An immaculate large hotel room with beautiful, updated decor. The hotel is right on the boardwalk along the beach. The front desk recommended a tapas restaurant 5 minutes walk away and it was a very very excellent meal. Tiberna Tibu--Ron

n Friday night 8:30.P. M. I am sorry I did not ask his name but the male Front desk was beyond the pale. Offered to keep the pool open for a while for a late swim ( was not needed ) did swim but was out by 9:00 P. M. Had a cab ready and waiting at 5:15 for an early flight Suggested dining, and mapped out where to locate the ATM. You need to keep him for sure … promote if you can.

This is the BEST place we’ve stayed on our month long trip throughout Europe! It was clean, the staff was so helpful, the room was perfect! The staff gave us an umbrella, towels, and beach loungers to use at the beach. The room had amazing AC, a beautiful view, a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We have absolutely no bad things to say about this resort! We would highly recommend this hotel!!

This little hotel was just what we needed after having a busy 10 day cruise. It’s close to the airport, swimming pool is lovely, rooms are spacious, restaurant was good,and staff was very accommodating. I did not give it a 5 star rating just because our shower had black mold on the floor tile because it leaks so bad. And the other reason being that this hotel is on the beach-but if you want a chair or umbrella-you have to walk a good city block to get one. If you are ok sitting on your towel-then it’s fine, as long as you stay clear of all the volleyball courts.

The hotel is well located on the beach boardwalk. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds hard and plenty of toiletries should you need any. The hotel claims they are busy and will not accommodate anything, ie late checkout etc by an hour. Breakfast has a large variety and is great. Cons: for the cost $$$ my expectations were let down. The rooms has oil incense in them that we placed outside, however there is an intense scent that is being blasted in from the vents. We searched everywhere and couldn't find the source. It made for a rough sleep and having to take allergy pills.

This hotel was spot on. Everything was great. There was only two things that could be improved/changed. In the nice bathroom there was one wall without anything, so there would be space for rack where to dry the towels. No there is nowhere where we could dry them. The only place where we could hang them was inside the shower, where they got wet when using the great rain shower. And after the shower you need to step out wet and walk to the sink, where you can keep the towels waiting for you. The second thing what could be a problem for someone, was the fragrance in the room. It was very strong, so even for us, who like room fragrances, it was a bit strong. If you have astma/ allergy, you couldn't bare the smell. But otherwise this was a great hotel choice and I recommend it.

Spent two weeks in Spain all hotel stays this place had the worst bed very poor could feel springs. Also they have this perfume smell through out the property very strong not sure what they are trying to cover up

Delightful stay!! Room was very nice, spacious, with balcony and beach view. Great size bathroom and beds were very comfortable. About 30 minutes outside Barcelona. Parking onsite for fee. Excellent breakfast options. Would recommend

We booked this hotel for its beachfront location, onsite restaurant, and bar. Bar and Restaurant CLOSED and staff told us if we wanted ICE FOR OUR ROOMS we would have to go down the block and BUY IT FROM A STORE!!! Staff was inattentive, and dismissive and did not want to be bothered with guest questions or needs. Our treatment was ridiculous for a $250 charge per night. Went to walk the beach at 6 pm pre-dinner and upon our return an hour later we, and some other guests, found ourselves LOCKED OUT of our hotel from the beach access. When a guest got the front desk on the intercom they were told they would have to walk around the entire facility for reentry. STEER CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL.

The area is nice for outside Barcelona. The place was clean. The staff was okay, but def. Not friendly. We left our charger by accident in our room and asked if they would mail it back to us in our country, they didn’t do it and said to come back and get it.. Not so easy to fly back to Spain from Canada. Wish they could’ve sent it back via mail.

We liked the spacious room with a beautiful view and lovely breakfast. We didn't like being woken at 4 a.m. on the second night by reception ringing our room twice to say someone had complained about loud music and noise. Very annoyed that we wiere woken up in this way and that a member of staff hadn't come to the room where they would have been able to hear nothing but silence. I informed reception the following morning of what had happened and received an apology but nothing more. When we checked out no one asked if we have enjoyed our stay,
