It was a business trip ,so I preferred to choose an hotel close to IFEMA fair. The room was clean, comfortable, suitable for a quiet work, breakfast for very good compared to the price. The snack and dinner menu can be extended. The staff was helpfull.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Es un buen hotel, ubicado cerca de varias empresas, el metro esta como a 15 minutos caminando, el desayuno esta muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto, es que pague el Early checkIn, llegue a las 8 am, y la habitación me la entregaron a las 10 am. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

A great hotel, spotlessly clean. Large rooms and great bathroom which again was a good size with fab corner shower. Highly recommend, staff all friendly , can’t fault it.

The hotel is well kept and has very friendly staff. Unfortunately, it is located in a business park making it impractical for a short-stay holiday. However, it makes a great overnighted for anyone travelling for business.

"What a GEM!" Situated in the middle of everything you need. Quiet. Comfortable. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond. Ivana made the stay incredible. My customer was around the corner. Airport is a fifteen minute drive. Great shopping and good eats around the corner. Close to the major highways. But stone cold quiet, safe and clean. Fee parking outside the door. Fun bar area. Healthful and enjoyable breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spotless. SOLID WiFi. Responsive desk with quick room service. Close to downtown Madrid. Smartest decision I could make for a place to stay. Overwhelming recommendation. Foolish to overlook when booking a stay in Madrid.

In industrial park. Concrete jungle outside main entrance so not really suitable for dogs.Need car to get anywhere..Near motorway however. No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Lift has a mind of its own ! Closing the door too quickly,going to another floor if call bell on landing pressed by another guest.Need room card to operate lift. Breakfast good and plentiful. Accept dogs but charge € 15... gave us a free dog poop bag holder to attach to lead. On site car park €7 overnight.Free parking outside on road if available. For an Ibis Hotel I was slightly disappointed.
