Great stay , very relaxing 😎

On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Otherwise, this property was a disappointment. We booked with Hilton expecting better for our daughter's wedding weekend. Granted, Homewood Suites isn't the top tier, but I didn't expect to see such a sad hotel. From the moment we entered our floor's smelly hallway with the old, dirty carpet to when we entered our room, it was clearly a tired place. The carpet in our room felt dirty and sticky. The bed covering was stained and snagged. Our other daughter and her husband stayed here as well and their room as even worse. Their sofa looked like the Soul Glow people from Coming to America had been there. At nearly $800 for 3 nights, this hotel was one of the worst we've experienced. Hilton can certainly do better.

Good, solid hotel for business or visiting the Inner Harbor. This was my second stay here for work and the rooms are spacious, they check you in early, and they provide breakfast/all day coffee. My only complaint is both visits at check out they’ve said they’d email a receipt but both times I had to call multiple times to get it sent to me.

The staff were all wonderful, the room was disgusting. I'll never stay there again. It certainly was not worth the money paid or even half that much. Our room looked like a murder site poorly cleaned up- see photos.

Fromt desk friendly. Lobby nice. Room was hot, carpet and couch stained

Unfortunately our first room had 2 cockroaches. One on my pillow and one in the bathroom. The second room was in upgrade with a wonderful view of the water which was much appreciated.

Good location. Comfortable room

Room was in older condition. Window was not able to be closed all the way.

Everything was great especially the breakfast!
4.0
Loved the location and proximity of the property in relation to the Inner Harbor and dining; however, the decor was dated, wallpaper was peeling and the floor was warping. As both a Hilton Honors member and disabled veteran, I expected better from a property in this location…especially for the price charged so to say that we were disappointed, is an understatement.

Quiet.

Tyra in the breakfast area was superb !!
The rooms are nice and clean.
Check in and check out was smooth!
3.0
Check in experience was unprofessional and inconvenient. Room was outdated and dirty with a broken door.

No room was ready at check in. We waited 90 min to get a room without a wheel in shower, despite reserving one and needing one (my husband is in a wheelchair).. the room had a tin with grab bars but was unable to provide a shower bench. The desk agent claimed I was at fault for taking a room given by another agent (again, after 90 min of waiting in the lobby)that I was told was what we reserved. It was awful. And all of this meant my husband couldn’t bathe. Unacceptable.

It was a very comfortable stay away from home with lots of restaurant options nearby. Great breakfast buffet!

Very beautiful property. Housekeeping never gave us requested towels.

Broken mirror, broken door, asked for house cleaning 3x, never showed up. Bad deal

I have a disability. The staff helped me more than I expected.

My family stayed at the Hilton Homewood Hotel thinking the advertised picture of the room would be what I was paying for but it wasn't the room was very outdated and needed some remodeling. Overall, the staff were very friendly.

We did not get our room at homewood die to there computer system going out. We were offered a smaller room on the Hilton Gardens side. The room view was good, but they gave our room away. They were not able to tell which rooms were occupied.

This property really needs to be updated. I had to change my room 3 times when I checked it. The rooms were a mess. Dirty carpet, couches were run down. After the 3rd room I just stayed because I was tired of going up and down to the desk. And I had my Daughter with me so I was trying to get a decent room. Hilton really needs to do something about this property. It's across the street from The Four Seasons, across the street from the Marriott, around the corner from Channel and so many other shops and restaurants. This property is really out of place. It's like a transit hotel. But I made do, but never again. This has to be one of Hiltons worst property's.

Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was dirty, stains on furniture, mold in shower, water stains on ceiling, someone's dirty sock under a chair, and dirty linens. Would never stay again, thankfully it was only one night we had to stay there.

Great location and friendly staff. Room furniture is very old. Wallpaper pealing off. Needs updated given the terrific location in the inner harbor.

Great location. Love the Starbucks nearby and loved how the parking is attached to building. Staff was very friendly and caring.

The rooms need updating, but the staff was great, location was excellent and breakfast was wonderful

Staff didn't discuss important information when we checked in. Didn't say anything as far as room number, breakfast, password. Not as accommodating compared to staffs of other hotels.
3.0
Checking in was awful as parking was difficult to get out luggage. We had to wait for two people to get their cars off before we could check in, took like 30 minutes wait outside the hotel, parking was however okay at the parking lot provided which had direct access to the hotel lobby, the hotel should inform clients of parking fees at an exorbitant cost of $28 per night! We stayed three nights and did not budget for this additional cost. The room we stayed needs a make over as well as the entire hotel lobby, dining, corridors, etc. I would not use this hotel without a make over.

Our stay was beautiful and safe
We enjoyed the space of the room but we did however hate the plastic pillows that were on our bed to sleep

Beautiful hotel with and amazing view. Clean amenities and very helpful staff.

The room stank of urine, the sofa bed was unusable, we were not given bed linens, pillows, towels, plates etc for the 4 guests. We reported issues to reception more than 7 times and were ghosted pretty much every time and issues were not resolved. Issues also reported to front reception manager and hotel manager in writing and no response.

I enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel needs urgent update and care with its facilities. Carpet has seen better days, the wall paper was falling from the wall, there was an insect in the bathroom. I had stayed before and it used to be up to HOmewwod quality, but not anymore. The staff on the other hand is great, helpfull, trying to do their best to acommodate needs. There is a convenient Starbucks inside the hotel.

Tia who worked the night shift behind the desk gave excellent restaurant recommendations and was just very friendly and helpful. I don’t give out positive reviews normally but Tia did a great job and needs to be pointed out!!!!

Great location, but not very clean

The hotel was well maintained and close to the waterfront. The staff was friendly and efficient. There were many walkable options for drinks and or dinner close by. The parking was located in a garage attached to the back of the hotel with access by elevator from the lobby.
4.0
We liked the location and the staff. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
We did not like the additional parking fees. I have paid the same amount at other hotels but got valet service. The additional 75 should come with better service. The MAC pool access was also not very clean and the staff at the MAC made me feel like I was not welcome.

Expedia booked but when got to hotel there was no rooms available

I'm in a bedroom with my two daughters and their male friend was to sleep on the sofa bad. The end was broken and fell down between the frame and he had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. The hotel was only willing to have us switch rooms but it was after midnight when we were going to bed it was discovered. We all had our bag unpacked, pajamas one, toiletries all out...the front desk said we had to take it up with Expedia. I didn't even know you were linked to Expedia. So he slept on the floor.
Also, toilet doesn't flush correctly, one of burners was pulled out of the stove, there are many items in disrepair and everything is dates. There was also something blue on the sofa mattress pad but we just put the sheets on it. No valet so has to drive the car around and into the parking garage in a different location.

Hotel has clean exterior and lobby. Nice/Safe location. Rooms are dated. We had two rooms, both with old, bad, smells. Furniture is worthless, a milk crate would be more comfortable to sit on than the couch and/or chair.
