Great check in, front desk associate was inviting and engaged as I walked through the door with a welcome!! I have stayed at several of the same brand and was disgusted at the condition of the hall flooring, the dirt and stains took over, I was nervous about the room before I even opened the door. The room was clean!! Breakfast staff went above and beyond to accommodated the guest. I expect better from a hotel in this price point.

This place needs a lot of update! Bathroom door and shower was rusty! Bathroom fan didn’t work! Communication with front staff was poor as I doubled booked by mistake!! Wasn’t told about refund status and had to communicate with third party (Expedia) twice! Would probably choose not to stay here again in the future!

I informed the front desk when I checked in that I worked nights and I would be sleeping during the day and they put me in a room right next to a family with three young kids who were quite loud but it wasn’t horrible

When we arrived there was not enough parking, so we had to park at the Jimmy Johns next door. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, one bed frame was broken, and the pull out couch mattress was far from clean. No hair dryer as we were told there has been a theft of them recently. Not enough towels for our family of 6 and pull out couch didn't have bedding. A very congested continental breakfast. Just wasn't what we were expecting from a 8.2 Expedia hotel rating.

I have stayed here the last 4 years for a yearly event that brings me into town. This year was disappointing. We showed up around noon before going to our event to make sure our room would be ready as we would not be back to the hotel till after midnight. They told us it would be ready and checking in after midnight was not an issue. We came back just after midnight and they said they did not have a room for us as our rooms AC was broken. Being it was after midnight at this point there were no other options in town to stay at and was exactly why I went out of my way to stop in around noon. After 40 min. they finally got us into a room but was not the one we had booked, it did not have enough beds, and they gave us someone elses room who had not showed up yet so I felt bad for them. The room we got into did not have bedding for the pull out couch and when I asked they only had a blanket and no comforter. The room was actively dirty, and trash inside the pull out couch. I honestly mostly felt bad for the workers. The lady who helped us at noon was the same lady who helped us at midnight and she said she had been working since 7a and was doing everything from the desk, to laundry to housekeeping. I could tell she was frazzled and did not know what to do. She was exhausted and I felt awful for her. Please get proper staffing so your hotel can run properly. I get that stuff happens and do not blame her, you could tell she was overworked and she did the best she could!

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Beds great. The view was a riot….. cement from the top of the entrance canopy!!!!! I have to say we had fun trying to figure out that one! Check in employee was sitting at the desk vaping later when my husband ran out to the car. Very interesting!

We had a nice stay only thing is we ended up in three different rooms due to issues. 1st room air didn’t work, 2 nd room TV don’t work, light bulb was broke and freezes in fridge was a solid block of ice. 3rd room the walk in shower had two shower heads but only one had hot water. The management was very nice and worked with us only thing was they didn’t have many options since we had booked a hot tub suite. Switching rooms so many times was frustrating, because we would just get unpacked and have to move. We just wanted a weekend away from life and problems and ended up with problems. But again management was very nice and tried.

I think the chain might be preparing to close this location due to its deteriorating condition. Sent us to a room that was not made up, no hospitality event that evening due to lack of staff, fully cracked window in the room, facility needs a deep cleaning, breakfast subpar, no handle in the shower, to name a few. Feel bad for the staff that were working at they were trying their best but ...

Not-so-great experience. Cleaning service didn't come once in a 6-day stay, despite asking several times for clean towels and trash take-out. Room keys didnt work several times and staff did not ask for any identification- juat gave us whatever room number we said. Ive stayed there several times in the last 10 years- I will not be going back.

Room was not ready at check in time. Waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before they could tell me things weren't ready and that they would have to call me when I could check in. No offer of compensation for the huge inconvenience.
