STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD SERVICE We booked (and paid $270 for the night for) a family room and were given a room with a queen bed pushed in front of an adjoining room door and 2 singles pushed together on an adjacent wall, not at all like the photo of the family room on WOTIF. There were LOTS of cobwebs on the walls but it was otherwise clean. I would not normally bother to review poorly for the above reason, some things are just not what you pay for, but after the following interaction with the owner I feel it is my duty to let people know that they should really BOOK ELSEWHERE! I had a sick child with me and called in the morning to ask for a late check out (we had arrived at 10pm the evening before) we were told that we could have a late check out at 1030am.... 30 mins after normal checkout! NEVER have I ever not been given a late check out of at least an hour if requested, especially with a sick child. I thought I would do the right thing and speak with the owner to give him an opportunity to do explain but he just said that all room were stripped first, they were busy and was quite rude. IN STARK CONTRAST, we are now at ALZBURG in town (for $250 per night for a spotless 2BR apartment with kitchen!!) and, although they were very heavily booked they immediately offered a late check out at 11am and mentioned we could check whether the room was occupied directly after us and potentially have longer. Completely different experience! DO NOT BOOK MOTOR INN!

Had a nice stay in Mansfield but if you stay at this hotel- bring your own pillow. The pillows provided would have to be the worst I have experienced at any hotel that I have ever stayed at!

Its pretty good for a 3 star motel. Only gripes are that the matress is a bit hard and the toilet is very small, im not even large so i dont know how a big person would go. Im not sure if they forgot to put towels in the bathroom but all there was, was 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels. Lucky i had my own in the car. Other than that i found it pretty good.

Whilst an old style motel, the mini fridge was full...lots of hot water...good size TV. The bed was a little hard for me but everything clean. Shower over bath in my room which isn't always a good option for older people. Good value overall.

Everything was nice apart from the linen. Room cosy, mini bar good selections but no prices. Bathroom fantastic Sheets had dog hair?? but also human hair on them.

Extremely pleasant and comfortable stay. On the edge of town, a couple of minutes by car or easy walk to the main centre. An older establishment but clean, nicely presented, well maintained and situated in nice surroundings. Parking convenient and easy access to the property. Tea, coffee, toiletries all included, along with the mini bar. A pool and BBQ in a garden setting with several mature trees q. Our unit also had an outdoor table and chairs looking at the garden area. Staff very efficient, polite and provided an immediate response to a minor issue we encounted, with apologies it had been overlooked. Value for money accomodation, happy to recommend and we'll be staying there again.

It was ok. The room was next to a corner intersection which meant the garbage truck arrival at 6.00 was an unwelcome wake up call. The tv reception was a bit hit and miss. The room was good, 2 access doors for arrival and looking out towards the pool. The garden was a bit unloved. The light from the ceiling fell during the 2 bd evening. I enjoyed the township of Mansfield.

Thanks for the stay. Room was spacious and clean. Mini-fridge well stocked. Close to main town area (a couple minutes walk). Easy check-in and friendly staff.

It's an old style building, but clean, tidy and has plenty of space in the 2 bedroom that we had.Difficult to charge EV as there is a driveway between parking and units, but it was possible to charge at 10A from the rear units ~12 to 15 (owner is not helpful with this in peak season).
