Every staff member i encountered and interacted with was the perfect combination of professional, and friendly. I loved the facility, the staff is extraordinary, and the restaurant quite good.
5.0
Do not like valet only properties but we only had to check-in and out, no in and out. Service was good and it's nice to have a real restaurant for room service which was very fast.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable.
The pool was cold in 90 degree weather in AUGUST. Also, what's with charging $45 to park?! On top of that it was valet only. Tips were not included either.
Can't really access the river from the hotel.
Scott's has great food.

Carpet was dirty but property was beautiful and staff was great and friendly.

I loved this hotel.

Beautiful place. Lovely room. Bathroom mirrors are too high up for people under 5’5”. Excellent restaurant!

The staff was extremely courteous and efficient. We needed out car very early (3AM) and it was waiting for us when we checked out

Very courteous staff and well maintained facilities. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Staff was very professional. But you should expect to pay for everything. Didn't want to use valet parking but if there was another option they hid it. Lights in the bedroom were strange. Either you had everything on or everything off. Even though there were separate light switches.

The Westin has been my all time favorite place. How clean and welcoming it feels is the reason why I always come back.

Spent the night after our wedding. It was extremely beautiful and relaxing! Easy valet parking, extremely easy check in the lady was really nice. Breakfast was great and service was exceptional. Had a balcony and view of river was pretty, there is construction going on but was not to bad. Bed was extremely comfortable I need the sheets!

Unfortunately this stay was very unsatisfactory. It was a suppose to be a romantic getaway for my husband and I. We planned to stroll the river walk and enjoy the hot day at the pool. No one notified us that there was no access to the river walk due to the hotel being under construction, my river view was also obstructed by a 20ft viny wall. The pool was not heated, not sure if the heater was broken or turned off. Maintenance was all over the inside of the hotel as well with lamps being installed or fixed. There were ladders in the hallway leading to the pool that we had to make sure we avoided or didn’t walk into. Then after all that chaos, it took me 20 minutes to find an ice machine because there was only 1 working in the whole hotel. I had to travel to the 3rd floor where the only machine was available. To top it off they don’t offer self parking, only valet for 48 dollars. They did bring the fee down to 25 dollars but only after I said, “Wow, I wasn’t expecting that!”
I’m extremely unsatisfied and will most likely not stay at a Westin in the near future. I payed 543 dollars for two nights and it was not worth it. Do better Westin!!!!!

Amazing service. Amazing property. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

My room number 346 although nice room view had a constant rather loud humming sound from the Levi work. Thought the construction ended at 6 pm but it was all the time
Otherwise an enjoyable stayb

Everything was excellent, and could only be improved with a softer pillow and the bed not so high off the ground.

Nice location

NOT PET FRIENDLY. Dogs are allowed, but I have stayed here several times and there was a beautiful outdoor grassy space, tons of room for a dog to walk and play. It is closed off and they did not warn me. There is absolutely NO SPACE to walk your dog, the neighborhood is very busy and there are steel fences adjoining the sidewalk, so not even a place for your dog to sniff. Very disappointed, will not stay again. I feel taken advantage of.

This was our second time staying at the property and it was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. This is the only place we will stay in Sacramento.

Very nice and clean property. Only 4 stars for property condition because they are working on the levee. Scott's Seafood was excellent and even gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Would come back when the weather is nicer to lay by the pool.

Beautiful hotel, very clean.

We had a remarkable family reunion at The Westin Sacramento, meeting a sibling for the first time. The setting was stunning, and the restaurant's cuisine was exceptional. The staff made our stay even more delightful with their friendly service. While we appreciated the spacious front desk lounge area, we noticed the absence of TVs, limiting communal spaces for families with children to relax outside the restaurant. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, making our gathering truly memorable.

Hotel is very clean, seems freshly remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. Front desk staff is a bit stiff/stuck up. Advertised amenities not available: mobile key, pay-per view, river view.

We have stayed at this property previously and specifically booked again because the location on the river with the walking path, and the year-round heated pool. We have kids and dogs so these amenities are important.
When we arrived, we were informed that the levy is under construction, closing off the entire riverfront area. They claimed it's communicated on their website, which I had visited prior to our stay, but I have yet to find the notification. There was no option for self-parking and valet was $45 for the night.
The heater for the pool was broken so the kids also weren't able to swim.
The receptionist was unapologetic and since our room was non-refundable, we had to stay.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was newly renovated, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having a great restaurant next door as well! I would definitely stay here again!

There was cunstruction at this property limiting view of river and blocking of access to the lawn and walkway beside river. This was the feature that made us choose this location. Staff offered no compensation for this inconvenience and there was no warning of this inconvenience
