Beautiful resort however they need to improve their service. Constantly had to go looking for someone to help and serve us at the breakfast place and at the pool. To charge this amount service should be impeccable.

This is the best hotel in Marrakech! Everything from the start to finish was perfect. All the staff were great and attentive. The hotel itself is fabulous and very clean! I didn’t want to leave, it was just magical and in the perfect location. Thank you for making my hoilday perfect, we will definitely be back xx

Our first time at Es Saadi Marrakech & would definitely recommend - room was amazing, spacious with lovely balcony. Setting with all the trees & gardens was beautiful & felt like an escape from the hustle & bustle outside - all the food we had was top notch & service impeccable 10 out of 10

Wonderful hotel close enough to Medina but away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Very clean and spacious Junior Suite with a very large bedroom. All the staff has been friendly, helpful and professional. The check-in process was smooth and they made us checkin while we were offered a delightful tea and maroccan desserts :) Especially the guy at the entrance who brought us to the room at the check-in was the best (sorry i do not remember the name) but thank you again. You really make the difference. I was happy to see him everyday always smiling and wishing us a good day. The outdoor swimming pool was partially heated, while the most of the lagoon pool was very cold but ok to have a quick refresh. The spa is over the top. Free entrance for the Palace guests. It was exceptionally clean, with a heated pool, turkish bath and saunas. Really amazing in every aspect. Breakfast was delicious with really everything you could desire. Especially the freshly baked maroccan pancakes and the pomegranate fresh juice were top of the notch! will return here for sure.

Our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than the first. Upgraded to a beautiful suite, all the staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast and the pool staff.

The Hotel was an excellent choice in Marrakech, we enjoyed our stay, pool was great. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are very spacious and confortable. Few missing items need urgent attention : kettle or coffee maker Iron and iron board.

Can’t say enough good things. Staff was friendly and helpful with booking excursions and arranging transportation. Room was perfect. I had breakfast each day and ate at 3 of the resort restaurants. All my meals were good. Resort was an easy walk to the medina as well as Ménara Mall. Be sure to book the quad bike excursion to the lake...Great time!!

We stayed in Ksar 1 Duplex. Season was quiet so not crowded yet staff were a Property feeling but well equipped and not too small. The villa has a butler service which was 100%. ttentive and friendly. Boutique Property feeling but larger enough and well equipped for most people. Restaurants are unique at least each worth one visit. Pools and pool Services very good. Room Service/pool menu is OK. Gym is OK. We did not use the Spa Services. Everything is massively expensive at this place so it really must provid an excellent experience. It was.

Amazing property - very clean, staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Service was excellent. They have a nice pool, workout area, restaurants. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious. It is not too far from the main markets (about a 5-10 min taxi ride depending on traffic) and the taxis are not too expensive here.

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room. A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!! The concierge were so professional and went above and beyond especially Mhiaoui simo We would not hesitate to stay at Es Saadi again and would totally recommend it.
