Friendly and accommodating staff. Hard- working cleaning staff. Area is run-down, loud locals in the are shout out vulgar statements in the mornings and evenings- you can tell they don’t like tourists. Sometimes felt unsafe because of this. Anyone from the street can walk in and use the pool.

Great staff. Just very small bedrooms and noisy between rooms. Pool is a little green, especially on the stairs. Colombo bar is awesome. Breakfast buffet is very good. Our room wasnt ready until after 2pm but we were given a free coffee coupon to sit and have while we waited. Tv in bedroom was the smallest Ive seen since the 80's. Bathroom was very nice and updated.

This hotel is truly a little gem. Staff are all so courteous, helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent and the bedrooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very soft.The Colombo bar/restaurant serves great food and cocktails. Having entertainment at the Colombo was added value. Will certainly recommend to friends and family. Brilliant central location to beach, shops and restaurants. Price was very reasonable. Hope to return one day.

Staff is very kind and nice and rooms are comfortable and clean but the acoustic insulation is nonexistent. You can hear other guests talking loudly on the corridor during the night and partying all night long in adjacent rooms. I contacted reception about it and they confirmed the noise and partying and even knocked on some doors to ask people to not be so loud but I feel it was not enough as the party continued once the reception gentleman was gone. They said the hotel was maximum capacity and they couldn't provide another room that night only on the following night. If you want to rest and enjoy the silence this is a place to avoid.

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Porto Santo. Peaceful, quiet and a very relaxed atmosphere - and there was a tasty continental breakfast. Thehotel was very clean and bright - there is air conditioning should you need it. It is mainly used by Portuguese guests which is super ideal for me wanting to immerse myself in all things local.The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the centre of Vila Baleira and the beach. There are plenty lovely local restaurants, cafés and bars - perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend.

Was disappointing when we arrived with heavy luggage and there was no lifts. We were given rooms in the last floor and my grandparents struggled a lot to go up the stairs to 3rd floor.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hotel is tired, old, dirty and staff is rude. We are in 2020 and they fly have a BAD Wifi working only in reception. Walls is paper thin...so you can hear anything in the other rooms. I found hair all over the floor in the room. Choose another place!!!!NAO FIQUES AQUI!!!! Hotel esta velho, sujo e o pessoal que trabalha por la e rude e mal educado incluindo a gerente! Estamos em 2020 e acredite ou nao mas a wifi somente funciona (e mal) na recepção!!! Parede dos quartos e super fina e escuta-se tudo do outro lado. Achei fios de cabelo pelo chão no meu quarto! ESCO;HA QUALQUER OUTRO LUGAR!

The hotel is very old fashioned and needs total renovation. We did not like breakfast as well. Staff is kind and helpful though. We would not stay there again, not worthy the price.

Close to beach and central. Breakfast was typical continental, staff ok too courteous and helpful when asked. Could be better transporting clients from and to the ferry because they have their own vehicles. Close to lots of restaurants.

Nice place, close to the beach. Kind staff, Great breakftast. Wish the Wi-Fi reach the room. Suggest rubber insulated isolatators be installed to minimize sound when room doors are being closed during the night.

Great location to see the island. Bit dated, but clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very quiet. Pool area is small, but beach is soo close. Close also to ample shops and restaurants.

Good price for a 3 stars hotel. Very friendly staff! Some variety at breakfast but nothing extraordinary - the normal. Good location! Really close to the beach and rent a car or motorbike points! Near the Bus station as well.

Stayed here for a night during a quick visit to Porto Santo, hotel centrally located in the small town, staff excellent and couldn't do enough to ensure the stay was enjoyable, very informative as well! Basic but decent buffet breakfast provided. Only downside was lack of Wifi but pc in reception provided all the info we needed

This hotel is overall fantastic. The staff are exceptional! Very friendly and very helpful. Room was comfortable. Great facilities, including pool. On the downside, we had ants in our room. I think there is a problem there. And, there was no WiFi in the rooms, but only in the front lounge area. This hotel is a great value and in a great location.
