Nice cozy hotel with onset on 2nd level. Convenient store just across the road and walking to TV tower & Daimaru shopping center. Nearby Parco shopping area too.

They were going to charge me additional fee for a room that has 3 beds supposed to be for 3 persons.

Good room layout. Adequate space. Room clean and tidy. Staff helpful.

Very convenience location

Average hotel. Room is pretty packed and small. Especially, the one with 3 beds has zero usable space for even basic luggages. It is mainly due to weird architectural design. I believe it also makes air circulation not so efficient. Breakfast buffet is very very mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend it for 3500 yen. They have extremely poor ryokan, no sauna.

The hotel's elevators are amazingly fast. The only thing I wish I had known about the breakfast was that it should have been clarified from the beginning. I entered their breakfast without any issues the first time, but on my second visit, they asked me to pay 3,000 Yen. I wasn't sure why it was different on those dates. I had to proceed with the payment because I was checking out that day and didn't want to stress about the breakfast situation. I paid and moved on.

The staff is very helpful but unless you know a little Japanese and have an excellent translation app, it may be difficult for a non-Japanese speaking person to get assistance. We were on the breakfast plan on the Royal level and it has a separate dining room for the guests. The breakfasts and service was excellent but waithelp do not speak English. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay.
Very neat above avg restaurants and great location with comfortable parking.

Generally good hotel. Rather small beds in a twin room, and disappointed that guests have to pay to use the hot spring bath.

We gotbtgos a special room that was very helpful spacious and had a beautiful view. I had to ask to get the room clarn and when I asked, it didn't happen the first day.

Great location, near end of shopping/restaurant street tanuki-koji friendly and accommodating staff; amazing breakfast with fresh seafood, sparkling wine, western items; great view from bar at top floor…

Prince always has good hotels and this one is nice. Their staff is excellent and speak english. They were very helpful when we got in late because of flight delays. The breakfast is awesome too, don't skip it. It is walkable to Odori Park and metro, but it isn't so close maybe 3-4 blocks away. We went during Snow Festival and it can be a drudgery walking in the snow/ice. There is a lawson next door, but you will have to walk some to find any good eats. Room was humongous by Japanese standards. We had 2 twin beds, and it had a couch and large window. Bathroom/toilet is standard but very clean. Great place to stay I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was okay. The location is decent, with a Lawson and Sukiya right next to the hotel. The bus limousine from New Chitose Airport stops right in front of the hotel. It's within walking distance to Odori and Tanukikoji. There is a hot bath available, but it requires a payment of 1000 yen. The room is quite small. However, a plus point is that there is a coin laundry service on the property, which is very convenient for travelers.

This is my second time to stay in Sapporo Prince hotel. The staffs are very friendly as always. The view from the windows is also great.

Everything was solid four star the only downside which seemed inexplicable was the lack of a wardrobe. Two clothes rails on the wall were provided which were barely sufficient. Breakfast was again solid four star.

Hotel is on a good location close to the shopping areas and the market as well. I personally think is nice hotel although it is little outdated, but I love the size of it and the amenities in the room, especially the bathroom, there's a shower and a jets tub, also a long counter that you can put your stuffs on. It is rare in Japan. We are on the royal floors, it's from 22nd floor and up, separate elevators spacious room that has a sitting area nice view. I would stay there again if I go to sapporo in the future and also recommended.

Very clean, good location, just room is a bit small

It’s a little away from “things to do” part of town. The property is a little old but the room seems newly refreshed. The hot spring cost 1000yen ppn and the lost key card charge is 1000yen. Staff is very nice - like most Japanese service . Breakfast buffet is quite big but the quality is average

Hotel was good , in a good location, walking distance to Tanukikoji shopping arcade, Odori Park, Susukino Entertainment district and a few minutes from Sapporo Station. Service was top notch , get there early for the breakfast buffet to avoid lines. Dinner buffet was also good. Did not explore the hotel much, but would stay there again.

Free transportation to & fro to Sapporo train station

This hotel is a little far from the main shopping and eating belt. If it rains or if you are too tired to walk the distance, you will need a cab. The hotel is a little tired looking. May need some facelift to spruce it up.

It’s the center of the Sapporo station. Good services.

Excellent base for the sights of Sapporo if don't mind a little walk, but very convenient to the Ice Festival at Odori Park. The hotel staff are excellent and our room was perfect - thank you.

The property was wonderfully located, and the rooftop bar was beautiful. Was disappointed in all of the service fees for the bar and use of the onsen. Onsen only has two pools and no sauna, FYSA and there is a charge for staying guests of 880 YN and 150 tax....
8.0
This hotel is very big and dated. The staff were very polite and helpful. We were surprised that the gym facility was a private one outside the hotel for 200 yet a day. The onsen in the hotel is nothing special. The sky bar has a nice view where you get seated and have table service. We did not eat in any restaurants in the hotel. There are restaurants close by and and a convenience store across the street. It was about two blocks from Odori park snow festival.
