They canceled my Expedia reservation so I called to assure my reservation was good 2 people at front desk told I was fine to check but when I arrived there was no room. Need people the can communicate better at the front desk

We evacuated from Clearwater due to Hurricane Milton and this hotel was amazing. We had never been to Miami, but these guys waved pet fees for evacuees and we have four cats. The staff was incredibly attentive and nice. They brought us up a microwave and helped us navigate an inherently stressful situation. Great location, we walked to the beach multiple times daily. Extremely secure premises, you have to use your keycard to use the elevator. All in all they absolutely contributed to lifting some of the stress that was involved with our situation. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend.

Great location! Service was great. The umbrellas were a nice touch. My only gripe was the room itself. It was very dirty. The floor had crumbs, pieces of a cheese scattered and hairs (curly) everywhere. The walls are paper thin as we could hear everything in the next rooms. We could even hear the footsteps above us. As for comfort, it’s just my personal preference but the pillows were flat and beds were a tad soft for my back (again that’s my personal preference).

Great location, 5-10 mins walk from South Beach & Ocean Drive. Small boutiquey hotel. We booked a room for 4. It didn’t work. Arrived and no one had made up the sofa bed and there was only 2 towels for 4 persons. Day 2 left room at 9.30am returned at 5pm to find no housekeeping had been done. Asked. Guy turned up but wouldn’t clean & tidy while we were there… cos they go home at 5pm so room was uncleaned, no fresh towels. Had to go to reception to ask for towels which we got but no can do about the room cos housekeeping goes home at 5pm. Would not stay again. Wouldn’t recommend

When we first pulled up we knew this hotel was going to be perfect. When we got in the Lobby the smell was wonderful. We got there hours before check- in and our room was already ready. We were given a complimentary beverage as well. Our room was nice and big with a balcony. We enjoyed the hour long free wine. I was highly impressed and will be returning

Very beautiful hotel, and amenities. Unfortunately, the service and hotel staff weren’t as helpful considering the caliber of hotel. I barely snapped all night due to a guest upstairs, having a crazy argument and slamming doors and walls. I made this very clear and all there was offered was a small credit toward food. Ideally, I wanted to switch rooms. I didn’t even want refund, but I was not offered that, I wanted to have a small get away from the stressful work and I got quite the opposite

Everything about my stay was great with the exception of the pool. The size of it etc was awesome, but it was pretty dirty. Advice for management is to set up an ongoing pool cleaning schedule to not only clean the water but the actual pool floor and walls as well. Again, I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were amazing and so was the staff. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleanliness of the pool.

We only stay at Kimpton properties while in Miami, but this was our first experience on South Beach. This hotel did not disappoint. From the location to the accommodation our entire trip was lovely. Definitely will be back.

It’s really awkward when you have to walk in and out of the restaurant to access the room! When we went to left the elevator was out of service and we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs. The mermaid pool was dirty and had clumps of long hair.

The location of the hotel is great, few minutes walk from the iconic Ocean Drive. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Would definitely recommend.

This property’s location is prime! The best location on Washington just a 5 min walk away from the beach. Excellent service here wanting to accommodate and serve. Pet friendly which I love as I brought my two littles with me

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days the front desk staff asked me and my wife (how did we even get a reservation) we stated online he then proceeded to say well I don’t know how we’re booked , then he changes his mind and says well you’ll have to wait for a room which we didn’t get until after 4 , we also paid for nightly concierge and the attendant was asking us to give our room number to him because he didn’t think we where at the right location we where in complete shock I told them I’m a business owner we came dressed nice but obviously our money didn’t matter they simply didn’t want us there after we told front desk what happened they brought out a bag of chocolate and crackers if we could have switched hotels we definitely would have instead we stayed away the entire birthday trip and only came back at night only to get bit all over our arms and legs I was completely disappointed the scenery was beautiful being on the strip but I sense racism or dislike for people of color they literally asked us how did we get a room there it’s almost laughable I will never go back !!!
