Looks like they are trying to improve p.ace was nice got what I expected. Only bad thing was pillows were to hard for my liking but that not always a bad thing. Clean people were nice and exp, aimed everything. I got more then expected. Only draw back can't get around durning rush hour location on main strip but very quiet place to stay and close to everything for you and family.

Came for a bday concert a for my daughter and she loved the room, the big mirror and the comfortable space for us. The lounge/lobby was super inviting and smelled great when we arrived. We will be staying here again.

Very easy check in and out! Staff helpful and courteous! Room clean and quiet! Thanks !!

I really liked the check-in which consisted of a text to my phone with a code to my room number. Made my late check-in very simple. The room was clean and had amenities like microwave and fridge, however, strangely, there was not a single lamp. The nightstand between the beds was completely bare without a single thing on it. I wondered if the guest before stole the lamp and alarm clock. It was bizarre and not great to charging bc I had to crawl under the bedside table to reach a plug. Aside from that- it was fine.

We booked a standard deluxe suite and were placed in a standard double handicap accessible room. The room was very outdated. No counter in the bathroom just a free standing sink, cracks in the floor tile, wires hanging from the wall mounted tv. The room pictures advertised are misleading. I understand they are currently renovating, but until completed they should let customers know not all rooms have been renovated. Their front desk was not helpful, I was asked if I was sure the room had two beds instead of one standard queen bed and the manager did not seem concerned with our overall experience.

Very pleased with the room. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would book here if ever visiting Bentonville again. Especially liked that it was right next to a Starbucks.

Newly renovated hotel. Excellent little gem. Excellent customer service. Rooms are nice and updated. My only concern is the air conditioning. The units are loud and don’t completely keep the room cool. Otherwise a perfect hide away! Bike racks in the room are a definite plus.

For the price, the accommodations were fine. It has clearly just been renovated and under new ownership but there are many worn-down elements to the place that were not addressed by the renovations. The biggest turn-off for me was the check-in process - I did not like being required to fill out forms before I arrived at the hotel and I really did not like being asked to submit a photo of my drivers license on-line without any assurance of security. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel for that reason alone.

The front counter staff both at check in AND check out were awesome!
The mini fridge was way overdue for defrosting and items such as microwave and fridge were a very tight fit for this room. Although small, room and bathroom were very clean.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable

Very clean and the employees were really nice and friendly. Reasonable rates. We will most certainly stay here again when in the area.

while the staff was friendly, the carpet in the room was filthy, the bathroom tile grout was vile, clearly no real cleaning has happened there, then without any warning, the were painting the floor I was staying on, it appeared to be the walls down the hall, so I didn't say anything. Then I went to leave and opened my door to find it wet with black paint, my hand was covered in paint, when I told the front desk they laughed. I however did not think it was funny, I asked them to get my hand print off the door and after 2 days they still had not done it, I filed my finger prints off with a nail file, leaving them no choice but to fix it. Again, no apologies, or offers to change rooms, just laughter, until I said I don't find this funny, then they were like oh ok, so they cleaned my room, but not really they maid the bed and brought in clean towels. So I would never stay here again and actually feel like I should be compensated for having to go through this. Not laughed at.

The room was clean and cute. The staff were very nice. The ONLY complaint that i have is that you can hear people talking in the next room and everyone opening and slaming their doors.

This hotel is no longer functioning under the name “Microtel” and is in the process of renovating under new owners but none of that was told beforehand. The room that my wife and I were given was not clean at all, the elevator up to the room had an expired certificate of operation, the half of the floor that our room was on had zero carpet and a generator right outside our door. Upon asking for a room change we were told they were all booked up and that was the only room but we were told that we could check out and get a full refund. I was told that we would receive an email shortly and a few hours went by and we never got one to confirm the cancellation with refund pending. We went back to sort it out and they more or less said the same thing and that Expedia (who we booked through) would contact us via email or phone call.
The next day we called Expedia to get our refund and come to find out that Microtel never cancelled/refunded our room. Customer service of Expedia contacted the hotel and from there we were able to get a full refund so thank you Expedia customer service.
The new owner ship of this hotel will be called The Block Hotel.. I would advise anyone not to stay there. Terrible customer service.

Not so good I didn’t realize the room was so small. No microwave or Iron an Ironing Board. No phone no even a clock. Wall paper thin could hear noise from neighbors all night

It’s undergoing renovation. The first room’s AC didn’t work so the front desk moved us to a different room.

Well Id given it more stars but it was very dated and they were in the process of a much needed update. The rooms are small, and they want a lot for what you get but its supply and demand. Our AC unit didnt work very well hopefully they will fix. Not sure if the ac in the halls were shut off due to construction but they were hot.

It was loud and under construction. The people who stayed on our floor were cooking something that smelled terrible. It filled the entire hallway for our entire 3 day stay.

It was under construction with workers in and out and had a few flaws here but their upgrades are beautiful. It will be great when they are done

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I had an issue with is when I took a nice warm shower the fire alarm went off. Felt like it woke up everyone on my hall but the stay was nice. But it would be nice to be warned about the steam in the rooms at check in

A tornado came through on Saturday night and CHELSEA, one of the employees, went over and above to make sure guests were kept informed and were safe. She made sure all outside doors were secure and quickly spread drop cloths near the doors that were letting in rain. This was all whilst there was no power. AND…she kept apologizing for the mess! She has my vote for employee of the month/year!

Loved everything. Perdect. Going again tonight

Stayed on 2nd floor and floor was so uneven and caved in that it's essentially like taking a step down to enter the room. 2nd floor hallway was like that too and made it hard to roll my suitcase. Not a good feeling wondering if the place is going to cave in.

The pillows are like rocks

Was clean and quaint but need to fix ice machine upstairs and add a mini fridge and microwave
4.0
Room was extremely small and furnished with cheap furniture. Dirty room, dirty hallway to the room. Slow elevator. Broken Ice machine. No housekeeping unless requested. I booked the room due to the 8.4 rating on the website, but honestly I cannot imagine how it ever scored so high.

There was no lamp or clock in the room. I like to have a reading light next to the bed. There was only two electrical outlets in the room .

Nice comfy bed and lots of pillows !

Looks nice from the outside, but is weirdly located behind a closed Starbucks. Looks old and in need of a major upgrade. There is construction ongoing on the first floor, but we were not bothered by noise. The room was pretty clean but the carpet needs cleaning.

Our only problem was the room keys. Twice I had to go back to the desk to get them deprogramed.

Needs some updates, room was not very clean and seemed very small

The people are very nice but the room has some odor.

Lots of construction that I wasn’t aware of prior to booking. Loose wires everywhere from the tv

Checking in was smooth and trouble free. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even the clientele were a friendly bunch. Room clean. Liked the policy of no cleaning the room daily unless asked. Was sorry there was no microwave and the bathroom had no shelves for personal toiletries
