Excellent stay. Maybe time to refresh the mattress in 1557. But overall, very nice and convenient location for us.

The staff handled a crowded check-in, intensified by Bruce Springsteen concert-goers,smoothly and cordially. The room attendants were attentive to needs

Room was very expensive. Service during breakfast at the hotel was very poor, couldn’t keep water in my glass had to ask to have it refilled both times even though server passed table with water pitcher in hand. There is no coordination between the front desk and room service. The cleaning person knocked on our door at 9:30 am and again at 11 am even though we requested and were granted late check out. The 9:30 knock woke up my wife.

This was my first trip to Baltimore and it was so amazing to get a room with a view of the Orioles stadium. Rooms were clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Area around Hilton not the best, baseball stadium and football stadium very close by.

Property was clean. Room was clean. Staff was not very friendly.

Everything was great except the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was being drained. I chose the hotel for those amenities so I was a bit disappointed. However, everything else was great including the location which was in close proximity to everything I came to the city to do.

The location of the Hilton to Camden Yards was exceptionally convenient, as we found ourselves at the front gates immediately after leaving the hotel. Our room provided a stunning view of the beautiful park, which was truly breathtaking. The staff at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor delivered outstanding service, surpassing that of any other establishment we encountered during our visit. The lobby bar and restaurant offered excellent food, and the hostess was remarkable. However, the area had some drawbacks, including a lack of nearby shopping options, with the only store being a Marshalls. Additionally, dining options were not readily accessible, prompting us to drive outside of Baltimore in search of better restaurants. As a cautionary note, I would advise against dining at Pratt Street Ale House, as the food was subpar; my husband received undercooked chicken. The service was equally disappointing, with the hostess/manager behaving inappropriately by dancing in the doorway and screaming upon spotting a roach. Despite these issues, our stay at the Hilton was ultimately enjoyable.

If you're only in town for a game it's a great choice. Checked in 2.5 hours before a game and had no trouble with traffic or parking on site

Great stay for a Red Sox game ! Easy walk to the ballpark and to the harbor. Safe and friendly area

The hotel and the stay was great. There were road closures that made it very difficult to get to the parking garage and the safe did not help me understand the best route to reach the parking garage.

We wanted to get a drink at the bar after a long car ride. We went to the bar in the lobby and stood there for at least 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. We ended up leaving and going to another bar. Then after the baseball game it was the same thing. Waited at least 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us.
Also, my daughter and her husband found a bedbug in their room.

Room was not ready and once cleaned, you couldn't tell. Hair on toilet, dirty towels left in room. Front desk team was not super helpful.

Not nearly enough staff at the front desk during check in and the rooms weren't ready. Granted, I arrived at 2:30 and check in is at 4:00 but at least have staff there to pre-check in everyone. Most of us were there for the game or convention and didn't want to stand in line for 30 minutes. Also, when we got to the room, waste baskets were not emptied and there were items left from the last guest under the bed and behind the tv. They did a very quick tidy up of the room. Last thing, no room service even though there was signage all over the hotel promoting it. Very upset that I had to settle for Papa Johns and meet the delivery guy in the lobby when after a long day of work and the game I just wanted to relax in my room. The staff were very friendly but everything they said was started with "We apologize but.." so they knew there were issues.

The room I booked 6 months ago was not available the day we arrived. I intentionally booked a stadium view room well in advance to have a good experience for my son.

The front desk girl typed my phone number in wrong and we never got a text that our room was ready... Concierge lady on Saturday July 13th was very rude and not friendly at all. She probably should find a new job if she can't be pleasant and happy! Room was not stocked with towels for 4 people, had to call for them. Toilet want flushing right and the bottom dresser drawer kept coming open when walking across the bedroom floor.. Which required you to bend down and push it back in. Parking was easy but horrible when leaving after the game on Sunday. Overall it was good!

Hotel was nice. Location was great. Staff was nice. Check in was horrible. Rooms weren't ready until after 4pm. Never received a text when room was ready. Waited on line to check in for about 25-30 minutes plus.

Staff wasn’t friendly, took forever to check in. There should be a plan for Yankees vs Orioles. After the game, it took an hour to check in. The air didn’t work well and the keys didn’t work when I first checked in. Will never go back and I should be refunded

Room had left over food in refrigerator, toilet did not flush, and we needed to park next door at Marriott. Staff was very friendly.

We attended the Baltimore Orioles game with mature friends so it was ideal for location for access to the stadium. We loved having a view of the stadium however, I do not think it was worth the price for a night's stay
