Hotel in general is great. Yhe things that I didn't like about it are
1) We stayed during Eid Al-Adha days, the hotel didn't ofer and animation or anything for fun after supper.
2) Restaurant food vas good, however, not once did they offer well cooked meat. There is plenty of meat beef, lamb, and fish. Only fish filets were well prepared.

First impression friendly welcoming staff couldnt do enough for you and expecting a tip. Older hotel but luscious green with water features welcoming in thexheatvof the day. Great food, kind staff,uk friendly lots of activities and sports for all family and private beach.lots of areas for romantic eveni ng walks but very safe and secure. On arrival checked in early no problem . Entering the room cool air conditioning lively basket of fruit bottle of red wine and delicious chocolates. The whole experience made me feel special. Loved the courtyuard to eat breakfast listening to the birds sing. Very relaxing holiday cater for all ages. 2 swimming pools set in green garden area.

This hotel gave us so much more than what we expected. It was all-inclusive, excellent food, and by the way 3 padel courts where we had so much fun playing with some of the locals and other guests. We did some horseriding along the beach and on the countryside, and it's a short stroll from El Kantaoui harbour.
We may come back for the service, the sun, the padel courts and the food.
Food in the restaurant was excellent and staff was so nice.

I did not care for the food as it was mediocre. This property is like a senior living place that caters to the elderly

Devoted staff, the diversity of pools/beach is interesting, decent food, calm atmosphere around the Zen Pool and the beach area. The rooms are old though even the ones that are in the new block that are cheaply furnished. Also misses a room service feature.

Was very good. Compared to last year I was at Amir Palace which was 5 stars but was total desaster. This Hotel is hugely better. Food was good and with very good quality. Last year complained about Amir Palace where there is really really no meat or fish. This one you have them both in very good quality without shortage even when you arrive late to the buffet. Service is very good and staff very friendly. Many activities for kids and the beach so nice. The swiming pool is small but was not interested in that.

Ive stayed in this Hotel in April 2015 with my mother, Ive stayed in many hotels around the world, sousse itself as well. For a summer vacation Id say no one can beat this Hotel. You will have almost everything for a summer vacation especially with All inclusive option. 3 main meals with too many variates in the menu, free drinks, cakes whole day at 3 different bars inside the hotel. Tennis courts, volleyball, spa, skydiving and many activities. You will never feel boring at this hitel. The staff were very friendly, one time we came very late for dinner 21:45 but they tried their best to bring food for us. The only thing I dont like that WiFi isnt available at room, only at hotel lobby. Plus TV in the room is an old style. No LCD screen! I know Sousse very well, Id say just book this hotel, u can even walk to port Alkantaoui or to the Golf club, Taxi to the center cost less than 5 Euro!

The hotel is very big and is built in the traditional moorish style where you can find in Southern Spain and Morocco with lots of courtyards/patios and plenty of orange trees. The architect really did a good job of trying to ensure each courtyard is unique.
The room itself is a bit small even though it already is a 3 bed room for us 2. They have renovated so the furniture is new and clean. Ok the TV is still CRT but I am not particularly bothered. The water pressure was a bit low for the shower and the ventilation was not too good in the toilet. But the major drawback was on the door. They did not bother to renovate the door and unfortunately we got hit by a major thunderstorm so all the water came through the door and we got flooded.
Fortunately they immediately sent someone to mop it up once the rain died down so it was a good thumbs up on their service. The storm was during the dinner time so we had to go out regardless and the courtyards were flooded we were not wading through the ponds. (oh remember to get yourself an umbrella if you are going there during the rainy season)
There were no safes in the room so you have to rent their deposit boxes in the reception. Likewise WIFI is at the reception meaning you have to fight for a spot
In all, I think the food and the service was good, the room was ok and if they have done the door (see the photo) then I would not be hesitate to give it a 5 rating.
