Loved the jacuzzi tub

This is the 2nd time I stayed there. I chose this place because they were pet friendly. I booked online and there was no mention of a nightly pet fee of $25 PLUS a $250 damage fee which would be refunded after cleaning the room if there were ni damages. How much damage can a 3 & 1/2 pound dog do? My dog is a Certified Emotional Support Animal so I shouldn't have been charged anything. Breakfast is not really breakfast. It snack-type stuff that isn't very healthy or filling. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay. There is an excellent restaurant next door.

Request to check in early. They wanted to charge me $15 so I didn’t. The from was ready but the charge still would be charged due to their policy. So I went to lunch and returned at 3pm and still got same room.
4.3
Very few dinner choices. Pictures online made it look elegant and well cared for. Bed was too soft, like
4.3
Property is beautifully decorated which is unusual for a one hotel ownership
Has a little movie theater which shows dvd on a large screen. Big problem bed was so comfortable we overslept
4.3
Convenient location. Nice place with great staff.

Every thing was Top Notch except about 5 in the morning we were woke up but house cleaning. It was really loud in the hallway.

We were in town for a girls softball tournament. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a suite which was very nice! Would definitely stay there again!
4.3
We were not properly informed about fees. I was charged the room rate & another double charge. We did travel with a pet & we chose this hotel becuz it said pet friendly but we were not told about a pet deposit nor a non refundable pet fee. When we checked in we were told pet fee was a small fee & signed a paper stating we understood this. Btw-no elevator. Although it’s only 2 floors-if you have an extended stay & have suitcase or cooler etc. It’s not convenient. When we spoke to the front desk about the fees-they didn’t really care. Dog is 45 lbs & was in a crate. He made no more of a mess than if he wasn’t there so why the extra costs?

Great people nice place

This hotel was amazing. Such a wonderful friendly staff and everything was so clean and you can tell they want you to have a great experience. The theater inside the hotel was absolutely awesome and the cutest idea. I would stay here time and time again.

This Hotel was Amazing. It had the most comfortable bed and a comfy chair I was just bummed we couldn't stay another night!
4.3
The hotel itself was fantastic. Super clean and excellent staff.

Customer service was great,!!
4.3
I have stayed here many before and while it is convenient and reasonably well maintained, the biggest negative is the Main Line train just 50 yards from the front door. The train sounds its horn and passes by the hotel probably 6 to 8 times a night. The second negative is the lack of an elevator or lift to get to the second floor. The third negative is the lack of maid service. We stayed 3 days. The beds were never made, and the towels were never changed. Other than those negatives the stay was acceptable.

Clean and comfortable, would stay again if I’m in spring city

The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms and clean. I would stay there again

For a small city not on an interstate the Grand Hotel is an excellent place to spend the evening.
4.3
Very good for a small town hotel. It had everything I needed. The breakfast are was small but adequate. Though it had no restaurant, there was a good one right next door with a 10% discount.

very clean very nice and pleasant atmosphere

The check-in was not good at all. I had prepaid for 3 nights thru Hotels.com and when I arrived I was told that I had to call Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel and verify in spite of the fact that I had the booking confirmation. This is obviously something that the employee should have done and not the customer.
This aside, it was a very pleasant stay. The room was large, clean and quiet . The TV though was too small by today’s standards.
Breakfast was way too basic, needs an upgrade.

Staff was good and helpful, internet was 20th century. Breakfast was as weak as the coffee
4.3
Super nice. Super clean.

The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Pieces of sandwich on the floor. There were baby roaches in the bathroom. There was no sweetener/creamer for the coffee. The drapes were “sheer “; people were peeping in the window as they walked by. I do NOT recommend this place

The microwave, fridge, beds and pillows were sub- par. The room was clean and large. I asked for a roll away bed and it was nicely setup before we reached there. The continental breakfast was a huge let down..
4.3
Only hotel in town with no elevator. However, staff found a king room on bottom floor and my mother and I just had to share a bed. My mother can't walk stairs. She was there for her class reunion as was everyone else in hotel that weekend. A lot of folks were over the age of 80!!!!!

Everyone was very friendly
4.3
Nice and clean. Beds were great. Didn’t like breakfast.
4.3
It’s an older building only two floors but no elevator. Only fruit or oatmeal for breakfast. Bathrooms were clean but AC did not work. Staff was nice and we enjoyed a movie in the miniature theater downstairs.
4.3
The room in the photo showed a recliner but there was not one in the room. There was a huge jacuzzi tube in the middle of the floor that my toddler kept messing with (hence the reason I didn’t book a room with one). They do have breakfast and that’s a rice Krispy treat or nutrigrain bar and some coffee. Hardly qualifies as breakfast but ok. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not visit the indoor theater.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The movie theater was a plus. The restaurant next-door was delicious, and had a very large menu. I would highly recommend staying in this little facility.
