The toilet was not clean. The bathroom area was rather small. There were no slippers in the room.

God standard for et billig hotel

The room is too small, no where to even open the luggage.

Rooms are small and very basic. They met our needs for the trip.

Front desk super helpful: chk in earlier, chg to kroner; housekeeping helped with clothes drying after local laundry fail(kroner coins only—no euros!); all the staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet was Amazing and well stocked constantly; 5 min walk to the metro and the rest of cph

Dirty and moldy.
Sheets and towels were dirty, and the bathroom was moldy. Not just one room, but the rooms of my colleguages as well.

Ripped off and should be avoided one. Toilet and shower is worse, black molds all over the toilet. It was too dirty, I am happy that I did not have a problem with bedbugs. Rooms are super small and bunk beds are not safe at all.
Housekeeping was not done at all even though I informed them a day before. I asked why there was no housekeeping even though I have requested, the receptionists asked me back "So what do you want from us?"
Please don't take here. Only advantage is that the metro station is super nearby.

An employee ( noir) from the reception came into our room without any notice

Hotel needs a refurbishment, the bathroom is really small and the bed is not that good…

Decent place at decent price.

Great location near many activities/places to explore. Room was decent size enough to spread out a little. Great staff. One issue with the shower drain, but seems to be a known problem they are working to correct.

It is hot. No a/c or fan

The bathroom is too small. A dfds ship has abigger shower area. If you are claustrophobic, it's a no go. The bunkbed is abnormally high. Why is that?

it was ok

The bed that was more of a loft bed was really dirty. Old gum and junk under the mattress. The floor under the other beds wasn’t vacuumed. I picked hair out of the bathroom. They gave us a new room, but that room was dirty too. The rooms are extremely tiny. Too tiny for 4 people.

Great location close to Forum Station for metro and bus links. Room has all you need, shower room makes best use of space. Room was exceptionally warm even with a fan that we borrowed from reception and the window open. Breakfast has a good selection.

The room is too small. We don’t have the space for luggage..

Liked the area around the property. Bathroom too small.

Rooms are small but clean. Street noise can be an issue. But staff and convenient location make up for that.

Hotel does not even met the minimum standards of health and safety required to open an accommodation venue. There was mould, bed bugs, dust, dirt and GOD THE SMELL!! And all that for the price of a 4 star hotel. SCAMMERS!!! They ruined our trip and manager refused our refund!!!!!

The property is a good location within walking distance to the city centre with nice lakeside walks and food options nearby

Very well situated hotel with basic but clean rooms. Lots of quality dining and transport options close by. Hotel has bikes to rent, with many other options close by.
Room tended to be a bit overheated even when window fully open. Be aware the shower and toilet are essentially co-located.
Breakfast was not worth the cost - better value in the area.

For Copenhagen this place was pretty cheap. But you get what you pay for- and in this case it's not much. We had a tiny room with three single beds, two were bunk beds. The bunk bed was not made up. The tiny bathroom with shower has no ventilation. The room itself had no ventilation apart from a window. We were on the first floor with a low roof just outside the window so I didn't trust to open it more than a crack. There was a TV with just ten local channels. WiFi reception in the room was pretty poor. Only two main sockets worked - none of the ones near the beds. The room was made up once in the four nights that we were there.

There was hair stuck on the beds and wall of shower, place was tiny, we didn’t realize it was supposed to be based on a ships cabin. Shame on me for not realizing with the name. Also would it kill you to put a fan in the room?

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room could have been cleaner. For a budget hotel in a decent location in Copenhagen it was worth the money

The family room (4 beds) is OK, but very small. One of the beds is quite high up and can only be accessed via the other one, so not very practical for kids.

This place is an absolute disappointment. We called a day in advance to request an early check-in and were informed by a courteous gentleman at reception that it would cost 100kr per extra hour, which we were willing to pay. However, upon arrival, an extremely rude brown individual at reception refused to offer any rooms and made us wait for four hours, despite many guests checking out in front of us and the official checkout time being 11am. He was adamant about not providing any rooms until the standard check-in time, even though we were prepared to pay the additional fees. This delay disrupted our travel plans, causing us to miss several city attractions as we only had one day in the city.
Upon finally accessing our room, I was relieved not to have paid extra because it was in appalling condition—cramped, with barely any space to move around with our luggage. The bathroom/toilet was so small that it felt more restrictive than a standard ferry cabin. As an architect, I found the entire design felt wrong, with no regard for space or comfort. I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you are travelling with someone or looking for comfort.

It feels like a train cabin. You can literally sit on the toilet, brush your teeth and have a shower at the same time.

The hotel is SO easy to get to- walk from the city centre or get the metro (Forum) which is a 2 minute walk away.
Room is small & quaint, very clean & tidy. Bathroom is perfectly sized for it's needs. Dosen't feel cramped or too small at all.
The bed was massive & delightfully soft, & the duvet warm and cozy.
Breakfast buffet is standard continental, fresh breads, meats, hot itwms such as egg & sausages. There is also musli, yogirts, fruit , jams, teas, coffee and juices.
My only recommendation is that at breakfast there is an alternative milk to cow's milk so it opens up the option of musli, cereal & dry fruit to all.
There is a free luggage store room which was amazing as my flight was not until 10pm that same day!
Highly recommended! Cheap, cheerful and a blissfully peacefully quiet sleep!

Good location. Clean and no frills but top level receptionists. Affordable rates.

This hotel is right in the heart of the city and has a very nice check in staff. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. Other than the room size it was a nice stay.

Understandably basic accommodation for the price (think of a ferry cabin) but an occasional vacuum and clean would have been nice.

Bed was a bit uncomfy but the room had everything I required. Lovely staff and overall hotel was clean

Lowest standard hotel I've been in since staying in a 1star hostel in Morocco

Just before 45min before breakfast close, there were almost no food anymore.
When we asked them, they said oven was broken.
However, no alternative food.

Dette minner mer om et hospits enn et hotel

Although the room was small, it was all we needed for 4 days stay. The larger bed was very roomy and the bunk/over bed was not needed in the end. Bathroom is compact but clean and functional. Surprisingly quiet for many small rooms on our floor. Hotel very clean. Location was very quiet, 10-15 min walk from Tivoli and Central St. Didn't eat at hotel but went to local coffee/bakery for breakfast. Only gripe was that the booking showed us in another smaller part of the hotel down another street when in fact we were in the main part, so there was some to'ing and fro'ing.

It was danky. The bathroom stank and it was generally a rotten place. Do not recommend
