good and service was excellent.I asked for an alarm call first thing in the morning but i never came through...good job my phone alarm was working.overall was happy with this hotel and would stay here again.

Not my first time here and it's still great. My room this time however had a noisy AC unit. Light sleepers should avoid room 400.

Stayed in room 213. Was great but no bathtub in room. Was here for 1 week for work and the location is perfect to walk to the old town and to all the shops. The hotel has a gym and a pool and a spa where you can get a massage. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks in October. Room had a comfortable king, large desk, wall TV and spacious bathroom (no tub though, only large shower), refrigerator and coffe/tea making amenities, and free wifi. The design is modern, clean and comfortable. The room was on the third floor, facing Sindicatelor St. and a nice view of the Belvedere hotel up on the hill. Maid service was prompt and good. A continental breakfast was included in the price, with a variety of hot food (eggs, sausage, mushrooms, bacon), cold cuts, yoghurt, cheeses, etc. I had dinner at their restaurant, but was rather deserted and expensive compared to other restaurants in the city. Food and service was good. The hotel also has a bar and a pool, but I did not use them. Front desk was helpful in ordering taxi. At checkout there was a mixup with some dinners (added by mistake to my bill) but everything was resolved promptly. The lobby has a couple of computers for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for stay in Cluj.
